The service was great and the people there is very plight and helping there consumers and do there best too. Get u in and out I have no complaints with there work or service I rate the company as a 5 star my truck hasn't ride that good in a long time I would recommend them to everyone who would ask me I like my tires

My husband, Marty Spaulding, is here now getting hooked up with tires and rims. The staff ordered him the rims he wanted. They are very friendly. I would highly recommend RNR Tire Express in Wilmington. Just tell them Swamp Rat recommended you give them a shot.

Wonderful service! They communicated really well and were definitely working for my best interests. I'm surprised they were able to fix my tire, but they worked their magic. I will definitely be using them for all of my future automotive needs!

Very nice and friendly staff. They provided me with the same financial info in person as they had over the phone. Everything went very smoothly. Just some friendly advice. We the customers are spending a lot of $$$ in your establishment it would have been nice to have had complimentary water, coffee, soda, or juice. Along with a cookie of small pack of chips while we are waiting for the work to be done . Yes there is high priced vending machines but that just doesn't cutt it.

Hands down the BEST in town! The amount of compensation that is given with the service here is unbelievable!!! You will not regret the decision to let them offer you the best service in town! Love it!!! Super friendly and excellent customer service!!

I couldn t be anymore grateful for RnR Tires. I was struggling financially but needed 4 tires on my truck replaced. RnR took a chance on me, didn t worry about my credit and accepted the fact that I was self employed without having to prove 100 different ways about how I make money. When I was stressing about how I would ever be able to afford new tires, A friend told me about them. one day I was driving by their store so I decided to stop in just to see if they would help. I ended up leaving out of there about an hour and a half later with 4 brand new tires for literally under $100 down and very affordable bi-weekly payments, which they gave me options on and I picked bi-weekly. The warranty is unbelievably good also. Then to top it all off, about 6 months after having my new tires and making bi-weekly payments I ended up getting into a terrible wreck that demolished my truck. I called RnR to let them know about my situation, they paused my payments so I didn t get any negative marks, they allowed me to give them back the tires, zeroed out my remaining balance and not only allowed me to return my tires but they put old tires back on my rims once they got their good tires off that way there was something on my totaled out truck rather than leaving it sitting on the ground at the tow yard. Like I said I can t said enough good about this place, I will 100% return to them if I ever find myself in that situation again.

I, at first, put good feedback but after calling today I'm thinking to give only 1 star. I think y'all are rip off and the tires i got SUCK. My old tires felt better on my car than your tires. I will NEVER purchase tires from you again...trust and believe that.

Absolutely awesome everyone there was absolutely helpful and very nice I will be getting more wheels and tires from them in the future I ve been in this town as a business owner for 22 years and I got to say these guys were right on point got my rims and tires in the same day for a great price!!!!

I had a good experience. I didn't have any problems that was too big that couldn't leave it. My light was still on when I pulled out so I turn back around and they reset it. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

R-n-R on Oleander has the coolest Manager, he got this Louisanna accent that s musical, the two young women that I dealt with, the one with the white in her hair, and that fine one with the braids were very professional & profficient! If you need new wheels or tires irregardless of your credit they gonna work it out so you ride away a happy customer!!! I did & am !!!!

Man I had such a great experience! James definitely knows his stuff and answered all my questions without hesitation. This place is going to blow up! I mean I got brand new 20 inch tires for under 700! Mounted and balanced! I love this place and will always be my first shop I goto with tires or rims. And they do installments

RNR Tire figured out how to get 33 x 12.50's on my lifted 2015 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4. Staff was great to work with as we pushed this modification to the max!

I went in today not knowing what to expect. When I got there. I was greeted and taken care of in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone giving them a try. You will not be disappointed

RnR really saved my day today... I had been looking all over town 4 about 3hrs for a(1)tire that was need tire for low-profile rim and RnR had the tire thank God for them... please yall try RnR first before you go around town looking for a tire because 9/10 they may have it. Especially for low profile rim. Thanks RnR

I absolutely loved Jordan, who helped me so kindly at the front desk and was really personable throughout my experience. I loved the gentleman who, explained the finance paperwork with me, And believe me I asked a lot of questions And he knew all the answers. Even the young lady behind the desk, she wasn t helping me but,spoke with me and talked to me casually It was a very enjoyable experience. My son recommended us and I will recommend other people. Definitely a 5-Star business! I didn't even know they existed until I was referred by a friend. I was served at the Wilmington store. Josh was super professional and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about tires but felt that I was treated fairly and given a great deal. The payment plans are amazing and I think I'll be a lifelong customer. Mike was also very kind and professional.

Josh, Mike, John had THE BEST CUSTOMER service skills I have experienced in a very long time! A 30 yr experienced sales/retail professional, I can read genuine people who believe in their company.Though the cost is a little high bc interest, the piece of mind of good tires along with an excellent program is worth it!
