Hey, these guys are straight up And get the job done reasonably quick I needed a tire put on my 99 Honda nighthawk 750 I didn t even call,just showed up with the rear tire and they put it on. No problem. Their prices are reasonable, knowledgeable,mechanics and would highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

3rd bike and 3rd great experience with this shop. These guys have helped me load/unload multiple times and do a great job keeping my bikes rolling and giving me honest estimates. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Not recommended. Brought my bike in for repair. They cleaned the carb and it ran ok for a short time . Then the carb clogged again. The gas tank was all rusted. They fixed the symptom but never addressed the cause.

Use extream caution choosing these folks to work on your bike. Brought my ride in for tire change, front & rear, someone didn't reassemble rear brake correctly, the front brake rod bolt was missing or came loose and fell out, causing rod to rotate and rear brake to fail. I almost ran into back of a delivery truck.The axle nut was not torqued correctly, I used a crescent wrench to loosen it, its cotter pin wasn't put in correctly, had one leg broken and the other not bent.The shop did supply the parts to replace brake arm;I did the repairs. Casey promised to refund cost of tire job. Had to get my bank to reverse charges on credit card.Responding: How can I honestly believe you? With the rear axle nut not even torqued? The cotter pin not replaced??When I spoke with Casey about coming in on Saturday to pick up the parts, he wasn't even there.

Ok. These guys are GREAT. So very happy. They were honest about the time frame, honest on the prices. My baby is running smooth. I will definitely keep going back. You guys just got a lifetime customer.

Stopped in and spoke with Casey about getting a tire mounted for my Hayabusa and was able to get it taken care of quickly. I can't speak for everyone's experiences but mine was great and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Keep up the great work guys.Service: TiresService: Tires

Called and spoke to Casey 3 times. Wanted my bike picked up for maintenance. It was agreed to have someone pick it up. After no response for weeks and several calls I gave up.

Took my carb in for a rebuild and cleaning. When I dropped it in the bike it had the same symptoms as before. Took it apart and what do I find? A bunch of dirt clogging the pilot jet. Cleaned it out, dropped carb back in, runs fine now. Sorry guys but yall missed on this one.

The best motorcycle shop in Wilmington, full stop. Expert technicians on all metrics and Harley bikes as well as side by sides and four wheeler machines. Great service and dyno masters.

These guys are great. They are riders too so they know what it's like in the mud and on the trails. I had them do some tire work after a recommendation from a friend. I will be returning with my atv needs whether repair or customizing.

These guys are definitely top shelf. They got a part for me faster than amazon haha. Seriously, thanks Casey and Chad for the help keeping my bike on the road. My bike is my transportation and my business counts on it. Thanks also for the helpful tips, this saved me valuable time and money.

I went to Pression Cycles to get quad fixed. I dropped off my quad 2 weeks ago for a carburetor cleaned and oil change. I will never go back . I use my quad for work and it has cost me about $300 in lost wages. They sure don't look after their customers. It would help if they would get off personal calls. I had to wait 20 minutes for the guy to get off phone with a friend that was telling him who done him wrong his whole life and a F bomb every other word. Just very bad experience.. And not professional at all. Good luck if you go there.

Bought a used banshee back in 2010. Had to stop messing with it for a couple years. Finally decided to restore it before this summer. I was definitely pleased with Chad s work to get my bike running again. Only took a few weeks. Would have taken less time but I wanted to order a few parts myself. Thank you for getting me up and running.

Only reason it gets one star is because there is no choice for 0. I have called the shop for several weeks in a row trying to get my bike in the door and they continue to tell me call back next week then win next week comes it's the same thing. And the guy on the phone is always very short and rude snappy in a way so for those reasons I'd recommend trying another shop 1st and putting persition at the bottom of the list

No the problem was I turned the bike over to you guys with at least a half of tank of gas. When I left your shop I was on the side of the rd for over an hour to keep watch on it. The only problem was The Shop returned the bike with NO gas! It might take $7 to fill it all the way up. Even $3 or $4 worth of gas would have got me home but thats not what happen. Just seen your responce sothat was tbe problem. Especially since a new fuel pump was installed.... Kinda of common since to put fuel in the tank with a new pump.... Even tho we've all had bad experiences due to certain things leading up to it, but this shop still has delivered every time.thanks.

Great shop, they rebuilt my 1995 Kawasaki Ninja ZX7R front fork superbly (the seals had finally failed), for a great price, and very quickly! I also had the bike tuned up and some general maintenance performed during the same visit and the bike is running nice! It s difficult to find a shop that will even take on an older sport bike for servicing, but Precision Cycles was up for the challenge!I m looking forward to returning to Precision Cycles this Spring 2018 for another tuneup! With a shop like Precision Cycles available I feel confident I can keep my older Ninja going strong for many more years of riding enjoyment!Thanks a lot!Ron

Paid them to clean the carbs on my YZF600R and coat the inside of the gas tank an when I got the bike back home thankfully with out getting into an accident. They had not put all the screws back in the Fairings and they started to come off the bike on my way home.

Hands down this is the one stop shop of cycle service and parts! Ive visited other cycle dealerships in the area only to leave in disappointment either due to the rude staff or excessive pricing. Im out with the old and in with the new at Precision. I purchase all my street and mx tires through them. Before you head anywhere else give these guys a shot I promise you won't regret it.

awful service! I took in my bike to get the carbs cleaned and they did that but left a hose unplugged so when I went to turn by bike on, oil started gushing out like crazy. They also left the throttle cable off so I could not give it any gas. I called them back and they were not helpful. very unprofessional service.
