I can t say enough good things about the folks at Howard RV. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers and to remove stress from the process. Dan did a ton of background work and research to ensure he could answer all our questions. He responded timely and took extra time to help us! I would highly recommend this reputable company who truly cares about their customers!

Theresa did a great job with our camper sale and the whole team were very accommodating and easy to work with.We had a few up fits that were added on and Wyndy and the service team were spot on with scheduling and getting the camper ready for us.The general manager Bill did a great job as well for our closing and was there for any questions that were needed answered .My wife and I would highly recommend Howard RV Center for buying your next RV/Camper and any repairs that you might need done on your used camper.

I'm very new to the RV life and last week decided to check out Howard RV Center bc they got such good reviews locally. Tom greeted me, listened thoughtfully as I gave him my backstory on why I'm considering RVing, and then we hit the lot to walk into a few he recommended based on my interests. Tom was just what I hoped I'd find when being a newbie to the lifestyle. He was no pressure, very knowledgeable, great with pointing out pros and cons of different models based on my particular useage needs, and most importantly - HONEST. He also made great points about locally servicing units, etc. I'd highly recommend going to see Tom at Howard RV Center! Great experience!

I bought my Connect lite from Tom Mcgriff a few months ago and was very pleased with his professionalism! He was knowledgeable and worked hard to make the sale even though not a large sale. Wendy in service has been super helpful in taking care of the minor issues I've had so far. She seems easily available which is nice when you want something done. I can tell the management of this business is top notch as it is clear they care about the customer Experience here. Thanks Howards for making my dream come true!! Just got back from Disneyworld with the Camper and we had an amazing time!!

I bought my Forest River Surveyor Legend here two years ago and absolutely love it! Howard RV Center has been great at every step along the way, whether it was sales, service, or parts. The General Manager, Bill, has been especially helpful! I highly recommend this place for all your RV needs!

My husband and I picked up our 2022 LTV MB at Howard s RV in Wilmington, NC. Theresa, our salesperson, and David, our service rep, were fantastic! We had 4 hours of how to s and a test drive. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly! We ordered Oct. 2020

My family and I are looking to upgrade to a bigger camper. I've stopped by twice now to look at a few models and both times the visit has been very pleasant. The first time I was shown around by Steve Hubbard who is a sales representative and the second time all the sales reps were busy so John Howard who is the president and co-owner took the time to show me around himself. I'm so impressed by how friendly both were. I felt that they truly wanted to have a good experience. No high pressure or trying to show units that didn't meet our criteria just because they wanted them off their lot. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Howard's RV. Thanks guys!

After 19 months we finally picked up our beautiful LTV Unity FX from Howard RV Center in Wilmington, NC! The people at Howard have been great to deal with since day 1 and we fully recommend them. Outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable team and just real nice folks to deal with here. I had purchased our Surveyor from another dealer. We had a warranty issue with our awning. I had called the dealer where we purchased the RV from about getting the awning fixed. They told me it would be over a month before we could drop the RV off.I called Howard's and explained the issue. I had an appointment to drop off the RV the next week. I was expecting a couple weeks before I would hear back. I dropped the RV off on Thursday and it was ready Friday afternoon. They were short staffed but were still able to fix the problem quickly. I received great customer service.

Very friendly staff, who has been able to provide service that we can't find anywhere else. Many RV centers in this area are only out to get your money for the least amount of work, but this crew really does care about their customers and wants them to come back. My only gripe would be that their repair times can be a little long.

I cannot say enough great things about this business. From my very first conversation with Donnie, my sales person, to completing our sale with Bill, the manager, our experience was amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and exceeded all my expectations. We even had a manufacturing issue on our first camping trip and these guys took care of business quickly and efficiently. They has us ready for our next trip in no time, just verifying how great they are with handling unexpected situations. We live 2 hours away and it was well worth the drive! We loved our very informative walk through with Keith, since we had never been camping and we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, John Howard. I am especially greatful for Bill's dedication to his customers and making sure you are completely satisfied with every aspect of your purchase or servicing. You aren't just a customer here, they make you feel like you are a part of the family:) We LOVE our camper that we purchased here and can't wait for the adventures ahead! If you are interested in purchasing an RV, look no further. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

This was our first experience with Howard RV Center. I own a used 2003 Winnebago Brave. We have tried numerous RV Repair Centers in Ohio and in both North/South Carolina. We drove to Wilmington with what seemed like a mile-long list of problems in need of repairs.Allow me to use a few words on how we were treated by the Howard service department; Professional, Courteous, Friendly, Considerate, Sincere, Patient, Knowledgeable, Prompt, Efficient and Reasonable. They are not a Winnebago dealer, but you would have thought they were by the way we were treated. My only disappointment is there are not 6 stars in this rating.My visit was totally service related. I never went to the showroom. However, based on my experience with the Howard's RV Center service department, I will not hesitate to recommend Howard RV Center for all your RV needs. I will return when I am in need of quality service, or to purchase a new RV in the near future.

My wife and I were looking online for a new RV. We found Howard RV Center, found a model we liked, got approved and my wife changed her mind. The salesman, Tom McNiff was not only very helpful during our involvement with Howard RV Center, but helped us with contacting finance options for our purchase from another dealer. That's unheard of! Tom, thank you so much for your help. Sorry she found another model elsewhere. Folks, if you get this kind of service by not buying from Howard RV Center, think of what you will get when you do buy. They have wonderful options and outstanding pricing. Don't miss out on this place when looking for an RV!!

