Went for car inspection on Easter Monday.Talked with Holt at the Wilmington NC college Rd location. He welcomed me in and offered me water..Great guy. Great personality. Excellent service & attitude. He is the reason I will continue to return to Strickland brothers, and refer this business to everyone I meet. Kudos to you Holt for providing outstanding service. Your sales skills and work ethic are exceptional! The country needs more people like you...John Szyperski...

Convenient and quick way to get NC inspection and an oil change. The College Road location Strickland Bros in Wilmington was referred to me and I was not disappointed! I especially appreciated the helpful and friendly service provided by Nick.

Just had a great experience here! Super quick and Holt was full of helpful information and very personable. It s not the easiest place to make a left turn out of, but don t overlook this spot! Considering how quick the service was, having to make a right hand turn was a non-issue.

In and out very easily! The guys who helped me were SUPER friendly, and even told me about some promotions going on for the future. I was very pleased and didn t even have to ask about having my tires pumped up, they automatically checked and filled them up!

Strickland Brothers has always been a very efficient and pleasant time. They are well mannered and work like a well oiled machine (pun intended). They let you know exactly what they re doing and they ask you before they do anything that would cost you money. As a young woman, I find it very reassuring that they don t treat me like I know nothing. If I ask questions, they always answer clearly and never over-explain it nor condescendingly answer. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Upon arrival i was greeted nicely by staff received info on which services i should go with and also walked me down on how everything was going to go great place to get a great oil change i been going to this location for over 1 year now great staff i will be coming back for my next service date

Been twice now, and both times were fantastic!! Took no time at all to get to us, and was quick with the oil change. Changed air filter and even gave me some air in a slack tire!! Will definitely recommend anytime!! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, thats a ++.

I went back to S&B Quick Oil Change because they gave superb customer service last time! Another excellent experience! They truly care. I feel much better about traveling from NC to MI now.

Best service I ve received getting an oil change in a long time. 100% transparency on cost and what s being done. That s what every customer deserves. 10/10 recommend. They also do 25% off for rideshare drivers and military. Take advantage while you can!

Just rolled in and wasn t sure they did inspections and they took care of me immediately! Got the paperwork done and they electronically took care of the rest. Sent my wife immediately there to get her son s care inspected. Thanks for a quick response!!

Drove there to find out they don't do state inspections on trucks... was planning on doing a full synthetic oil change but they will not get my business because not only was there no indication on their website about no trucks, but the lads working there informed me yeah the guys in charge have known about this issue for quite some time... get it together people.RE: your automated response... I done told ya what your problem is; as it turns out, I went to Valvoline and spent $240 with them for a full synthetic oil change, state inspection, and differential fluid change... if you are indeed "committed to making improvements" then edit your website and the google maps listing to let everyone know you can't do inspections on trucks! Pretty simple. [tapping the microphone] IS THIS THING ON??

Been using this spot for many oil changes. I wanted to give 100% business, and the 25% Military discount is huge! Thank-you you! However, I have been by 3 times today included tonget my inspection done. Both locations machines are down. So I am riding in my 30 day grace period, about to be riding dirty. Seems like someone should send a email to "said repair company" and put a fire under them. I work in customer service for a large home builder, I'd be more than happy to send a email on your behalf, and get you up and running. Great service! A+

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITYI came to SB on 02/14/2023. Hoping for a quick oil change my car is now experiencing several issues and a major oil leak only 20 miles after my appointment. Within the same day I could notice significant signs of an issue with my vehicle. On 02/16/2023 after calling 12 times (not an exaggeration) I was able to speak with the Manager. I had to get my vehicle towed back to the same shop in order to stay under the limited warranty. They identified a leak and took zero responsibility and could not provide a solution. I was purchased an oil change here that costed me $98.00 and effectively created a leak. I was not refunded and am now forced to get towed a second time to another mechanic because they cannot fix the leak that they caused.Service: Oil change

Stay clear of Strickland brothers. I went ther because my normal place was backed up. Big mistake. My car never leaked a drop of oil. After they changed oil my car now leaks. I tried contacting customer service but they don t answer so I guess that means they don t care. I can only assume they either didn t put drain plug back on right or didn t tighten oil filter. STAY FAR AWAY
