Alex came out and was very professional, knew a lot about my car and installed my windshield and it looks great. I am so happy with the service that Register auto glass gave me and it was so easy and fast, the house called they made was incredible.I am very happy with the product and their service, and would not hesitate and always using Register auto glass for my windshield needs.

When I woke up this morning and auto started my car to warm it up as it was 21� outside. I found a crack in my windshield. So I decided to contact Register's Auto Glass because they had repaired my windshield in March of 2023 when a foul tipped softball picked my car to land on!! I remembered their great fast service and their professionalism with the best Customer Service I had received in many years!! Tommy and Linda run a very old school business. The customer needs to be happy with the service and the product. When I arrived Tommy inspected the windshield. It wasn't due to the cold weather. There was a point of contact from a rock or debris from our North Carolina roads that I travel daily. Tommy gave me a phone number to call and within 10 minutes they had my car in the bay working to replace my windshield. Tommy kept the commutation open and advised that his technicians go to lunch at 12 pm for one hour and my car would be ready around 3 pm. So I decided I would camp out in the waiting area. They really have a nice and clean waiting area with very comfortable chairs (totally surprised) to hang out! As I sat and watch the 3 technicians go into work mode. It was nice to see how people today still do care about doing their jobs! THANKS GUYS!! They had my car ready and everything calibrated within 1 hour and before the their lunch break. Now that was some hustling going on. I totally appreciate everyone at Register's Auto Glass. The best part was it was 100% covered by my Farm Bureau Insurance. Register's Auto Glass turn a crappy day into a much better day. If there was a 10 star they definitely would deserve it!! Thanks Tommy, Linda and your office crew and the technicians!! Job well done!!

Wonderful experience at Register s Auto Glass! I came in after the hood of my car flew open while I was driving and demolished my windshield. Within 40 minutes they had it replaced and ready to go at a very reasonable price. Not to mention everyone was so friendly and helpful. Don t bother looking elsewhere, go to Register s!

Register's has an experienced team of glass installers who have been with Register's for years. They have excellent customer service and the lowest prices of the three glass companies that I called. Plus, they are locally owned and operated. Highly recommended!

Fair price. Called late in the afternoon needed a window replaced, the said they'd have it there at 8am next day ready to install. Brought it there the next morning and it was finished within an hour.

Very nice people. I went in to get a quote for a crack in my windshield. He told me how much out of pocket but told me I should check with my insurance because they might cover it no expense to me. I said how soon can we do it and how long will it take. He said call your insurance company and we can get started now. That's what I did and I was in an out in no time and no charge to me. Thank yall again!!

Stopped in yesterday to get an appointment to have my windshield replaced and they were able to get me in next day. Everyone was very professional and polite. My insurance company gave them all the information to install a windshield for me on Monday was told he would get back to me for scheduling on Thursday. I called back to find out about my windshield was towed. It would be done Monday no later than Tuesday on Tuesday I called back around 3 o clock And the secretary connected me to Tommy. Tommy tells me that he thought that we had agreed when a truck was in my area so I told him that I ll just find another company he said OK clink hung up on me. I live 20 minutes from their office on Highway 421 I called Safelite at 3 o clock they scheduled me a windshield on Wednesday between 11 and one 1130. I had a windshield in my truck so they are not very reliable to deal with. I was using them because they were local but if you want great service, you can call Safelite so I can give them a zero rating for jerking me around for a week

First time getting a windshield replacement in north Carolina. Only place that a real person would answer and give a quote. Friendly, easy, and next day service. Will definitely use them again if need be but hope that I don't. Thanks

I'm a DJ traveling in my minivan. One of my speakers slid and broke my window in a storm. Register's opened early enough for me to be able to get my back panel window fixed and get to work. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I shattered my back window on my suburban, so the next morning my friend recommended Registers Auto Glass. I called them exactly at 8:00am, told them the situation, and Tommy said to come right over. 15 minutes later, I gave them my car. It only took 13 minutes to do the job. I paid and was out the door by 8:30 a.m. I had so much to do today/this week and I was so worried. They made it so easy. All at a reasonable price. Driving down from MA my windshield caught a rock. Contacted a national chain who couldn t get me in for a week. Called Register s after 5pm. No answer and I left no message thinking I ll call them during business hours. Imagine my surprise when Tommy called me back in about 5 minutes, took my info, and tentatively scheduled me for the following afternoon!! He confirmed the next morning. I arrived 30 minutes early. They were expecting me and waved me tight into the work bay. 2hrs later I m good as new. Excellent work and top notch customer service from the front desk.Service: Auto windshield replacement

My husband broke the windshield on our Altima and everywhere he called it was a week or better. The great people at Register Glass took me in that day and 1 hour later all fixed at a $150 cheaper that the other BIG windows place. I needed a rather large piece of glass cut for a couple of arched frames. They did an excellent job and they worked with me to make sure it was exactly what I needed it to be. I know their primary customer is vehicle replacement glass, but they can cut glass for household purposes as well. This piece is definitely proof of their glass cutting skills!! Thanks guys

Registers Auto Glass did a great job replacing my windshield on my Jeep Wrangler. Tommy and his staff are very knowledgeable and fast. I had an appointment that we set up and they had me out within 45:00 minutes with a brand new windshield. While out of town, my car was vandalized on a Monday and needed a passenger door glass replaced. My insurance wanted me to use another company, but they couldn t get me in until Friday. I couldn t wait that long. I found Registers and drove in without an appt, calling them just prior to arrival. They met me at my car, told me they were sorry this had happened to me and repaired my glass for less than my deductible would have been!! Very efficient, caring and knowledgeable!! These folks are the best! I called them when my rear door window shattered, and they ordered a new one, and got me in early the next morning, and had it installed by 11am. They are so efficient, and very friendly!! Plus they were cheaper than a couple of other places I called.
