Everyone was very kind throughout the purchasing process and not pushy at all which was very nice. Lauren and Paul went above and beyond helping me throughout this process and trading in my old Mazda. Buying a car can be stressful and they just made it very easy which I really appreciated. My experience from the moment I started looking at a new car was top notch. That was about 6 months ago.Coming back to leave a review after an awesome experience with service yesterday. First, it was raining so I appreciated the pull through for service. The person knew who I was when I walked in. Yummy glazed crossaint while I waited. Service was quick and something I've never experienced, the technician sent me a video of my service! Thanks!

Mike helped my wife with the purchase of a new truck. The process was seamless. Mike actually showed up to my house with the truck so I could test drive it an approve it after hours. Great customer service. The sales staff do not work off commission, so there is no pressure or rushed feelings whatsoever. Will definitely shop with Mike and his team again. Thanks for everything.

Bryce was super professional, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He guided my daughter in making her first new car purchase over a couple of weeks with great care. Brian spent a lot of time helping her work through the financial pros and cons and battled for the lowest interest rate with given providers. This may be the first time (and I ve purchased a lot of vehicles) that I haven t felt as though we were taken advantage of. I have a feeling we will be back!

My wife, son, and I were browsing the dealers on Market Street, but didn't really see anything that caught our eye until we stopped at the Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda Pre-Owned lot. There I saw a vehicle I could see myself driving, and we were pleasantly helped by Will Platts, who let us test drive it, and wasn't pushy at all.After a few days we returned, where Will and Manager Jared Hagenbuch helped us get our payments to where we wanted them, and after an easy process with the polite and charming Finance Manager, Nabil Al-Attas, we happily drove off the lot in our beautiful pre-owned vehicle. I had one issue that was quickly resolved, and (God forbid) if I need any issues resolved in the future, the folks at Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda Pre-Owned will be quick to solve them.Thanks to the team there for a great experience.

The absolute best buying experience..ever!! Never stepped foot in dealership but each & every one of the managers and sales were phenomenal! I generally hate the car buying process but not this time! Sara Schmidt really listened to what I was looking for, followed up appropriately and took special steps to expedite the process. Her attentiveness, professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated. She really got what I wanted rather than using a cookie cutter sales approach. I m even looking forward to my first routine service appointment given the efforts made by the GM to make it an inclusive and welcoming experience for all. From the moment we walked in the door the experience was top shelf. We have worked with the Service department and had a great experience in working with them .I have found that it is fantastic throughout the Dealership. We purchased a New Car (CX-50) on Good Friday and everyone delivered more than we could have hoped for. Tracy, Brian, Lauren and Paul made it all so easy and fun. We will definitely come back !

I live in Ohio and went to a dealership near me three times to look at the vehicle that I wanted.No sales people were busy and they obviously didn t want to be. I found online Stevenson, Hendrick Mazda, and began to communicate with several of the people who work there. They were amazing. They stayed in contact, and if one person was off, the other one kicked in. True teamwork. I now have the car I wanted! Can t wait to go to the dealership that ignored me for any service I may need. Ha.

Will was great, honestly he helped my little sister get a great first car at a really great price. He worked with us for a few hours to get all the financing situated with our bank and was all around a great guy to work with I do recommend coming to Stevenson Mazda to purchase a car!! I recently purchased a 2024 CX-50 from this dealership. I never leave reviews but I m inclined to do so because I truly had THE best experience here! They are doing some many good things at Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda! From the beautiful facility to the knowledgeable sales staff to the management, they are all top notch. What really won me over was how every single person that worked there had the best interest in mind for me. The management was truly personable with me and went out of their way to make sure I left happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend coming here for your next purchase! Go Mazda!

The buying experience was normal. The financing department was extremely slow due to a new guy doing a commercial loan for the first time. I m usually in and out at our local dealer in 15-20 mins. This isn t a big deal in the grand scheme of things.Evidently with a 835 beacon score and flawless credit history for over 22 years they decided they needed to install a gps fleet tracker in my truck as this was a buy here pay here lot We buy 3-4 trucks every year. Guaranteed I won t be doing business here again.

Kyle went out of his way to make my visit pleasant. My check engine light has been going off and on. That in itself is annoying. Each time I made an appointment the light would go out. After wasting the better part of two days elsewhere, the team at Stevenson-Hendrick helped me to make the best of a tricky situation. From my salesperson Royce, to Paul and Parker in finance, everyone there helped me to get a better deal on a better car than I expected given the complicated current car market. Simply put, they are motivated, capable and helpful without the pushiness to which we've all grown accustomed. Save yourself the time I wasted and check them out first!

I came to this dealership to get my 2017 Mazda fixed. In total i brought my car in 3 different times to get the same issue fixed. Every time they claimed there was a different issue. At that point it felt like they were just taking advantage of the fact I m a young girl that doesn t know anything about cars By the 3rd time I was over having to be told there was a new issue I had to pay for. The best apology they gave me was offering a free oil change. I wasted over $300 at that dealership.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle which I wouldn't actually see in person, until it was delivered. In parallel, I was trading my own car in to the Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda team. In other words, when the transport truck arrived, my new car would be unloaded, and my trade would be uploaded. Needless to say, I was concerned about how this all would transpire.Logan Dehass worked with me every step of the way, and I couldn't have been in better hands. Despite the three hour timezone difference, his responses via text, email, or a phone call made all the difference. I was kept informed every step of the way as the transaction proceeded, he found a financier that beat my own bank by 1.5% and he took the extra steps of having the (used) car thoroughly reviewed by a local Audi dealership prior to shipment.This level of support continued right through getting the vehicle smog checked in California, and receiving my plates. Logan was able to coordinate local support from another Hendricks dealer in my hometown to ensure all of the paperwork was signed off and notarized correctly, and this dealer was also where we did the swap of vehicles.For anyone considering a vehicle purchase, I can say without reservation that the Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda team in Wilmington treated me right.

Will in sales got me the exact vehicle I wanted in perfect pre-owned condition! After I told him what I was looking for he located the exact model and had it sent directly to the dealership! He got it reinspected, detailed, and filled with gas when I came for delivery! Above and beyond service!!!
