Shakkur went above and beyond to ensure and restore the proper functionality and safety of our work truck after a blowout. I would highly recommend him and MCarthy Tire for any of your tire service needs, especially in a pinch.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires in my Explorer. I went to McCarthys Tire Service and a man came out and said yes he should be able to plug it, I told him where I saw the screw in the thread. He said he had to complete loading a truck and would be right with me, five minutes later that truck pulled out and he drove mine in.Five minutes later he pulled mine out and said your good to go ! I said thanks I ll see the girl inside for payment, he said no charge ! I said what ? He said he was the owner, his name is Gage. Great guy and great service, he said he can get any tire you need when I asked about my tires because I know I ll be needing them next season, I wouldn t hesitate going to this tire company when I do. Thanks again McCarthys Tire Company.

Mccarthy is the most honest auto/tire shop I have ever been too! I am on vacation and was in a bind and (thought) I needed three new tires. I had my appt and not even ten minutes having my car pulled into the shop they told me I only needed two and didn t want to charge me anymore than I needed done. I was honestly really shocked because I have had a lot of trouble with my tires and never had someone be so honest with me and tell me I didn t need something right away! The owner (a super nice man with shorter hair. I m sorry I don t think I ever got his name) talked with me while I waited and was really helpful. We talked about his son and how he said he wouldn t want him to be over charged and to be taken care of the right way so he tries to do that with all of his clients/customers. It was quicker to get two new tires than when I usually just get one tire done aswell which was awesome because of the heat. I was also charged a really great price which helps a lot with still having to take a 9 hour trip home. I really can t say enough good things about this place and I wish I could pick the shop up and take it home with me . I highly recommend them if you re looking for new tires! They also do small things like oil changes and work on bigger trucks. Thank you so much for all your help!

I had to have two tires replaced on a Taylor TMH 120 marine forklift. I called McCarthy Tire service and they were here within an hour and had me back up and running in a couple of hours which was a big relief because when customers want there boat in the water and cannot go for a boat ride they tend to get very upset. Everybody at McCarthy was very helpful and easy to deal with. McCarthy will be getting all my future business and I will be recommending them to any one needing work done on there tires.

Staffs here Mike and Serenity were very polite and professional. They quoted reasonable and there were no surprises. Mike's advice was helpful in making decision quick and not wasting time on debating if I'm making right moves.

I am late in putting in this review, please forgive me? In early January this year TJ had come out at 3 am on 74/76 NB, to replace a blown out drive tire on the 18 wheeler I was driving.He was quick, safe and efficient. I have been to several truck stops whose mechanics where no where near as quick as he was. Yet that was not the only thing he had done. He had amazing customer service skills.Being a female truck driver I seen a lot of things in many different people. A man was not paying attention to the road and had run over the tread from the tire. He was very rude and invasive he demanded my personal information in which I was not comfortable giving to a complete stranger.TJ made me feel safe in that he asked the driver to return to his car. He let the man know he can wait for the police he was not getting my personal information.TJ,I truly appreciate What you did! that is not something I get the privilege of seeing or experiencing. Most men are either very rude, mean or intimidated that I drive trucks. You are a hero and deserve to know that!!!

I ve had a couple blow outs and Shakkur from McCarthy Tire came promptly and swapped my tires working hard to get me back on the road. I greatly appreciate it!

Fast and friendly.. If your driving a big rig..try and back in from the rd.. It will be a little more better then backing back out on to that rd.
