EDIT: My father left you or your wife an email almost a week ago explaining the entire experience but we have yet to hear back.I have never met such an incompetent group of people like the Service Department. Since I ve been there twice recently to take my car in for an Extended Warranty, I just see representatives sitting around waiting for people to come in and not doing much. These people take weeks and weeks of your time plus don t ever call you back to let you know the status of your car, so YOU have to keep calling them and most of the time, they don t know what s going on and won t give you a straight answer. I have been more than patient with this dealership but this is the 2nd screw up I have had with them where they will give an estimate for when the service will be done and then make excuses about everything when the time comes to pick up your car.Their boss Brett Lee is an absolute joke and will laugh in your face and walk away from you because he doesn t know how to manage or listen to your reasonable complaints. You would think that a manager would want to pan things over and not lose a client or get a potential bad review but he clearly doesn t care and likes to play the blame game. This doesn t seem like the first time that he s been this way because I read several reviews about him on here. He has poor communication skills mixed with maturity levels of a teenager and isn t professional in the slightest. I m sure the response given back from this terrible experience will be the same way that Brett treated my father and I, like he was superior over us and it is the customers fault.

Highly disappointed with the service received. Took my vehicle in last week for an oil change and recall for the wiper blade arm. When driving in the rain yesterday my wiper blade came completely off. They asked me to bring it back in. When I arrived at the dealership all four representatives ignored us for several minutes. A representative then asked if we had an appointment and begin arguing when I explained my blade fell off during operation after the dealership did maintenance on it. He continously blamed the problem on the blade and not the work by the technician. VERY DISAPPOINTED with service at this dealership. Its always great to blame someone or something else on a problem you created. Thank god they don't work on airplanes!

I had a fairly good experience very friendly staff just a little longer than I expected to wait and while the building is all under reconstruction my gps was pretty confusing to try and figure out where to go but in the end I got what I needed done and am still enjoying my ride

If you have service done here -- VIDEO your car prior to drop off and MAKE SURE TO TAKE lots of PICTURES!!My car came back to me damaged. When we inquired about it... we were met with ATTITUDE and told it wasn't their problem!! Once we insisted they check it, they blamed "CRACK HEADS" and told us it wasn't their responsibility.My best advice: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR at all and ESPECIALLY OVERNIGHT!!!! They do NOT care if your car is damaged or vandalized while in their care and on their property!! As a matter of fact, they won't even pull surveillance so you can make a police report!!!In the words of Brett Lee, the Service Manager, "HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM?"... little did he know, as soon as this warranted repair was made, I was going to trade in my 2017 Elantra for a 2023... but he just sent me car shopping elsewhere -- all over a $150 damaged door handle that happened on their property and while under their care!!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

I've taken my car to Hyundai several times for services and been extremely patient with them. Out of the 5 times I've had to take it in the last 2 years, 1 of those times I had good customer service. Even though while dropping off I overheard several derogatory comments made by the service technicians about customers, I minded my own and received good customer service, to my face at least.Most recently, I had my engine replaced (save yourself the money and don't buy a Hyundai, the motors are worthless). I had my tires aligned a couple months prior but upon my car retrieval, my tires were terribly unaligned. I called to see if something had happened during the engine service and had that question met with "no nothing could've possibly happened", but how did my tires magically become unaligned while they had it for 2 weeks? Nevertheless, I was simply inquiring about the series of events during my service. Robert was the service tech I spoke with and should really focus on his communication and delivery. "If something messes up every time you bring it here, then stop bringing it here." Good piece of advice but considering I spent thousands of dollars here, you'd think one would not want to deter a customer. Overall, very poor service, great ignorance and an extreme lack of patience. I plan on selling my Hyundai because it simply is not worth the constant breakdowns and terrible customer service when attempting to fix the problem.
