I recently was a hit and run victim two in two days. I was without my car for two months. They openly communicated with me the process. At the end it was a little frustrating because my car wasn't fully fixed. It was making a sound that they were concerned about. I told them I wasn't going to pick up my car if it wasn't fixed. They told me if I didn't pick up my car by tomorrow they would charge me storage. They, then, told me to contact my adjuster. My adjuster came out and straightened it out. It would have been an excellent experience if it wasn't for that interaction. Everyone was nice, except for that.

Absolutely, the best repair shop in Wilmington. My 2018 Ram was involved in an accident and Walter and Tram kept me informed every step of the way during repairs. They handled everything with Insurance company and my Truck looks better then before the wreck. Thank you for everything !

I picked up today my car from Parker's Collision after having my car painted. They did a top notch job matching up the color of the paint on my car. They cleaned my car as well. I am very satisfied with the work performed by Parker's Collision and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to have body work done and your car painted. I appreciated all the support I got during the process from Aaron Metcalf. My car was fixed beautifully including repairing the lane sensors. They even delivered my car to my residence! Great job!!!

My car was hit in a parking lot and I was not at fault. That being said, I had a great experience with the staff from Parker's Collision Center. They were able to handle my insurance claims even when the insurance company tried to not completely cover the rental car. They kept me up to date during the repairs and when additional damager were discovered. With all the work involved they were able to still get me back into my car in a week.

On 5/31/23 Parker s replaced the belt molding on both sides of my car. It had been baking in the sun for 3 years, during the pandemic. They took it in & completed the job in record time!As a retired insurance adjuster, I can readily say they are top notch!My car looks great & the price was reasonable

A rock cracked our Subaru Forester windshield on the interstate traveling from Atlanta to Wilmington. We found Parker Collision listed on State Farm's website as a preferred provider. I was planning to get the windshield fixed when we returned to Atlanta and only called Parker to have someone take a look at it to see if it needed to be replaced sooner. They explained it would be OK if it was only cracked on the outside as there are two layers of glass in the windshield, but I could feel two of the five cracks on both the inside and the outside emanating from the original rock impact which was the size of a quarter. The cracks were half way across the windshield and spreading in the intense heat. It was a Wednesday and we were leaving Wilmington on Friday to drive to Charlotte before returning to Atlanta. We were crisscrossing NC to visit spread out family, and on a tight schedule. Not only did Parker take care of the windshield, they worked with our State Farm agent, set up a rental car pick-up from their shop, they ordered the windshield from the Subaru dealership which was in stock. Another shop tried to sell us a windshield without the Subaru logo and at the same price. I checked around before I found Parker'sCollision, and I could not be happier with their customer oriented focus. They got it done same day when more than one other shop told us it would take three days! Aaron handled our project from start to finish and could not have been more professional and personable. I wish they had a shop in Atlanta. I could not have landed in a better place. You will not be disappointed. They even followed up with the billing for the rental car when they charged us for two days instead of one when we had been promised a late turn in with no extra charge. They went to bat for us after we had already paid them in full. They really made a great impression on Wilmington for us! We hope we don't have car trouble the next time we are visiting family there, but we know who to recommend if our relatives need a shop. (I posted a picture of the crack below the windshield wiper and marked how it was spreading.)

Parker's did a great job on body work for my Camry and went out of their way to find the part my car was needing. Very courteous employees who are easy to communicate with and who make the whole process of having to go to a repair shop a little less painful :) BIG SHOUT out to Walt for all of his help!I appreciate you! I made the horrible mistake of using this business. They are a site approved by State Farm and my suggestion is to find another body shop. They seem nice and say all the right things at first . They are inadequate in regards to mechanical/electrical work. They do NOT stand by their work. They will tell you a repair is done when it is not. My accident was 11-23-22 and I have had problems with the vehicle from the day they gave it back to me. Unaccountable and lack of integrity are at the forefront of issues. If your vehicle has mechanical/electrical damage seek services elsewhere. They are not equipped to handle those issues. Your safety is everything and they only care about the amount of money they can get from your insurance company. They are truly incapable of being honest with themselves and others. Run don t walk .

