Have done business here since purchasing a vehicle in 2019, stopped taking vehicle to service center because of poor customer service. Tried it again a year later and Adolfo Martinez took advantage of my 20 year old daughter by performing and charging for extra services not authorized. Also took pictures of the vehicle and would not explain why. She asked for a simple oil change. I am also in the market to purchase another car. Adolfo refused to refund charges for unauthorized work and said he didn't care that I would not purchase my car from their lot and salesperson Kevin Edwards. They lost customers and a car deal so he could overcharge my daughter by $42. I hope he shares that $42 with Kevin. WOMEN BEWARE!!!!

Noel was a pleasure to work with! From a female's prospective, it's refreshing to walk in and have someone listen to what I want, rather than trying to upsell me or get me into a new car that I can't afford (cough cough Bob King). Jules the jeep has her beach stuff at the ready and with the lifetime warranty that she came with, I feel a lot more confident about our road trips!

Words can not express how much I appreciate Mathew Motors. I purchased a vehicle from Mathew motors. The vehicle broke down and AD diagnosed the problem as the starter. He then realized I had a manufacturer warranty and I had to take it to the Hyundai dealership. After taking it there 3 times and being told they can not duplicate the problem, being treated like trash and being stranded 3 times, AD with Matthew motors said go get your car, bring it to me, we will fix it IAlmost cried. AD did exactly what he said that he would do. I was ready to trade the car in over a starter because of the bad and poor customer service at Parkway Hyundai but AD at Matthew motors saved the day and my car. There is a much more in detail nightmare of a story to be posted on parkway hyundai website but this review is pure and genuine gratitude to AD and the staff at Mathew motors. From my salesman Ross to Dillion ( spelling) to the sweet Haley in customer service, and the nice ladies answering the phones, I am Mathew motors family for life. AD! You! Saved! My! Car! My! Sanity! So take if two sides here. Was looking to get my vehicle appraised. The call to set up the appt was within 5 mins of me hitting the submit button online. Went in the next day for the appraisal. Fair appraisal in the opinion. Gentlemen that I was working with was honest and easy to deal with. Didn't like some parts of the report but that is neither here nor there. I ended up leaving and got into my car where there was a new cup from the gas station and spit and chewing tobacco. I was totally disgusted. Thought about just tossing it onto the ground but took it back inside so they knew that the guy who test drove it left it in there. No apologies. Nothing. Sent a text to the group who was doing the appraisal. No response. Got an email the next day thanking me for coming in. Sent a response telling them what had happened. No response. Probably would never buy a car from here because of this reason. Responding to customers is kind of an important job.

My family has purchased multiple vehicles from this location over the years. We recently purchased two new vehicles through the help of Paul in sales. He, as well as all the members of the sales and service department, go above and beyond to work with you no matter what. The experience and customer service is like no other. Joe has also been a great help over the years! He gives great advice on what s it takes to gets the most out of your vehicle. We really appreciate this company. They give off great vibes and are very personable. I highly recommend to anyone!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Had to call AAA for a lock out service, the service response was super quick from Matthews Motors!! The gentleman was personable & polite. I was so happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend it if selling your vehicle.. unless you enjoy jumping through hoops and repeatedly having to call to see where your check is!

I purchased my Dodge RAM in February 2020. This is the first time I have had a major issue. Hallie was very helpful in scheduling a time to bring my truck in and once it was determined the cause of the check engine light, Jordan explained what needed to be done and dealt with the warranty company. The problem was covered and I got my truck back 2 days earlier than I expected. While the truck was there, I worked with Hallie to take care of other needed service. She coordinated all the stuff that didn't get taken care of during the pandemic. Nice to work with customer oriented folks like Hallie and Jordan. I highly recommend them and Matthews Motors.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

My husband and I had a awesome experience at Matthews Motors with the Deal Diva - Pam. We were looking for a truck that would pull our travel trailer and she helped us get into a truck. We had a very friendly experience with Pam she understood exactly what we were looking for. Pam is very professional and on time, she made us feel welcome and we were very comfortable with her. We have definitely found our auto shopping place. I would highly recommend her to all our family and friends looking for a vehicle.WE LOVE OUR NEW TRUCK. Bought this car from them in March of 2021. I immediately started having trouble with the lane keeping assistant and the car was still under the manufacturer warranty. After several failed attempts at the Ford dealership to resolve the issue and as soon as the manufacturer warranty went out, then the whole system came off the windshield! Matthew s Motors stepped up to the plate and got it handled for me and for that I am very grateful! Way to go guys!

Was in town over the holiday and my check engine light came on. Didn t have an appointment but they said I could leave the truck and try to work me in. I wasn t expecting them to get it done so quick they called me a couple days later and told me what was wrong and exactly what was needed to fix it and had my truck back before I left town. They not only fixed the issue but gave me recommendations on what to have done next. It s so hard to find a shop you can trust but Hallie and Lee had the best customer service I ve experienced when dealing with my vehicle.

Daniel and Miranda took good care of me. I was sad to see my old Tacoma go, but it had to be done. My new Silverado is really nice and I got it at a great price. There was a small issue with the air conditioning unit in it. But Matthew's motors service department got that taken care of for me extremely quickly. They're all super professional there would recommend.

We pulled the KBB value of our 2020 vehicle to sale or trade it. Communicated with Adam S. & was told Matthews Motors could assist us in making the selling process much easier & quicker. We were a little hesitant because it sounded to good to be true. We decided to go by & allow them to inspect our vehicle. We met with Jess & the on duty manager & everyone was upfront, honest & extremely professional. They showed us the inspection report that they completed for free & the car-fax history. They explained to us the actually KBB value factoring in everything including the carfax & offered not only more than the KBB but more than what the other dealers had offered us as a trade in. They purchased our vehicle on the spot & even gave us a ride back to where we needed to be. I highly recommend if you are considering selling or trading your vehicle that your 1st stop is Matthews Motors. They also have a awesome car selection with very fair pricing. Thanks again to everyone at Matthews Motors for all of your help!

If you re buying a car from them make sure that they go over it with you on the warranty because that s where they take your money most of the times they don t want to fix the problem or even worse they don t fix it and they still charge you $85 just for them to said that you weren t cover by your warranty so you have to pay it. So I do not recommend this dealership to anybody they taken advantage of people s money

I checked the KBB value on my car, these ppl will not stop calling me with false information about how much my car is worth. Went into the store and they had me waiting for an hour due to computer being slow before admitting my car was worth only 10% of what was originally offered. Murph (Operations Director) is simply amazing!! I called him today with a small problem, but one which I felt should be addressed. Murph listened patiently as I explained what happened and was on the phone handling the situation on my behalf not 10 minutes later. He was profoundly professional, personable and more than fair in how he handled my concern. I would give him 10 stars all on his own if I could! Thank you Murph!!!
