I fully trust Mauricio. He is honest, understanding and prompt. I bought my daughter's first car used, from a small local dealership. It was the worst decision I could've made. Thankfully Mauricio is trying his best to fix the long list of things wrong with this car and making sure it won't leave her on the side of the road. We can't thank him enough!! I will be taking any other used car to him for him to fully inspect!

Inter Shop is the only place my family takes our Mercedes Benz to. Took both Porsche's to Mauricio in the same week and he and his team are prompt and courteous. Other than OEM warranty work, THIS is where I take my 911 and Panamera.

Inter Shop has been servicing my cars, Mercedes and 1998 Corvette, for nine years. On every occasion the service has been very professional, thorough with excellent results. Their pre service estimates have always been accurate and honest.I highly recommend Inter Shop.James S.Wilmington, NC

I'm so happy I have Inter Shop to take care of my car. The car has run better since the very first service at Inter Shop and the cost of maintenance is less. I had been using the dealer and then AAA and both of them were more expensive. Also, Inter Shop does not try to talk me into getting things fixed before they need to be fixed, or try to sell me upgraded services that I really don't need.Because I was so pleased with my personal car experience with Inter Shop, I arranged to have my work vehicle serviced there, and saw the same benefits in cost and performance. Also, they diagnosed and fixed a problem with the work van that could have caused a terrible accident - and the problem was not a new one.Yay, Inter Shop!

Mauricio worked on my 2004 x-type and it has run smooth ever since. My wife used another shop but after having a unhappy experience, I suggested she take her 2006 mini to intershop. They fixed her problem and she in now going to use them exclusively. I just bought a 2007 Mercedes S550, partly based on Mauricio because I know if there are any problems, he will look after me. I feel their prices are reasonable and knowledge impressive. It has become harder and harder to find good mechanics these days but I have hit the sweet spot with Intershop. Give them a try, you wont be dissapointed.

The communication needs improvement. No idea what was going on with the vehicle until it was done and repairs cost over $500.00. While it may have still needed to be done, to have a heads up would have been nice. Then when we asked for a receipt of the work done and charges they wanted to be upset and get defensive. Very upset with this shop.

Owner was prompt returning calls. Bad news is hard to digest on your car, so very disappointed on that, but it appears to be a good shop with good mechanics.

Moricio (sp?) at Intershop is the best shop steward I have ever worked with. He is on the spot identifying potential issues, while also sharing if they need immediate attention or can wait awhile if I need to. Intershop in Wilmington has fixed every issue we have without requiring any followup. Awesome

Great service Lot experience with European cars Mr Mauricio is very polite and explains everything with patient I highly recommend this shop. Good, serious, responsible service.
