There never is anyone at the reception desk. You just sit or stand around along with others waiting, hoping that someone will attend to us. They should have us get a token or something like that. I will never go back to this place ever again.

This is the place for inspections! They wasted no time and got right to it. In and out and did a great job doing a full inspection. Will definitely return every year at this place.

This is a great place to get your inspection done on a timely fashion. The sad part is every time I go they tell me a park light is out. When clearly all my lights are working. They have done the same trick for over 10 years.

Excellent service!! Those guys are awesome!! Got me in as soon as I pulled up. I must have catch it just right & didn t have to wait. Even in the past few years, I have always had great service there.

Amazingly fast service!! I was worried since I waited until the end of the month that I'd have a long wait. I got there around 8:15 & 1 person's car was in the bay & 1 person in waiting room. I was finished & on my way in less than 30 minutes Both techs were very friendly & had masks on when dealing with customers. I'll definitely go back next year! Thanks so much for the great job!!

The BEST NC Inspection station bar none! Incredibly Fast, inexpensive smog inspection $23.75 with State Fee of $6.25 total = $30.00. Unbelievable nice, polite customer service and as busy as they were they even picked up my phone call. Took me immediately!Support this small business cause this is how every business shoukd care about there customer. A+++

Inspections only means no sales pitch. They will not tell you something is wrong with your car and it will cost you $$$ to fix it. Service is cordial and fast. They have outdoor seating for while you wait. We were there for 5 minutes.

I went to 9 other shops for an inspection, but these guys didn't hesitate to help me, and it was $10 cheaper than everyone else. I was in and out within 30 minutes. This is now my shop.

Wow!!! I read the reviews and they said they were fast... but Jimmy John s has NOTHING on these guys! Talk about fast! I hope anyone who has no time to waste is able to read this. You can come on your lunch break and still have time to eat! Nice guys, too!

Fastest and most efficient Inspection I have ever had! Colton was very polite and super nice. He handled my car with care, and treated me with respect and kindness. I will definitely be back, and will send my family and friends. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

The people that were working the day I came in we re just so sweet patient and helpful. I was dreading going and waiting in line. Seems like these days there s far too many people who don t enjoy their job and customers can certainly tell. So five stars from me to this North Carolina inspection center for making this trip enjoyable is basically I had to go there regardless and now it won t be such a bummer when I have to go next time

went in no appointment no call ahead, just stopped in, these guys apologized for the wait and got my car checked out so quickly I thought I forgot paperwork. I kid you not, in and out in 45 mins. The last place that did my inspection took 3 hours, with an appointment, and cost me an insane amount and tried to upcharge me here and there. this place, no upcharges, straight to the point, quick, friendly, fair price ($30) and not a single issue.

I can't speak more highly of this place! My parents are elderly with cognitive decline and my sister and I came from out of town to handle this. Every place we called required an appointment and we needed immediate service. I called and they told me to come right in... in 5 minutes they were done. Amazing and very nice people there!!
