In my opinion, Napa, is one of the best auto supply stores for parts. They distribute parts that are, specifically, made for a car by looking up what the car calls for.

A very unhappy customer if I could put negative stars I would. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of parts from this store and for the most part they were helpful. Today was unsatisfactory, I ordered parts overnight but needed some help with the rest of my order. Went and picked up my parts I had ordered and requested assistance to locate the other interior panels I needed to finish my repairs. Asked and even attempted to describe the parts and was instantly dismissed by the employee saying if you do not have the part number we can t help you. Turns her back and starts a conversation with a coworker in complete disregard of me still standing at the counter needing help. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.....

The lady who helped us was absolutely wonderful. We were in a tight spot looking for a headlight and some oil before driving back to raleigh and she helped out tremendously. We were short on time and she got us out of there without a hiccup.

Just WOW! My family and I visited family in Wilmington on Saturday. Got ready to leave from visit and our battery was dead at 3:45pm on Saturday, just 15 mins before the NAPA store was to close till Monday. It would take us 16 mins to get there, if we had all green lights. Called ahead and lady at the store was great and helped out 'above and beyond' for us to get there and even provided the needed tools. And, that's why we chose NAPA. They got the 'Know How'!
