I had tires installed on my car yesterday at Sam's Club in Wilmington. I am very peculiar about my car so I took photos of all my wheels and the car before I had them installed. After handwashing the car today, I find damage to 3 of the wheels. It is clear to see there was no damage before entering Sam's. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM SAMS. You may get a cheaper price, but expect to get your car destroyed in the process.

Purchased my tires on Sams website and made the appt to get them installed. Waited for an hour and then got a phone call that there was a issue. The employee then tells me they do not want to lift my car because there was rust under it, and they had no floor jacks. Mind you the car is a 2000 so there is going to be some rust. What tire shop doesn t have floor jacks Long story short I got my refund and won t be returning.

I went to Sam s Club Tire & Battery this morning and was highly impressed by the Sales manager. I was not able to purchase the tires I needed but was treated with professional and courteous service. My suggestion to anyone looking for tires and friendly service, is to go by Sam s before you go anywhere else. The Service Manager did a great job helping me and also helping his team to make my visit there a great experience. Thanks for your helping hand young man.

The only saving grace for this place was a guy named Ty. "T" could have cared less. Nearly two hours here to have one tire checked for a air leak and one new tire, not busy at all. Terrible! Unprofessional.Edit: we got here around 1:40 PM. Was walking out the doors at 4 PM.
