Excellent shop and excellent work!I recently purchased the 1969 Mach 1 that my grandfather and I restored over 30 years ago. I have been restoring it again since I got it back and it needed all new exhaust. I was referred to Henry s by a friend who knew someone who brought their classic here and was very happy. After meeting Gage I knew I was going to be in good hands. He took a lot of time to hear what I wanted and had great suggestions as well. We scheduled the appointment and Gage let me stay with the car during the work to ensure I was happy with everything. I can t speak highly enough about the great customer service, great pricing and super friendly staff. I will eventually be coming back for headers and will only consider Henry s for the job.Can t recommend them enough!Great work and thank you Gage for taking such good care of my baby!See you again soon.

They were all very friendly at the Wilmington location and they got straight to work which is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. The work they did has been keeping a smile on my face! I got valved mufflers and a resonator delete and it came out just as I wanted! I definitely recommend you go to gage and his team for any exhaust needs!!Service: Exhaust

Highly recommend this place. Gage took great care of my car and had it fixed within hours of me dropping it off. The price was beyond fair. Excellent customer service. Just a positive experience altogether.

Highly skilled. Personable! Great quality work. The owner worked with precision and great knowledge. This place is amazing. The guys and front desk girl are all super friendly and easy to talk to. They got my 22 mustang gt fitted with some Flowmasters that they even had in stock so I got it back same day! I would give more than 5 if possible. The staff at Henry's was awesome. Starting with my call for an estimate, the young woman who answered was very pleasant and helpful. Gave me an immediate estimate and got me a same day appointment at 2:00. When I arrived at location I was pleasantly greeted by my name and they took my Jeep in immediately. After just a few minutes shop manager offered me 2 solutions to my problem. Earlier in the day I was quoted a $800 dollar price for full exhaust system replacement by another shop. Henry's offered me a $350 full replacement or they could just repair the section of pipe that was leaking for $75. Manager recommended the section repair even though his shop made less money. Incredible integrity and honesty. Repair was completed in less than an hour. Incredible customer service! They have earned a customer for life!

I was 600+ miles away from home when my car started making a loud noise. I Googled exhaust shops near me the night of arriving to NC, and came across Henry s, which was located another 35 miles away. Showed up to Henry s the next morning (no appointment), and Gage and the crew were incredible - they got straight to work, diagnosed my issue (which was coming from my exhaust), and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I'm going to get my muffler done tomorrow but so far it seems like a good place in the guy that does the work seems like a good guy I don't know yet but I'll further review this after I get my muffler done

The staff at Henry s is incredible! We called on a Friday and asked for a quote for repair on an exhaust that was leaking. We were quoted $75 + tax and the gentleman on the phone was able to squeeze me in for an appointment for the following Monday morning. I was in and out within 1 hour and the staff was very helpful and did not try to up charge me or sell me on anything unnecessary. The honesty and integrity is very much appreciated!

I literally walked off the street and into Henry's Muffler just this morning after seeing the shop on early Saturday after a fuel run.I had been wanting a custom exhaust mod for my 2003 Porsche 911 called the "Gundo Hack" for a couple of years now but never knew of a local shop who have heard what I was talking about......until today.Upon entering the lobby I was greeted by Kayleen (sp?) with the SWEET 4-Runner and she introduced me to Jeremy who knew exactly what I wanted, and he even referenced the mod by name. After a brief YouTube review by Jeremy and his cohort they performed the work in less than a few hours and for the quoted price I might add. I could not be happier with the mod, the sound, and my new acquainance with Henry's Muffler shop. 5-stars and great folks to trust your chariot with.

We had our muffler on our 2008 Toyota Yaris replaced by Henrys muffler. They worked diligently while we waited. The owner told us everything we needed to know and showed us the condition of our car. The price was half of the price we were quoted at another muffler shop on Market Street up the road. That other muffler shop was very unprofessional and the other shop mechanic rattled off a price to us but not before insulting our car being from NY. I would highly recommend Henrys for your car needs and treating us in a professional manner including all the staff we dealt with.Service: Exhaust

If you get a car from seasell in Wilmington and your engine light comes on a week after you buy the car and they tell you to take it to Henrys..dont!! My engine code was coming up as a cat code took it to Henrys to have it fixed and a day or two after i got it back the engine light came on again! I took it back to henrys for the guy to tell me that it was a permanent code! Ive never heard of that. Couple weeks later the engine light came on back on so i took it to a different mechanic! They told me my car was never fixed and there definitely is not a permanent code on it. The same cat code was coming up. I took it back to seasell to let them know what was going on and i pretty much got the run around! So at this point ill just get it fixed myself. I havent done that yet being that i dnt have 1500 dollars just laying around! Today i was headed to get a inspection and the engine light came back on! So for some reason i decided to go back to henry since its around the corner from my house to try to get the engine code cleared just to get the inspection. He told me again there is a permanent code coming up and it doesn t matter if he clears it or not! So i left and took it to another mechanic and what do you know the code was cleared and again my car doesnt show a permanent code! For two different mechanics to tell me the same thing says alot!! Will never take my car or recommend anybody to get service here! Also dnt recommend buying a car from seasell neither being that this is the second car ive got from them just this year and both are having issues! They are next on my review list!

If you guys want an awesome sounding exhaust or a good looking exhaust these are the people to go too I went to them a couple of weeks ago for a true dual catback system on my Tahoe and they did a phenomenal job! And great welds!

WOW! This place really lives up to the reviews. After failing inspection for a exhaust leak I was able to get an appointment the same day and was fixed within 25 minutes. I later went back and passed for inspection. The inspector even said whoever did it had done an excellent job (as mentioned in a previous post by someone else).We were both very shocked at the price. Was charged $75 for a nice replaced piece of metal and a weld. I m impressed, very friendly and efficient staff 10/10 recommend!!Service: Exhaust

Chris & Gage are sooooooo amazing the best muffler shop in the port city. They are quick and honest. If you need any muffler or welding work this is your first stop.

Legit shop. Go here. Highly recommend. Military friendly.They installed an exhaust on my new 2022 Jeep Trailhawk and I could not be happier. The mechanic also made a recommendation to change the exhaust tips from silver finish to solid black to match the vehicle trim, excellent recommendation and they look amazing. While the Flowmasters I wanted were currently not on-hand, the same mechanic also recommended magnaflow which they quickly and professionally installed and I'm very happy with it in lieu of what I originally wanted. The shop listened to what I had to say with the type of sound I wanted and hard limitations on keeping the resonator and minimalizing cabin drone. They were transparent with both their pricing and installation. Solid shop with ethical, knowledagble, and professional employees.Added bonus is they're military friendly and don't try to hustle/inflate prices to service members. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing or seeking a regular shop in Wilmington or surrounding area. 6 Service: Exhaust

Car was having cat issues and a misfire. Took it to a couple shops with no luck but Henry s muffler was able to fully work on my car and get it fixed up in a short amount of time. I had a great experience with this shop and Chris in particular (If I remembered his name correctly). I had an 04 F-350 service truck at another local automotive shop to have some work done when the catalytic converter was cut off in the middle of the night by some thieves. I called Henry s and decided to carry the truck to them. I m a local business owner myself so I tend to pay close attention to how business is conducted when I enter an establishment. Chris was very personable and respectful. He did a fantastic job on everything. The work was of good quality. I would highly recommend that Henry s keep their customer service skills just as they are. I will most certainly return if and/or when I need them again in the future and I d recommend them to anyone reading this. Great customer service is becoming more and more rare these days so I appreciate all the great service you guys had to offer!Service: Exhaust
