I bring my car to these folks from Myrtle Beach after a nasty experience with my local dealer. When I get there, the waiting room s full of friendly people, also getting their cars serviced, and the seating s quite comfortable, all things considered. By my estimation, these folks are friendly, professional, and thorough. I usually deal with Eddie. And, again, I cannot recommend this person enough. I m extremely particular about how my car is treated, and they accommodate to the best of their ability.It s worth the trip.

As soon as we entered the showroom we were warmly greeted. We had set up an appointment and within 5 minutes or so were talking to sales rep Tanner. He was extremely helpful in going over differences between various models. When we went for a test drive he patiently explained the latest technology in the Volvo. We haven't owned a Volvo in a few years but due to high safety standards we decided to buy a Volvo. Everyone at Parkway was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We loved the car! Put a deposit it on and returned the following day to pick it up. Once again Tanner went above and beyond to go over details on the car and told us to come back anytime if we had questions. He also offered to come to our home if the garage door opener he set up remotely didn't work. Very happy with Parkway Volvo! Nice doing business with a company that cares about their customers.

I recently replaced my tires and had an issue. My schedule is very tight but the service team saw me on a Saturday, identified the problem, and resolved it efficiently. Helen and Katie were instrumental in making this happen. Very grateful to them and the entire service team!

This dealership has been nothing but stellar for me. Had my car serviced here last week and nails were found in my tires. They assisted me the best they could and I decided on buying a new set of tires from another place. After they were unable to undo my wheel locks with my key, I called the dealership at 4:15 pm and they fit me in immediately despite them closing at 5pm. They provided me with quick service, kind words, and a discount to switch my wheel locks out. HUGE shout out to Eddie for being so helpful throughout all of this!!! I will be a returning customer!

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. His knowledge was vast, and his professionalism was appreciated. Jason even extended his time at the dealership on a holiday weekend to explain all the features of my brand new Volvo! This is my fourth Volvo so I guess I am a Volvo lifer! Thanks again Jason for being there for me.

Ever since moving here 5 years ago I've made Parkway my place to go to for all my car needs. The service department has been the greatest. I bought a great used vehicle 2 years ago and everything I needed was taken care of quickly and completely. I will always be a customer here.

I cannot express enough how exceptional my experiences have been at Parkway Volvo Cars in Wilmington NC. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the ongoing service of my vehicles, every interaction has been nothing short of excellent.I initially purchased my 2011 XC70 in 2022, intending it for both personal use and as a vehicle for my rideshare services with Uber and Lyft. The team at Parkway Volvo Cars made the entire purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. Their sales department was not only professional but also incredibly helpful and accommodating. I returned to Parkway Volvo in 2023 to purchase a 2019 XC90 for my wife, and later that year, a 2015 XC60 for my mother. Both purchases were equally delightful experiences, and both my wife and mother are absolutely thrilled with their Volvo vehicles.However, what truly sets Parkway Volvo Cars apart is their exceptional service department. Led by the wonderful and kind Service Manager, Katy, the service team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Service Advisors Helen and Eddie are always there to assist promptly and courteously whenever my vehicles require servicing. The technicians in the shop are undoubtedly top-notch, displaying unparalleled work ethics and delivering repairs of the highest quality.While I cannot speak for the rare 1-star reviews this establishment has received, I can confidently say that in all my dealings with Parkway Volvo Cars, I have never encountered anything less than a 5-star experience. Their commitment to excellence, from sales to service, is truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend Parkway Volvo Cars to anyone in search of a premium car-buying and servicing experience.

Our daughter purchased her Honda Accord from Parkway Volvo this past weekend. The salesman Brian was AWESOME. He was patient and very detailed. He even called her today to make sure everything is going good with the car. 10/10 Highly recommend

We walked in without an appointment and Trenner Tompkins greeted us. He was very personable and joy to work with. We explained what we were looking for and he listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect Volvo. During our test drive he answered all of our questions. We purchased the vehicle that afternoon. Trenner has followed up with us and made sure we were pleased with our purchase and answered all of our follow up questions.

We just purchased a XC90 Recharge/hybrid from Parkway. This is our second volvo purchase with Parkway and the process was stress free. We started with LeRoy who turned us over to Trenner, described what we were looking for in a Volvo, he took is on a test ride and we made a deal with him. Glen and Trenner both walked us through purchasing options, took their time to explain them and could not have been easier to work with. Final paperwork with Matt was a breeze. An excellent experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, I got the quickest responses from Jeremy Cleare. When I and my husband got there for a test drive, our sales representative Jason Erdely was waiting outside for us. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Jason goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. We drove the car home after 3 hours. I would highly recommend Parkway Volvo to everyone.

