This was my second trip to Leonard in a few years. They put a tonneau cover on my previous truck and this time they did a larger install on my new truck, putting in a fiberglass camper shell and a Decked system.Buddy was awesome to work with and showed me all the options and helped me select which ones would be best for my needs and uses, not just pushing the highest priced option.On my previous trip, they ordered the wrong part initially and discounted the installation labor when the correct part came in. I got the sense they re in to making things right. Definitely check them out for truck accessories and installation.

This was the first time using Leonard in Wilmington .and most certainly won t be the last. Buddy and his team were super professional and prompt on installing my new truck cap. Great service! Highly recommended!!

Great place to shop for all your truck needs. Caps, Covers, Lights, Hitches, Guards, they offer installation of all their products. When ordering a matching cap for your truck plan on up to 6 weeks from date of order to installation. The business has been there a long time and caters to all the local dealerships in and around Wilmington NC area. Had a cap installed on my truck by these folks and they did an excellent job. Recommend these folks for all your truck needs.

Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous! Effortless from beginning to end.I couldn't be more pleased.Heather at corporate took order. Walked me through everything. She was patient, helpful & professional. I wanted a specific look etc. Heather helped with the build to suit. Scott was fabulous. He is the representative for my local Leonard Building Dealer. He came out and did a site inspection to be sure there would be no surprises at the last moment upon delivery. Measured, told us which limbs might be hanging too low which would cause possible scratches to our building during delivery. He called me the morning of delivery when the building was in route to our property. Johnny delivered. Johnny was Wonderful, Meticulous, Professional, Funny & a Perfectionist. He made sure our shed was delivered without a scratch and put exactly where we wanted it... I mean EXACTLY to the inch. He leveled it until it was PERFECT.... I couldn't be more pleased. I was initially going to rent to own. Upon delivery I called and paid it in full. The shed is gorgeous, the service impeccable. The quality is perfection.I highly recommend Leonard Buildings!!

Jose was great. He wasn t pushy. He offered other options from a neighboring Leonard and I was under a bit of a time crunch so I found something that fit my needs off your lot. I feel the enclosed cargo trailer from you folks is a good value. Like Jose said, Leonard IS the name when it comes to trailers and truck accessories. Thanks again for your great service.

Had a spray in liner done on my truck earlier this month. When I went to pick it up I noticed that they had missed spraying a corner, the shop "foremans" solution was to spray with black spray paint so I could not see the exposed paint. Here we are less than two weeks after spraying and the liner is now separating from the bed. Would recommend anyone else considering this service stay with a recognized name such as rhino or linex.

Great Staff and incredible service. Went in for warranty issue and recieved immediate attention and was given a replacement bed cover .No hassles, no grief, just well taken care of..new cover arrived in less than 2 weeks after which appointment was made, installation took less than 30 minutes and I am very impressed. But then again I've never received anything but exemplary service. Thanks Jos�

Terrible experience! So very unprofessional. Was looking to upgrade my storage shed but got the cold shoulder. My payment history has been on point for 2.5 years and never gave any issues Never received a true quote from the representative was just told it would be double that! From a bs quote that was generated; that I could not comprehend and the gentleman didn t want to explain. So 28k for a 12x24 when I could purchase on the website for under 11k. Also was told that I needed to use certified material due to living in city limits but never actually verified my address (I don t live in city limits) then when I asked how he knew he replied my 11 years of experience! Such a professional response is there not a better verification process than some disgruntled individual who doesn t want to help you s word? It is a terrible feeling knowing that an individual doesn t want to help you ( makes your mind wonder) And I have purchased here before loyalty was a thing once upon a time I sacrificed a lot to serve our country just to come home and get treated like this unbelievable I will never do business here again I do not recommend at all!

Buddy has been helping me with the additons to my new Chevy truck .He came of my office , looked at my truck and talked with me about what I wanted and then what it would cost . He has wonderful customer service , I feel as though he is personally looking out for me and helping me understand what is needed including explaing the breakdown of the Estimate emails . I know that when I call him , I am going to talk to him and not an automated voice . I will be recommending Geoff at Leonard's to everyone . He is now my person I go to to get any and all of my truck modifications done. Went to get a hitch for my car asked for full price out the door. Surprisingly wasn't informed that the product had to get more accessories to complete install. Which was a extra hundred ontop of I feel a excessive price over all for the product . At the end time line of install was not met.

