They did a great job fixing my Dodge Ram. I like that they are proactive in letting you know the status of the repair. In other words the shop has good communication skills to compliment their mechanical know-how.

Labriolas was great! They took the time to check and recheck everything I asked for and more. The work is impeccable and my 14 year old Nissan runs like new! They didn t try to get me into a bunch of unnecessary work and went above and beyond communicating with me. I would recommend them highly!

This is one of the nicest places I have ever been. I had brake issues and called on a Wednesday. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and was concerned for my safety with the issues I had. I brought my car in the following Friday and they found several issues and explained them to me in great detail. They were timely and understanding with me not being able to afford certain repairs but explained what was needed for me to understand. I will take my car no where else in Wilmington. They are amazing. Miss Lane was also extremely friendly and funny. Best place around!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Find a trustworthy shop to work n my Jaguar was a chore but Labriola s was suggested to me by another repair shop - they went above and beyond to repair my vehicle and in a timely manner. My car is runnning like brand new! I definitely have found my local shop to take my car to for any repairs and maintenance I need. Thank yall for your services!!

The mechanic at Labriola s had my vehicle on the lift for an oil change and noticed the wear and tear on my tires. He gave me an estimate on installation of new tires and also a break job that needs to happen. Thankful that he brought this to my attention since I would be out on the interstate soon and the worn tires were a hazard.

We really like the way they do business, and the staff is very friendly. Transparent communication via text while your vehicle is getting serviced or repaired, the convenience of after hours drop-off and a variety of other useful features are what separate Labriola's Automotive from the competition. I recommend them to anyone who doesn't like wasting time or money.

Lane and the guys were great. Very helpful and friendly. They walked me around my car to explain everything before the repairs and helped me with an uber so I didn't have to wait at the shop. I was impressed and appreciate the great service.

Highly recommended Adam a mechanic at Labriola s because of his honest diagnosis of my braking system. I called Labriola s to get a quote for brakes, they told me to come in and get a diagnosis before quoting. I m glad I did!Adam was kind enough to take 10 minutes today to diagnose my braking system and tell me my pads had plenty of life using his pad measuring tool. He helped me with finding where the noise was coming from, which was created from the brake alert pin being bent in, creating a metal on metal from time to time. He also informed me I need brake fluid.Because of Adam s honest diagnosis I will be a customer at Labriola s as long as he s there.

If you've stumbled upon this review, you've found the best mechanic shop in the area. I've long been complaining that customer service is dead in today's world, but not here. From the owner to the techs to the friendly woman who runs the show, they're all fantastic and make the unfortunate reality of vehicle maintenance much more pleasant. This shop is punctual, communicative, competitively priced, and enthusiastic about their work. In addition, they stand by their work, which can be hard to come by in the industry. Highly recommend them for any and all maintenance items.

I took my work van in to check my break pads that sounded like they were wearing out. The owner said my break pads should be good for the next couple of check ups. TwoMonths later they were toasted and were rubbing metal on metal and now I need new rotors. He s now refusing to pay for the rotors that could have been prevented if he just replaced the break pads like I asked for when I originally took it in. Long story short I won t be going back to this place. Nice people , but just do the right thing. Your guy missed it and you should own up to it. Another mechanic wins in Wilmington.

Received a coupon in the mail and decided to check it out for oil change, tire rotation and annual state inspection. They found damage to my wheel by another tire shop and were to restore my car to safety just in time for a big road trip. I'll defiantly return!

Only mechanic shop I ve been to that doesn t give me a bad vibe at all. The two women at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind as well. Good snacks (pretty healthy too) if you decide to wait for the work to be done on your vehicle.

We were referred to Labriola s when we moved to Wilmington two years ago. We have a large family with several teen drivers and we have taken all of our vehicles (9 at the time of typing this) to them. We have had most of our car maintenance and several large repairs done there. The entire Labriolas team is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and takes time with their customers.

Quality work every time. I am very satisfied with the entire service from appointment to finish. I love that they always call you a couple of days later to see if you are satisfied with their work. I will continue to use for Mercedes service.

So glad to have an incredibly trustworthy mechanic in Wilmington! They will never try to sell/upsell you on something you don t really need, and the entire staff is very friendly, upbeat and generally just seems happy to be at work. Highly recommend them!

Miss Lane and all the other employees were friendly and very helpful answered all my questions and explained every charge. I called and had an appointment the same day. It turned out to be something simple i missed they explained everything in detail and even showed me pictures of the problem. Had my truck back the next day. I wouldn t take my diesel truck anywhere else.Service: Electrical

Labriola s is the best! I was told I have an oil leak from a commercial oil change place. I brought my car in same day for a consultation. James took his time to show me and explain everything. He cleaned the bottom of my car and told me to come back, I came back two days later and no oil leak! Everyone there is so sweet, and professional. They are trustworthy and timely! I will be coming back for anything my car needs. Highly recommend!

I would highly not recommend taking your car here I made the mistake of taking both of my cars to Labriola s they messed both of them up.I have a 2003 CL 55 AMG Mercedes took it there to get diagnosed there was no check engine light on everybody was scratching your head. Did not know what to do with the car if they did not have a computer telling them what to do or what was wrong with the car they are not true mechanicsSo they decide to install all new ignition coils and vacuum hoses which unfortunately did not fix my problem $1000 later in my car is still doing the same thing as when I took it there.So the owner decided he was going to take it upon himself to work on my car in his spare time it s set in the yard for days on in nothing was being down to the car this is what they called stage 4 diagnostic finally got upset went and got my car I dropped it off at another shop. It was two hours later they had the problem found and a day later I got my car back running like a brand new car.My 93 Honda Civic del Sol took it there do you have a timing belt kit put on it got the car back and it was leaking oil all over my driveway and the belts we re not even tightened properly.

Took my truck here for overheating problem. They promptly diagnosed and called with a fix to the problem. They installed a new radiator because my old one had a crack in it. While my truck was already there, I had them do my state inspection and an oil change. Fair pricing with very friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning for all my service needs. Great job Labriola s!Services: Auto water leak repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I'd love to rate this place 10 stars if I could. I can't express how impressed I am with this business and its staff. Every mechanic went above and beyond to explain everything thoroughly and assist me. I even think my car is cleaner than it was when I took it in. Lane at the front desk is truly outstanding. Ever since I brought my SEQOUIA for a pre purchase inspection I knew I was a customer for life. The technicians are knowledgeable and highly professional. Addressed all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. Lane the service advisor is friendly and always makes me smile.
