There was a young man there on Monday in the morning. He had an exceptional knowledge of cars and history. Hands down best service at an auto parts store. Highly recommend going to the o Reilly's that's closest to the north campus of Cape Fear Community College. First time I had been to this one and for the life of me I am unable to remember the guy's name but I was impressed with his I can do attitude and customer service. That's something that is rarely seen anymore, but an asset for any company. I will be going back to that location.

I really want to thank the young man that helped my daughter with putting in a light bulb in her car tonight. He was very helpful. I will definitely make her go here when she needs help with her car. I wish there were more people like this young man. She never got his name.

Highly highly recommend this store. Paul helped my wife out late at night with some car issues while an hour away from home. He was able to diagnose and replace several parts that were causing the engine to misfire on the highway, which saved us potentially thousands in repairs and towing fees. I commend his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond what a typical auto parts salesman would normally do. Thank you so much, Paul!

Tony was courteous, cheerful, knowledgeable, and efficient in testing my faulty battery, recommending, & installing a replacement. This store deserves its 5 star rating 100%!

Went in there a couple months ago and got an item price. Then went across the street to Advance and got a price on same item...Advance was a lot cheaper. But today I went to O'Reilly's because they had something cheaper than Advance. I did a little peekaboo around the store (prices have skyrocketed!). I then went across the street to Advance Auto to buy my other item that I needed, and I shopped around there too.... It appears that O'Reilly's shelf items are cheaper than Advance Autos shelf items. So always shop around cuz you never know, just going across the street could save you $10...

My HID headlights quit working both sides. I called and stopped by this Orileys and Danny, assisted me perfectly in his professional knowledge. So glad we have this store in Castle Hayne NC Now my HID Headlights work wonderful.

The only place I ever go for auto parts. Price is ok but they always tend to have any part you need. When I was in a bind They saved me.

This store has some of the best customer service around. It used to not be that way, but they got a new manager last year and he has turned the store around.