Wow! What excellent customer service! Xavier is a dream come true employee. You should promote him (and give him a business card of his own) immediately. Seriously though he was incredibly respectful, helpful and basically just amazing. If you need help with your tuck or SUV, go here and ask for Xavier.

My husband is a farmer and I am a forester we have gotten 3 toolboxes over the years from Leonard s in Wilmington. None of them have worn out but we have added to our fleet! Love them and just found out they do spray in bed liners it looks great and is affordable it looks so much better than a plastic bed liner!

All I can say is wow! These guys know trucks. When we stopped by they answered all of our questions. We placed an order for my husband's Ram Rebel which required an install. Product arrived quickly and the job was complete in about an hour. Once the job was complete they took the time to explain everything to me about the installation and answer some additional questions I had. We're very happy with the entire experience. World class customer service. If you have a truck and need anything for it, call them. You won't be disappointed. We won't go anywhere else.

I had a gas cap door installed on my Jeep today and John installed it within 15 minutes . He is very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable Everyone is nice there. I highly recommend Leonard s!

I recently purchased a retractable hard cover from another local dealer. The other dealer scheduled me an appointment while I was working without asking, so I had to take off work. I show up for the install and there was a piece of paper on the door stating they were closed. They did not call me to let me know or update their voicemail/ website to let anyone know they were closed. After trying to get an appointment to get the the cover installed, it took 2.5 hours.The website said it should take 30- 45 min from an authorized dealer. They even charged me a fee due to the amount of time it took them to put it on. At the end the owner said if I gave a good review he would give me 10% off my next order. He did not apologize for wasting my time consistently or making me take off work for no reason. After a few days I could barely open it and called to schedule an appointment during working business for them to fix it. I am currently still waiting on the call back.... it has been 10 or 11 days and counting.I brought my truck to Leonard, told them my story and they offered to do it for free even though I did not purchase from them! I was able to schedule an appointment right then and they fixed the problems from the previous install in 30 min. The staff is courteous, friendly and seem to care about their customers. I would highly recommend Leonard to anyone needing covers or installs for their vehicles.

I had the nicest welcoming experience with the staff here at Leonard. Patrick greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I explained I was looking for a drop in or spray in liner for my new 2022 truck. He took his time to research my options and found and explained my best option was a spray in liner which he also told me would increase the value of my truck and has a lifetime warranty. He further explained drop in bed liners are ok but since there's a gap between the metal bed and the liner moisture can get in there and cause rust further running my truck, so I appreciated his knowledge. He was very relatable to me and even engaged in some fun small talk on his previous & present truck experiences. The same day my truck was ready they took the time to give me a pleasant courtesy call, left a detailed message for me, how to reach them & what time they were open until. When I arrived I was shocked to see at how amazing, thick & solid the liner came out! Very shiny & rugged. Jon who sprayed the liner on my bed (which he did an OUTSTANDING job on) gave me a detailed rundown on the process he did, he even took the time to remove all the gaskets & plugs I had in the bed b4 he sprayed. He was super friendly & humble with me, he also explained the warranty to me & gave me some very helpful 48 hour instructions pior to the spray job. Buddy the AM, was friendly with me and helped close the transaction. He gave me some more information about their services and offered his help to me in the future. I will most definitely be going back to them for any of my truck needs and accessories, it was a pleasant staff to work with & they made everything seemless for me. Everything went without a hitch! Thanks for the outstanding customer service & attention to detail y'all !

Excellent place of business, I stopped to browse their enclosed trailer selection and the next thing I knew I was backing up and hitching a color matched 6' x 12' enclosed trailer to my jeep. I was offered a price I simply could not decline. From beginning to end I was treated with the utmost respect & courtesy and as far as time, total time was approximately (1) hour & this included me picking up permanent tags for it which was three (3) blocks down the road I might add, very convenient. I HIGHLY endorse this place of business and plan to do business with them in the near future. Again, thanks for all your assistance, kudos to the professional staff they have assigned there.

I have worked with these guys a couple times they put the cap on my truck when I first bought it and now I just had a lift kit with new tires and wheels. Extremely happy with the level of customer service. Buddy and the rest of the guys there were always polite and answered all my questions throughout the process. The work was done on time and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Purchased dump trailer here year couple years ago. Trailer has been great. Stopped back by store because I thought the trailers running lights were not working. Turned out to be a fuse in my truck. They replaced it without charging me. Much appreciated.