The guys at Parker s Collision went above and beyond to help us out. My family was on vacation and we needed an unexpected repair ASAP. We called multiple places and these guys were the first to offer their services right before closing. They were kind and friendly and quick to service our car. Parker s was phenomenal with their service. They treated me with the utmost respect regardless of the fact I m only 20 years old. They took care of my vehicle incredibly quickly and efficiently. 15/10 would recommend! Had to have work done on my caddy and the job done was fantastic! Can not even tell my car was damaged. We did have issues with how picky my car was with it's light, but they did not turn me away and continued to trouble shoot until it was repaired! I hope I never need collision repair again, but if I do, they will be the ones I call. Awesome job guys!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

My son was involved in a collision that caused significant damage to his truck while he was at school in Wilmington. The entire team at Parker s was amazing at helping me manage the situation from our hometown 4 hours away. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and kept us informed at every step. Recently was in an accident where my vehicle was rear ended. I called Parker's Collision Center and they had me bring it by for an estimate. Since the collision was covered on the other vehicles insurance, Parker's handled everything seamlessly and quickly. It was almost like I didn't have to do anything! Great work and no headaches. STAY AWAY. We took our sons car to Parker s after someone backed into him in a parking lot. The initial repairs were estimated at $6500. After 2 MONTHS of ongoing delays and $2000 in rental car fees, the owner kept telling us the car wasn t ready and that he needed more money and couldn t we call our insurance again to grease the wheels . The total repair came to $14,000!!!! (Which was never authorized) Insurance finally agreed to pay $10,000. The owner refused to release our vehicle unless we agreed to pay the difference and only handed over the keys after we threatened to call the police and an attorney. I will be filing complaints with the NC DOI and the Better Business BureauService: Body & Trim

Had a bad run of car issues that required fixing. Trusted Parkers as they have always had a good reputation. Had no issues and our overall experience was wonderful. Tram Williams is now the new owner and he is continuing the tradition of quality customer service. He communicated with us throughout our cars getting fixed and we had no issues.

Tram and his staff go all out to make my experience pleasant when having to deal with the aftermath of accidents. I ve been to Parker s about 3 times in 4 years (not all my fault ha!!) and each time they have worked quickly and efficiently to fix my problems. My daughter s car recently needed a new rear bumper and we chose Parker s Collision Center. The entire process was smooth and very efficient. They were able to assess the damage and order the necessary parts without having to leave the car for an extended period of time. These guys were so friendly and so professional. It took about 3 weeks for my car to be ready, but they were up front about that from the beginning, and they were worth the wait. They did a phenomenal job, and my car looks better than it did before my accident. If you value quality work over quick work, then this is the place you want to take your car. Parker's Collision Center is amazing. The service was great and the pricing was competitive with others. I was so pleased with their service that I would have paid a premium above others, as my experience was better than I've had in the past with others. Unfortunately, I had a run in with a deer which caused significant damage to my 2016 Nissan Frontier. I got a police report and contacted my insurance Company, which gave me a list of "approved" repair facilities. My first pick did the estimate and never told me I'd have to wait 2 MONTHS to get the car repaired. Next stop was Parkers Collision. Chris was incredibly honest and truthful as to when I would be able to get the car into the shop. 5 Business days! In that time, he ordered the parts and when I brought it in on a Monday, I was able to pick it up that Thursday. The work was beautiful, they even buffed out a few scratches that was not on the estimate. Customer Friendly, they do their job extremely well, they communicate with you every step of the way. Chris told me, when I picked up my Frontier, any problems, don't hesitate bring it right back and we'll make it right! My kind of Shop, my kind of People. Parker's is "THE PLACE TO GO FOR REPAIRS" !!

The bumper of my daughters car fell off and I took it to Parkers for repair. Everyone there were extremely helpful and professional. Tram kept me up to date throughout the whole process and they fixed her car and had it back to her the same day!
