I had my hopes up, but was charged double what i was quoted, charged me for bend and crack repair when rim was not bent at all. Also left huge welds in my rim. Looks terrible and will not be using them again. Please think twice before bringing your beloved rims here because mine were RUINED

Appointment for rim repair was available within several days of call. Electronic communications and reminders were received appropriately. Was greeted cordially upon arrival and repairs were quick and well done. Efficient staff who had knowledge and skills to successfully perform the work. My questions were answered satisfactorily and I am pleased. Pics included of wheel before and after.

Extremely happy with finished product. I was so upset and mad at myself when I scraped and gouged my rim. You would never know anything happened to it. I should have asked and paid to have them clean my other 3 rims.Thank you so very much!

All four rims on my Honda Pilot were damaged when new tires were installed. I had them repaired at RGX Rim Repair in Wilmington and they did an awesome job. You would never know they were damaged. Great job!

I stopped by today to get an estimate on repairing curb damage to the RF wheel on my car. The estimate took only 5 minutes and was LOWER than I was expecting. Thinking I would have to make an appointment and come back later, I was pleasantly surprised when I found out I could have it done at that time. The work was EXPERTLY completed and in less time than estimated. I will highly recommend this business to others needing wheel work.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Ross Nieber, or rather he worked on the wheels of my Porsche Cayenne GTS.They were custom all black specialty wheels and I thought for sure they were done for as they had been curbed badly. This man is an absolute miracle worker, because when they were finished, they literally looked BRAND NEW.Absolutely incredible work, great communication, and all around outstanding human. I'll be back in the future with other vehicles as I own a small rental fleet of vehicles. You will not be disappointed in the workmanship or attention to detail this guy takes with his projects. 5 stars all day. Thanks Ross!

The RGX Rim Repair team of Wilmington is awesome. I curbed the back passenger side tire of our 2021 Dodge Durango R/T on Sunday and by 10:00am that following Friday (my choice, could have been sooner) I was in and out an hour later with a perfectly fixed rim. Their work, staff, and shop are above phenomenal. I would highly recommend them for you rim repairs or rim color changes.

Oh my goodness I'm so happy!!!!I dented the front rim on the only new car I've ever had!After a short message on their website I got a call and a quote. (Way cheaper than a new rim) I had an appointment time made right away.The next day they had me in and out in half the time they quoted. These guys (and girls) are awesome. Bent a rim in a pothole that hit on the outer bead at the face of the rim right next to the spoke. The guys at RGX were able to fix it in about 3 hours and match the paint. As with any rim you run the risk of cracking the metal when you heat and bend and I came out on top today. Great service and team.Update 6/10/21 on another Rim that had a crack in it. My son's car is a 2004 Bmw X3 and came down from Chapel Hill for a visit. The guys at Black's tires did a new set of tires and noticed a crack in one of his rims from the bead to the inside of the rim- Thanks Ron! Called RGX and they did an emergency repair and was able to keep my son on schedule at his job. Great repair and saved the day- The girls up front and the techs in the shop know what they are doing. Saved me trying to find a 17 year old rim design that is not made anymore!!!! Thanks RGX!

The team made the process as simple as you'd imagine and pray for! They have an estimate, explained how long the process takes and how to manage the aftercare, and were spot-on n their service delivery....and the rooms looks like they are showroom ready!!! RGX repaired the front right rim with curb rash. They estimated 2 hours to complete the job and completed it in 1.5 hours. The cost to repair was 13.5 % of the price of a new oem rim. I am pleased with the results and will return should the need arise..

I was very happy with the work rim guard xtreme did. I had some damage on one of my rims, the other 3 all had chips. They repaired all four as well as changed the color. I fully expected to have to leave my vehicle a few days. I was shocked, when they completed the work that same day. My rims were gray before, I am loving the new color!

Brought in my wife s car to have her rim looked at since we believed it to be dented and we were having a ton of issues with her losing tire pressure. Turns out it was just the City of Wilmington not properly taking care of their roads again after their never ending construction since a nail got embedded into the tire. These guys were super professional and took the car in and took out the nail and patched the tire up FOR FREE in less than thirty minutes. They definitely earned a customer out of me and I will be coming back for future tire needs and repairs!

I called Wednesday and they fit me In Thursday morning. I have aftermarket Aerolarri wheels on my 22 Corvette and two got tore up going through drive thru at bank. If I didn t have before pictures you d never know they were damaged! Thank you I just had them repair yet another rim that got damaged, again you can t tell where the damage was. Great people, great prices and outstanding workmanship.Feb. 13, 2024

This amazing team and Company have fixed my wheels twice now from the mistakes of a tire shop. My wheels and tires are not aftermarket (see photo of them, 2500HD Midnight Edition). If you need wheels fixed or repaired in any way this is the ONLY team and business to go to!!!! RGX Rim Repair is amazing!!!!!! The entire staff in Wilmington is awesome sauce!!!! They are the only business to go to in ENC to fix your vehicle!!!!V/r NF

"Akk! I just hit a curb due to construction and took a chunk out of my new custom rims!" That is what my first reaction was before I thought quickly to reach out to RGX for a repair quote. I was almost sick at the damage and I just knew that I had to purchase another wheel. Well luckily I was proven wrong. I received an immediate quote (thanks to the picture upload) from the local sales expert, Loren. I immediately drove to the location where the damage was reviewed. I prepared for the worst as my wheels are custom and custom colored and a day process. AGAIN I was proven wrong. Not only were they able to match the color, the wheel was repaired in 1 hr!! I waited. I cannot tell where the damage was before. Very impressed and EXTREMELY happy! (So was my car!)Big thanks goes to the RGX team for such great customer service, quality, excellent price and speed!I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks!

Quick shout out to the crew at RGX - and recommendation. We came in for what we thought was 1 slightly bent rim; upon inspection RGX team let us know that while they could fix it, safely, the repair might not fully resolve all vibration. They also checked the remaining wheels for damage, identifying some additional issues, providing a full assessment, options and costs. We chose to replace the rims vs. repair, but based on our excellent experience, we ll be back - lots on potholes on Oak Island! Thanks to the team for their so time, expertise and honesty.

Local tire shop dropped my Tesla Model 3 rim face down and it took a chip out. Spoke to this location on a Monday and by the following Tuesday at 4pm my car was done. I ve done some serious scrutinizing and I honestly can t tell where the repair was done it s so perfect! 10/10.

I had some curb rash fixed on one wheel.Received an immediate cost estimate and a quick appointment.The wheel was fixed within an hour, perfect job at a fair price.Very professional repair shop. Highly recommend it.

I needed all four of my 2022 Wagoneer rims repaired, and Cape Fear Customs recommended RGX. The drivers side rims had your normal wear and tear. Let s face it, it s a big car and I m known for scuffing the curb now and again. The passenger side, however, had some pretty deep gashes after a traumatic parallel parking experience in downtown Wilmington. From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with RGX. My rims look BRAND NEW and the price was very reasonable. I was blown away with the results and would definitely give them my business in the future! Highly recommend!!!
