Called them for the first time because I had a nail in my tire. They got me right in and fixed it within an hour. Great customer service- would 10/10 recommend!

These guys are terrific. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. We always take our vehicles here because they fix them when promised, at a competitive price and never try to upsale. Truly old fashioned customer service.

I took my car in the day after Christmas for a small vibration that was coming through the steering wheel. I assumed it was an imbalanced tire. The tech removed both front wheels and spun them on the machine. He said both balanced out and didn't need any weights added or removed. Whatever he did, the vibration is gone and they didn't even charge me. I will definitely return to Porter's Neck Tire & Auto when I'm due for tires or a repair. Thanks, guys.

I can't say enough good things about this business! I've been taking my 2008 Subaru Forester here for several years...they were the only ones who fixed my AC problem after I had it to 2 other repair places...have always been honest and very reasonable!

I had a flat tire on the Fourth of July and had to use my spare. I brought my truck to Porters Neck Tire and Auto because it was the closest place to my house. Awesome decision! They were very busy today but immediately took my keys and repaired my flat tire, reattached my spare under my truck and I was good to go in about 20 minutes. I was so impressed with everyone there and the price could not have been more generous. These people know how to win lifetime customers and I am so pleased to be one.

Passing through town and had an issue with a tire. They were so helpful and promptly took care of our issue. Wish they were in our town because they d have all of our business !!!

I had an issue with my truck shaking while driving. Due to the amount of positive reviews I decided to swing in to have it checked out. They got me an appointment right away and I expected to pay a pretty penny to have it fixed but had accepted that in my mind. Once all was said and done he told me I owed $20.00. Yes $20 and they went far above and beyond to make sure my truck was ok. I will never go to a dealership again. I highly recommend these guys and will forever be a customer. First time going there and it was fantastic! Very nice staff and it was a no fuss visit. I told them what the issue was I was having and they told me the best time to stop by. Was recommended by a friend who s gotten work done here for a decade plus. I got a used car inspected before I purchased it, and the crew were transparent on the cars weaknesses and how to properly maintain it to prevent future rust from snow and salt.Any auto troubles I have I d trust these guys with; not to mention that they re a local family business, which is rare these days.

After going to the terrible Honda dealership that we usually go to, we came here to Porters Neck Tire & Auto to get the car looked at. Stephenson-Hendrick Honda was the last company to service the car. Honda tried to charge us $160 to just look at the car. Comes out that Honda did not put brake fluid in and also the positive battery terminal was entirely loose. All from Honda not doing their job! Porters Neck Tire & Auto fixed the issues and didn t even charge us. Thank you!

Just called and said what my issue was and was able to get an appointment the next day. I came in and within 10 minutes told me what needed fixing and the price and was able to get my car back within that day. Staff was really friendly made the experience easy and simple. Had a FANTASTIC experience. Called them first thing explaining I had a nail in my tire. They told me to get the car to them asap. Tire was fixed in 15 minutes and no charge!! Absolutely incredible!

Just from talking to Trey today and can already rate this place 5 stars. He tried to talk me out of spending money on an alignment. He said he would inspect it for free and determine if it even needs it bc he highly doubted it did. I had 65k tires last only 20k and they said it s due to an alignment issue so no prorate or rebate or discount. I trust this company bc of my experience with Trey. Love this place!! They plugged a tire for me and didn't charge me. After that my daughter decided to take her van there for tires, brakes, and an oil leak. Her van is driving wonderfully now! She expected a larger bill. It was very reasonable. The owners are so kind to my baby girl and grandkids. That puts them high on my list of favorites!!

I limped my car over to them only to discover the work I paid another place to do on my car, was not done at all. These guys fixed me up, allowing me to get back home, 600 miles away. I am eternally grateful for their help, and highly recommend them. Thank you guys, I did make it home safely

I will always be bringing my car here! Highly recommended! Not only are they efficient, they are HONEST!! <3. Long story short, after an oil change I was quoted a high amount at another shop for rear brake repair that threatened safety. So I rush it to Porters Neck tire and auto (where they did great work on my front brakes before) and turns out my breaks where just fine and no leaks like the other place said. They just cleaned and tightened everything up and I was good to go! I am just so great full! Thank you Porters Neck Tire and Auto!

So grateful for this wonderful shop. We are on vacation with family at Topsail, noted a flat on our vehicle. We topped the apparent slow leak with air and drove over....did a drop in. The staff hopped right on it, repaired the tire in 15 minutes....NO CHARGE! Refused a tip. This shop sets the standard for decency and kindness and superb customer service. Thanks so much!

Trey is fantastic! My check engine light came on while I was on vacation. He checked the code for me and determined there was no issue, so the code could be cleared. I was very appreciative and relieved to be able to safely get back on the road.

We were headed back home to Florida when my tire got a big hole in it and fix-a-flat wasn t an option. We got here 10 minutes before closing and they were quick to help & were not rude at all.
