I have bought two new cars at this dealership...I have been a Chevy guy for years. I like their service department but only if I go to service our vehicles...when my wife goes she gets hit up for extra good to do services. I don't like that. It's different if I come versus her. Just be careful and do your research. Alot of the services can be performed by the owner or much cheaper at a local garage. Just be careful.

After picking up my vehicle from service, there was a new issue with the car that was not present before the repair. After trying to charge me again for the diagnostic, they told me it was because I denied the service. When I said I did not deny that service, he told me it was on the receipt. I asked them to show me on the receipt where I denied and they fabricated a document saying there were denied services. I pulled up the picture of my real receipt and none of that was on the real receipt. Jeff Gordon Chevrolet Service will make up false information to charge you more money. I will never return for any reason.

I am updating my review. I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 at the the end of March 2023.Within two months the truck was in the shop for transmission repair, luckily it was covered under the three month warranty.In January of 2024 I am now having my engine repaired for collapsed lifter.My main problem is that the independent shop is repairing my engine has found severe frame damage due to rust. There is no way this truck was certified by Jeff Gordon and the transmission was repaired by Jeff Gordon technicians without this being noticed. It looks as if the bumper was sanded/painted and the truck was under coated to cover up the rust damage.To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This is the last vehicle I will ever purchase from this dealership.

I came in a touch late from morning traffic to perform repairs to a Silverado. After assessing the list, Jason Efird was very accommodating and down to earth in how it stood. It was lengthy and I said I could use the time to organize work materials in the waiting room. He popped in as I had papers spread across the desk to let me know they would be finishing 1.5hr sooner than expected to my appreciation. He had the shop double up on it. The bill was not as heartbreaking as first expected(something you don t normally see) and I totally understood the bill. If I m in the area, I m seeing Jason. Thanks to all the shop guys for not completely destroying my day. Very pleased!

I have been coming here awhile to get my car serviced and this was the first time I have been let down.I mentioned to my service advisor Sandy that I had a burning smell coming from the hood of my car and she put it on the machine and told me I had a leak somewhere. I continued to send my car through for servicing/maintenance hoping they would be able to let me know something, but all she could give me was a suggestion for some new tires.My car has now been in another shop for almost two weeks because I have oil leaking from my gasket valve which Jeff Gordon service team failed to find or mention. I have tried to contact someone within the service department to discuss this matter and no one has reached back out to me. They wasted my time and money by continuing to change my oil without further looking into the issue.I will never suggest this company to service anyone else s car and I surely won t be returning with mine.UPDATE: IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY (SOMEONE IN MANAGEMENT) WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AND NO ONE FROM JEFF GORDON HAS CONTACTED ME. THEY ARE SOME LIARS AND HAVE EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IM GLAD I WAS ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY TO SPEND MY MONEY WITH AND FOR THEM TO PROPERLY FIX MY CAR.

Talked to service receptionist about 4x regarding a battery cable recall on a 30 RV with a Chevy 3500 van chassis. Were told that they have a new bay which could accommodate this RV. Made appt to have service done and after bringing it in, told that they now couldn t accommodate the RV, due to size. Bummer!! Then AMY took over, and saved the day. Since it was an easy fix, and could be done w nose sticking in repair bay, she let us leave it and they took care of things straight away. Went above and beyond. Thank you !!

Service department is amongst the cleanest you will find. Robert handles all my business truck maintenance. They could do a little better with follow up contacts, but all and all it s a great staff and they do quality work.

We got excellent service and couldn t be happier with the service we received from Jeff Gordon Chevrolet. This dealership did a $3500 warranty repair within a day that many dealerships around the country aren t willing to do. This dealership and their service department are amazing!

I have always been wowed and amazed at how well Sandy does her job. She is truly amazing. When I first bought my vehicle, I was skeptical of the sales manager. Pushy and typical salesman(compliment for them). Austin was great though! But it has been the professionalism of Sandy that quelled my doubts, and soothed any worries with extraordinary customer service.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. I just purchased my second vehicle in 2 years from here. Ryan is amazing to work with in the new car department. And Raj is phenomenal in the used car department both my experiences were great from first phone call to driving off the lot. Raj is very friendly, helpful, professional and an all around great guy. He is very responsive, respectful and you can tell he really loves what he does. Again, I cannot say enough good things about him. No doubt I will be back. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Service for my Spark done here. Took longer than expected, but due to the NC inspection I had done while there(the computer system that tracks the inspection was having an issue) took 2.5 hours. I waited masked up in lounge area, reading and watching tv. It was not an unpleasant experience.

I must say they have some decent salesman but the business itself is horrible. I brought a Equinox from them and in a year I spent between 3 or $4,000. I traded it in because I was tired of spending money on it. They told me just to change the headlight bulb it would cost me $150. I am not making this up.

I just wanted to drop a note saying how happy I am in dealing with their sales rep Kevin Eichelman. AMAZING GUY! We were able to meet on an agreed upon price for a Pre-Owned vehicle, I was truly impressed by his sales skills. The whole team worked together to make this deal happen!His professionalism, communication via text, email and telephone, and his tireless tenacity of trying to get a deal done were super and very impressive. He was quick to respond to my inquiries, worked with his Chevrolet Service reps to get all my questions answered and overall,made dealing with the stressful situation of buying and negotiating easier in trying to buy a Pre-Owned vehicle.

Warning.Service agent attempted to take advantage of client, attempted charges were TWICE the cost of a handful of reputable service centers in town. When agent was called out on the issue, suddenly no response, not at desk, no call back, and even no texts.-shameful-

I highly recommend working with AJ if your in the car market in eastern and central North Carolina. Easy five stars.

I bought a Dodge Ram 2500 4 door pickup from Jeff Gordon Chevrolet in Wilmington, NC and I get it serviced every 5000 miles. They do a super job for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great staff. They always keep me updated with calls while my vehicle in the shop as I cannot wait for it there. I drop it off and head to work with a friend. And they dont do other things other than what is asked of them to do.
