No matter what city I am in if I have any auto issues or if a family member or friend runs into a problem I always recommend Precision Tune Auto care. These locations are high on my list of reputable operators that always do the correct service you need and add a great reasonable price. They offer different payment options no matter what situation you may be in financially so you can get back on the road where you belong

I have had the worse experience with this shop. I ended up feeling gaslit when I went for brake repair. Paid $780+ and had to return 3x after. My breaks are now making a noise they NEVER made before. I'm sick of going back there, at this point it feels like insanity to think they'll make it right. I had to drive to Charlotte with my car in this state and felt unsafe the entire drive. This is my mom car and it's not a good feeling. Had to get tire and brake service in Charlotte just to make it back home safe. I don't trust they'll ever truly make it right. The brakes have a warranty and they replaced the front bads less than one week after initial service, but my car is still making the noise. They say, "we can't recreate the noise" each time I went until the LAST time (4th) they heard it and said it wasn't that loud, but heard it twice. BUT YOU HEARD IT! and quite frankly, IDAGF if they can't recreate it.... I HEAR it. And if they trusted the issue I brought it in for and took my money, they needed to trust when I come back and say the brakes are making a noise they weren't before and simply fix it.... This ordeal caused me alot of stress, tears, time and money. I went in for help with my brakes and had to return 3x after to a city that's 45mins from where I live. Very terrible experience for me. *Please do not reply to my message with your corporate response the only response I'd be interested in is a REFUND*

I got rear ended 4 years ago and the shop I usually take my car to did not notice anything in all this time. Precision Tune was able to look at it and in 2 seconds see my rear wheel is crooked (I was having trouble with that tire losing air, which they fixed). I appreciate their first come first serve model and that customers are able to walk in and get answers/service. I like that you have the history of your shop described on the walls. It helps people understand the value of your shop when they understand you've stood the test of time. Also thank you for your friendly service. It felt welcoming to walk in. And the courtesy given on the telephone motivated me to get in there.

Very friendly staff! They were able to get us in and have the car diagnosed, fixed, and ready to drive out within a few hours on a busy Saturday! They helped explain exactly what was happening with our car and didn t pressure us into doing more than was necessary for our car to be fixed. Highly recommend!

The work was done well, and was completed the same day. The labor cost was very fair and the total cost stayed within my budget. I would highly recommend these folks, this will definitely be my go to auto shop from now on.

Been going to Precision Tune for my whole life, my family always went there, and when I got my first car around 10 years ago I started taking it in as well, the whole team is so professional and kind, and I always know they re gonna take great care of my car. They really strive to get you the best prices and quickest service too!

Tonya & her crew went above & beyond to make sure my car was completely repaired before it left their shop. Even with some extra hoops they had to jump through my car was still repaired within 24 hours! Not sure if this business if family owned but it sure felt like it. Thank you again!!!

Came here for my oil changes when I had my SUV. Encountered no problems. However now that I have an older model Honda Accord (2014l, I've had additional unexpected and very costly repairs EVERY time I brought my car in for an oil change. And I couldn't say I'll take it somewhere else because they had drained the oil from my car and my engine could've seized based on what the explained repair was. And to replace a valve cover gasket and oil pressure switch (which I never had a chance to repair due to forking out about $1k in 2 oil changes) would've cost me an additional $600+. I can't afford to bring my car back.

If I was able to leave a review without a star I WOULD!Walked in with a quote for parts from NAPA presented it to the receptionist and asked for a quote if I purchased parts from them or used my own. I was quoted $443+ for LABOR WITH MY OWN PARTS! After questioning the price and pointing out an enormous variation between LABOR QUOTES I decided NOT to allow them to do ANYTHING to my car and WARN the PUBLIC this place is a legit SCAM! Get a second opinion and for heaven sakes DO NOT MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR FIRST CHOICE or ANY CHOICE!

I highly recommend Precision Tune for your auto care needs! The staff is always friendly and explains everything in detail. I've been coming here for years and have had great experiences each time. Many other auto shops around town will try to upsell and replace perfectly good parts, but not Precision Tune! I trust them to provide me with accurate assessments for services that I actually need, and at reasonable prices.

I needed a vehicle inspection and with a hurricane approaching everyone was booked. I called and spoke with Tonya and although they were extremely busy as well she was able to give me a time to stop by the shop and thought they could fit me in on a Monday afternoon.When I arrived Josh was able to promptly check my vehicle in. I knew I needed at least one light bulb replaced so I could pass inspection and their technician found several others that needed replacement. They were able to do the inspection and replace the bulbs quickly.One final note, while waiting I overheard Tonya speaking with a caller on the phone who was having some significant car problems. She spoke calmly with her and was able to give a realistic estimate of having someone look at the car at 4pm on a Monday, with a lobby full of customers.I will definitely be a return customer to this location, and thanks Josh, Tonya, and Bryan for your professionalism.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Going to this place is very unpleasant. Multiple times going they told me a time frame and then put other cars in front of mines. Today, after being told 1 hour and a half wait, I asked the lady at the front after 2 hours and 15 minutes of waiting how long . She was VERY RUDE and said another 30 minutes if you want to wait. I'm like what you mean i have been waiting. Then she keep saying with a attitude do you want to wait. I felt very disrespected. The Manger or whoever he was finally admitted he put another car in front of mines. Last time I came someone went to lunch while I was waiting and I waited 6 hours. I don't know why they feel the right to disrespect me or make me feel less than but experience made me feel terrible. I only gave them 2 stars cause eventually they change your oil.

After 7.5 hours of waiting for an oil change, my car was still not in the bay. I was told they would be a 3 hour wait (which I was initially OK with). Additionally, would not accept a oil change coupon that is active on their website. Polite staff, but if you can't take business don't take it. A day wasted waiting on this business.

This shop is seriously the best I ve ever used! My car was towed to their facility, after I made a call to ask a few questions, and they were amazing before, after, and during the whole process. Kimberly walked me through everything as they went along the diagnostic process. When my car came back without any issues and they didn t charge me for any extra services or try to sell me anything unnecessary. 10 out of 10 on every level!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I do not recommend precision tune of Wilmington, I went to the precision tune auto care in Wilmington NC, to get an alignment on my tundra, I found a coupon online for 79.99 for a alignment. They couldn't align my tundra due to not having the specs for it, which I understand. My problem was with my wife's audi, I noticed my wife's car has some toe in wear on her rear tires, so before I put new tires on her car I wanted to get an alignment. They took her car in I told them I had a coupon for it, " ok no problem", they said. So they said yes your car needs an alignment, they showed me the sheet with it being off, but it needed a "subframe shift" they said, so they needed 2hrs and it was going to be 400+ to get it done. I thank them and I said "I don't have the time today for that", and I left. I scheduled an appointment with audi which is 189$ for an alignment, guess what audi didn't charge me a dime more than what the alignment costs, and nothing about a "subframe shift". I do not recommend this place at all, I'm never ever going there again. I say beware of this place. If I could give a negative star I would.

I had a great experience here. Quality work, friendly staff and a fair price. I got an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to take a look at my tire pressure sensors and when I picked up my car and talked to them I could tell that they checked and tried to figure it out.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Customer service was awesome while I waited for my car to be inspected. Inspector was the first not to stall the car getting into the shop as well. Appreciate you guys being able to accommodate the car as it is lower than most and many shops are not willing to put in the effort to deal with it.