Trenner made our decision to purchase a vehicle easy. He was very professional, patient, responsive and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured into anything, and that is important to me. He made the purchasing process smooth and continues to respond to any questions that we have. Additionally, his team also patiently worked with us on any reservations we had and were all super friendly. We are very happy with our new Volvo and definitely recommend Parkway!

Absolutely the best dealership I have worked with. We put in a custom order and purchased from Parkway Volvo and the entire experience was fantastic. I worked with a few different individuals but Matt Gehen went above and beyond what is expected. As our order was being fulfilled he would keep us updated on the shipping and delivery status. Purchasing was a smooth process. No pressure sales tactics or options.The unfortunate thing about buying a Volvo is that we probably won't need a new car for awhile but I highly recommend this dealership and if we do need a new car in the future we will definitely use Parkway Volco. Tanner West and Brittany Stilley were great to work with too.

Two months ago I purchased a Volvo S60 Recharge from Parkway Volvo. It s an awesome car and I ve really reduced gas purchases with my plug-in hybrid! I love it!This is my second Volvo, and I must give high praise to Parkway. We worked with Matt Gehen who was so informative and knowledgeable. They had a S60 recharge on order with the options I wanted. He provided me with excellent information, avoided pressure selling, and really exceeded my expectations! The car arrived a little earlier than expected. The whole Parkway team made my purchase process seamless. Matt was super introducing the car to me and giving helpful information about the great technology this model offers. He quickly answered texts when I sent him a few questions in the first few weeks.The Volvo dealership is immaculate - clean, modern, with a comfortable customer lounge area. I can t say enough good words about the customer service Matt provided and the positive culture with everyone at Parkway.I feel so good about reducing my dependence on oil/gas and love the performance of my new Volvo! I highly recommend this dealership and Matt to you!

We traded in a vehicle for our new Volvo. We initiated the transaction on line, then came down in person to test drive and ultimately complete the purchase. Our experience at Parkway was extremely pleasant. The dealership itself is beautiful - clean, new, spacious and bright. The staff was attentive without being ingratiating, and extremely efficient. The whole purchase process was handled in just a couple of very comfortable hours with very little effort on our behalf. Great follow up from the Parkway team gives me confidence that they will be there in the future for service and should we ever require assistance. My wife and I are not hagglers. The Parkway team gave us a very fair price on our trade in, and went right down the middle on the new vehicle financing which is what I'd hope for - straight shooting, clear and up front presentation of all the numbers and a simple bottom line. They got our financing all lined up. It was a very efficient and painless process. At the end of the day, the buying experience shapes forms the foundation for the ownership experience. Our experience with Parkway was relaxed, pleasant, calm, and efficient and we are very pleased with our new Volvo. A final word on selection. In this day and age when auto selection can be limited we found Parkway had a great selection on the lot. Just as important, when their web site says "on the lot" it's actually there. Their inventory appears to move very quickly so there is a good rotation of fresh new vehicles of all models to choose from. A GREAT shopping experience!

I love parkway Volvo! They care about their customers so much! They always give me the best of care. They always make sure we have a loaner so we don't have to stay while the car is being worked on. Parkway Volvo is the only place I will ever buy my vehicles from.

Volvo XC60 with 91,000 miles locked up at a gas station outside Wilmington. Had it towed to Parkway Volvo and got a call stating the diagnostic review identified a bad right front ABS sensor. Repaired it for $680, flew back to pick it up, and within 10 miles of leaving the dealership, the ABS lights came back up on the dash. Made it home and took it to the Virginia Beach Volvo dealership, who ran a new diagnostic and quoted $480 for a rear ABS sensor. Not covered under warranty, and conveniently not identified by Parkway in their diagnostic check, or in a post-repair test drive. So now I m spending an extra $198 for the second diagnostic check, and I was charged $200 more for the exact same service between 2 Volvo dealerships.

Tanner West and team were fantastic in helping us with the lease of our Volvo XC60. Everyone was courteous, helpful and patient! Parkway Volvo provided me the absolute best car buying experience! I thought the process would take weeks (if not months) due to the shortages of cars and parts. I was warmly greeted by Trenner Tompkins and he helped me find exactly what I had hoped to find--that day! Trenner is exactly what one hopes to have as a car sales person.I am so excited about my new car and can't recommend Parkway Volvo highly enough! The dealership is new, beautiful, and has plenty of inventory. The Parkway team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is my 5th Volvo and it is the perfect car for me.