We have been working with Howard RV since June 2019. Ordered a 2021 LTV through them and have had a great experience. We just took delivery of our coach and couldn t be more pleased. They worked with us and provided support and I have no doubt will continue to be helpful. Tom, Bill, Matt, and Wendy have been great. No experience is perfect but compared to our past experiences with other dealers, other coaches, sales and service teams. This has been a dream.

Salesperson, Theresa Bremer, was knowledgeable and easy to work with on our RV selection. She did her homework for us when needed and promptly responded each time. Her attention to US as well as to any details that needed to be done were professionally done with a sincere personal touch.All the staff at Howard RV Center were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly and would be a return customer.The technician, JJ, gave me all the time I needed when we picked up our unit to explain each component. When we discovered a couple small things, he immediately attended to them before we left with our new rig.Bill, the manager, was honest, straightforward and caring. A Very customer friendly place to shop and buy.

We bought our first RV here and our salesperson, Theresa, was very patient and knowledgeable. We had lots of fun, too! The manager, Bill, was also very helpful and personable. Some places just seemed bored or aloof with novice RVers, but not Theresa. And no pressure! Can t wait to hit the road.

Been going to Howard s RV Closed to 5 years and they can fix anything in my opinion. They have fixed things on my Class A American Coach 2014 that Major RV dealers couldn t. I ve called explain the problem, they scheduled me within a few days, they also work to assist if your stranded to get you in right away. They trouble shoot the problem, look up the parts need and labor then call me with total before starting the job so no surprises. They also take care of calling extended Warranty company for items still covered. Can not say enough about the staff they are SUPER Courteous and respectful. I highly recommend if you need service call Howard s RV first.P.S. they love Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Kevin

I bought my Class B RV from Howard RV Center in July and have been very pleased with it. We've kept it on the move and have already spent 16 nights in it and counting. Our sales representative was Theresa and she was absolutely excellent. So patient and informative. David gave me a great training session on our RV that was much needed. Thank you Theresa, David, and the team at Howard RV Center.

Had a wonderful experience buying an RV from the Howard team last year. We went to them as total RV newbies, looking for a used Class A to start full-timing. Got great driving tips on my first RV test drive ever - still can't believe they trusted me with that ;-) .They took us through an exhaustive educational session on every single system, button, etc on the rig which we very much needed. While we were a bit nervous buying a used Class A without much knowledge or mechanical prowess, we are happy to report we are over a year into living/driving this RV full-time and have not had any issues! Definitely recommend them.

First-class outfit, good people, professional and accomodating. HRVC was able to re-direct some resources to quickly inspect and re-set our hydraulics when we were "stranded" in Wilmington NC. And, they all love dogs (people too); Stella and Maya loved the attention! Highly recommend Howard RV Center!

We visited Howard RV on 3/15/21 to look at the Leisure Travel Vans Unity and Wonder models. Tom McNiff in sales spent several hours with us showing us different models and allowed us to test drive both. Tom was very helpful and able to answer our numerous questions and it was obvious he knew the product very well. While we wound up not ordering a unit from Howard RV due to their lead time on delivery, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer for sales or service.

My camper awning was damaged during the storm. I brought it to Howard and the repair was perfect. Their customer service was very professional and the repair was done quickly. Highly recommend!

Howard RV provided a extensive upgrade to my LTV Unity FX consisting if hard panel solar collectors, new controllers, new Bluetooth battery monitors and lithium batteries. Getting all the components was challenging because of supply chain issues but they stayed on top of things and Battleborn supplier was great. There were a few challenges along the way and this is where a great dealer will separate from the average. I m 300 miles away and when I had questions, David, the installing tech spent time on the phone with me to save a return trip and corrected the problem. Bill Mirrorless, the GM, was responsive thru the whole process. I would recommend Howard for lithium upgrades to your LTV.

I needed a brake inspection done on our Forest River and these guys found a potential problem with the bearings and seals. They fixed the problem that same day for less than what they quoted me. Many thanks to the service department, but especially to David. As busy as he was he took the time to fully explain the problem, go over the solution, and then answer several other non-related questions about the camper. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Howard's RV for sales and service.

I have been going to this place since about November 2016 when I had my unit winterized and again de winterized this spring. Attended to the seminar for the first time this past weekend and I came to the realization that this people have been in business for a long time due to their unusual dedication to detail. Granted, their prices are not the lowest in the East but then again a business man that provides quality service is entitled to charge accordingly or slightly higher than the competitor that has a quota without regard of how the customer may be helped. Having said that I will keep driving 120 miles to get my rig serviced because this time I was able to meet personally with some of the people that run this place.Steve is a humble yet extremely helpful individual that will walk the extra mile to make sure you get the kind of service you come to expect of an organization that matches the quality of your RV. As we arrived that day we introduced ourselves and told him it was our first time for the seminar and had arrived the night before with some difficulty finding a park to spend a night or two; not only he got us information from the previous seminar but also a list of campgrounds around Wilmington for our next trip and he also escorted us to the shop where the seminar was about to start. Before we left he personally found the lady parked in front of our RV to move her truck so we could drive away. Thank you sir, you are awesome.So we also attended to the RV 101 since we have only driven our RV about 9k miles and camped out about 2 dozen times, we are still rookies and can learn something every day. John was very helpful and he dedicated more than an hour to explain basic things unlike other people that are tired of saying the same thing over and over. He also answered all questions from 3 couples. I hope the other two couples buy from you.Everyone that works here is not selfish to share knowledge. Gentlemen, that is a virtue that will keep you in business for a long time. I plan to attend EVERY single seminar and recommend this people to anyone interested in buying an RV or servicing if they own one.Rib breaking hugs to you all
