When visiting my son this winter, my car needed a new alternator right before Christmas. Not only did two ladies in the Lowe s Foods parking lot highly recommend JS & J as trustworthy and honest, they said they have had repairs done at that shop for years. When I needed to have my car towed to a shop, Justin the driver from Thomas Towing echoed similar sentiments. Justin said with confidence, Don t worry about a thing. You re in good hands. Although JS & J typically does not work on a Chevy, they had me back on the road in just two days! The car drives like a dream, and they gave me a checklist of fix-its to focus on in the New Year. *Highly recommend JS & J for your Honda & Acura repairs!*

I took my 2012 Honda in for some major work, but also a complete brake job. New calipers, rotors turned, all of it. Im so pleased with the results. No air in my brake lines, as I ve had with other shops, locally. Friendly people, skilled techs. I won t take my Honda anywhere else. Thank you!

If you are looking for an honest, fair, and affordable mechanic look no further. JS and J was recommended to me by a friend and did not disappoint. They diagnosed my son s car and ended needing part and split the difference with me. I have never , ever had a mechanic do that. There is no reason to take your vehicle anywhere else. I know I will never go elsewhere!

J S & J has always taken great care of my family. They are fair and treat you right and in today's times, that is tough to find. Our kids love the waiting room too. Our Honda runs great because of this place.

Great honest service and prices.I don't normally write reviews but I do want to compliment this company for their excellent service.I dropped my car off for an oil change at 2pm, expecting it to be there at least an hour minimum as this was my first experience with this company.They called me 25 minutes later to tell me it was done.When I came to pick it up later in the day, they mentioned I had a leak in the power steering pump and gave me an estimate on what it would cost. I am sure what I was told was correct because I had been hearing a whine when the car was cold and I turned the steering wheel.When I asked them if I would be ok to drive for now, they told me I would be fine and that the technician had topped off the power steering fluid at no charge!This company is as fair and honest as I have ever run across.Thanks, you have earned a fan and customer!

Js and J auto is one of the local shops that are the only thing keeping us from getting ripped off at the dealership. They are fair, honest, and efficient. I had some squeaking I needed to get fixed on my car and the mechanics there weren t satisfied until the job was fixed right. I highly recommend Js and J over the dealership.

I had a great experience here. They are so professional and honest about the repairs. They even went above and beyond and helped me out when my car was at another shop, trouble shooting with another mechanic. You won't be sorry if you take your vehicle here.

I can t say enough good things about this shop. They are very honest, and know Hondas and acuras inside and out. Not only that, but always finish work on time or earlier than quoted. They have the knowledge to SAVE you money compared to your standard, quicky lube kind of place. They are good, Christian folks with Bible verses written on the big board behind the reception desk. They tell you the truth, help you prepare for upcoming repairs, and have never ever tried to get me to perform repairs that weren t truly needed. I make the trip an hour away from where I live to take my Honda in for anything more than an oil change, and I wish I were closer to take the oil changes to them too. We are truly blessed by God to have a shop like them to help us with our necessary evil of vehicles. I would implore anybody looking for an honest, reputable dealer to care for their vehicle to take it to this shop. God bless the folks at JS&J! I wish there were more busineses like yourselves in the world. God Bless you and your team.

Excellent establishment & excellent customer service. Friendly, personable, and do excellent work! Locally owned and operated. They have repaired 2 of our Acura's and they are efficient and repair prices are as expected. No surprise costs. They access and tell you what is needed and what it will be. We will continue to bring our car repair business here!

I took my car in there to have the front struts put on because the front end was squeaking and they told me that I needed new front struts and that the squeaking would go away well $700 later. Come to find out that the struts that they placed in my car the spacer was the wrong size and that's the reason why my car was making such noise. So I took the car back because the owner called me and told me that he was going to give me my money back or make the car noise free. So he replaced the struts and the spacer and gave me ball joints and they suspension arm. He charged me nothing. John is a good man. And he serves the Lord well. I highly recommend this place to anyone that has a Honda or Acura or any other kind of vehicle they know their stuff. And the staff is very friendly. They will answer any of your questions. I believe that John lives by the Scripture of Luke 6:31, and Colossians 3:23.AND IF IT'S THE LORD'S WILL SO BE IT

Excellent service shop. Dropped off a 2007 Honda Accord for an oil change, balance and rotate tires, brake work on both axles, brake fluid flush, transmission flush, and the annual inspection. All were done within a day and within the initial estimate they gave me. They also plugged one of the tires for free.

Best Honda and Acura specialist in Wilmington hands down I ve been taking my cars there over 15 years they never disappoint always honest and gets the job done. These guys are the real deal for Acura. I have finally found a great mechanic for my Acura. They take the time to talk about the issues, the pricing is more than fair especially compared to the dealership. I had a timing belt and oil pump replaced on my 2010 Acura TL. I ve already put a couple thousand miles on that repair and everything is great. I ll definitely take my car back for all future major repairs and I m over 2 hours away.

I ve been going to JS & J for a couple of years now, they were recommended to me when I moved into town and I have been going to them ever since. They are unbelievably fair with their pricing, and never try to add things on to make you pay more like a lot of mechanics can do. They are a Honda specialist but have always been beyond amazing with me and my Dodge. I just went in recently to get all of my brake pads replaced and rotors refinished (which again was such a good price) and just realized a few days later that they fixed my protective front lip that had fallen and was dragging on the ground! I ve been too lazy to get it fixed this whole time, and was utterly shocked when I noticed they did it without charging me or saying anything. I will continue going here for as long as I live in Wilmington and you should too. By far the best mechanic shop around! Thank you guys so much for everything that you do!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I am a huge fan of JS&J! They give you a comprehensive list of repairs, talk you through priorities, and finish work when they say they will. I have been able to plan, budget and keep several vehicles running great for many years. Would dream of taking my Honda s anywhere else

Absolutely the best! We had issue with Toyota Sienna steering, most places would have made up an expensive repair and charged $2500+. They found the issue was a loose screw and only charged an hour for finding and fixing the issue. Got us in within 24 how and for great job. Honest, fair, and wonderful to deal with - recommend them highly!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

This place never let's me down. I have a jeep wrangler and I can't take it to any of the 3 jeep dealerships in the area for servicing as each time a part comes back broken or my car gets dented... I wish I was exaggerating on that... although it says Honda and Acura they service most makes and models. I got an oil change and 5 tire rotation for under 100 bucks. A full synthetic oil change would run me over 100 at the dealership and the 5 tire rotation cost extra even though they recommend it in case of a flat for wranglers... Js&J is a great place to get an honest repair done for a great price! Also it took less than an hour for the job. I sat for 3 hours at the jeep dealership... I'm not a fan of the dealership if you couldn't tell... JS&J. Honest. Fast. Reasonably priced. What more could you want.
