The guys that work at this location are great, but as for the company itself... I don't know what their tagline is, but they should change it to: "We make it expensive and inconvenient to do the right thing!"

The guys working were super friendly and helpful. It s not fun having to get a blow box but they made the experience easy and informative. I really appreciate their cadence and customer service. If you get in this situation, these are the people to go see. Thanks again guys!

The employees were awesome and gave me great advice on my interlock device. I feel confident with the information that they provided me with as a first time customer. also, it was very fast. The installment went smoothly.

Jesse was awesome and super patient with me. He answered all of my questions and helped me to better understand the entire process and what was expected of me. He was the only one working and split his time efficiently helping install my device while taking care of other customers. Give this man a raise!

Not a very friendly company to work with. Website advertises same day installation yet I couldn t even get one a week out. They also need to have more flexible hours- only offering 9-5 times is crazy, considering people need to work- and will need to pay for this box! I found another company that was much more friendly, and super helpful! They are also cheaper than Smart Start! (Call around- you will find better deals! Including free installation and first month free!)

Great place to go to when you gotta go to a place for your "Blow & Go" vehicle interlock. Always friendly and helpful for the past year I have had this service.
