Molly and Barret took a poor car buying incident and turned it into an exceptional experience.I initially went to another dealership to purchase a car for my son. We almost completed the sale on a car he really wanted, but it just didn't feel right. We felt as if we were being taken advantage of and pushed some. We left that dealership and decided to explore options at Toyota.At first, my husband called ahead and explained the entire situation to Beret. By the time we arrived, Beret was with another customer but made sure Molly took care of us right away. They worked together and had a welcoming team atmosphere that gave positive vibes.Molly was extremely down to earth, knowledgeable, and helpful through the entire process. I'm so thankful for both of them, for not only taking care of me but also my son. They found the right car for him. Not just something he wanted, but actually qualified him for what he needed at an affordable payment. I thank them for such a great experience and will recommend to everyone.

Alex Jones is the man! THE Man! Wish I could put more stars but then you wouldn't be able to read this. This guy went above and beyond and delivered more than I was wanting. There was some paperwork error and Alex jumped on that and got it fixed ASAP. I especially enjoy his friendly atmosphere, I never once thought that he was just doing his job. No, Alex made my family and I feel welcomed like we were already acquainted before he saw me. Can someone PLEASE give this man a bonus or something. Whenever I have friends or other family looking for a car. Alex is the guy they'll be directed to as soon as they show up. Thanks again for the truck Alex!

Molly Fallon is the best of the best! We have worked with Molly three times now and each time was a pleasure. Not only does she listen to your wants and needs, she works tirelessly to find the perfect vehicle. She s never pushy and always has a half glass full attitude! I had an amazing buying experience! My salesperson was Edward Wehinger. No pressure sales approach and he went the extra mile to deliver my car at the end of his day. My husband and I recently had our 2006 Toyota Camry die (which is the worst feeling) and had to purchase a new vehicle. Molly Fallon, who was recommended by one of the Toyota Service employees, was absolutely incredible in helping us find our new car. My husband and I had some large asks from her and she did everything in her power to make it work. She was not pushy or aggressive in her sales technique which made the process much less stressful. I will definitely be working with Molly in the future, if needed! Make sure you ask for her!

Probably the easiest, hassle free, and fastest car buying experience I've had. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming.My salesman, Dalton Thomason was phenomenal! He was very personable and easy-going. Never pushy or aggressive about any part of the sale and only wanted to make the experience as easy as possible. I never felt he was trying to sell me on anything I didn't want but rather only wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about almost every question I had and was quick to acknowledge if he wasn't sure he would find out. I would definitely recommend this dealership as a whole! Everyone was great!

I had the chance to meet Alyssa Pope who assisted me on my vehicle service. She was thorough, friendly, and explained in details about what my maintenance service consist of. She also was positive in letting me know that it wasn't going to take long and she was absolutely correct. It only took 45 minutes. I didn't have to wait long at all. Afterwards she went over the checks and services of what was done and asked me if I had any questions. She was great and very helpful. I appreciate what she does.

my experience with purchasing my new car was excellent. My original attention wasn t to buy new car but to have something fixed on my older Camry I ran into a salesman named Matt Reed. I told him the only car I wanted was a 2024 Camry preferably black black interior and black wheels. Fortunately, he located one in transit from the Kentucky assembly plan took about a week to get the very well. The experience went very well. I was not familiar with a lot of the new electronics and apps they had so I was there quite a while to try to learn the best I can. I still have questions. I will come back to the dealership sometime later this week and go over the questions that I wrote down. The car itself has the V6 that s why I did not wait for a 2025 and it is absolutely gorgeous rides great and it s very powerful. I couldn t be happier everywhere I go Toyota dealership. I know I will get excellent service.

Molly was great!! She worked tirelessly with us to help us find the car we wanted within our budget. We test drove several and she was very knowledgeable about all the cars we drove. This review is for Service advisor William Sykes. A great guy to deal with when coming in to get your car serviced for routine maintenance. I am not a regular at car dealerships for maintenance, and don t enjoy being up sold. But I do like having routine maintenance documented on car fax so here I am .But my multiple experiences with William are always pleasant and respectful. I state to him exactly what me needs are and he is very receptive. Great communicator and would recommend.

My 2016 Tundra needed both of the rear wheel bearings replaced, so I called up to get a quote. Austen Jones quickly dialed me up some numbers. The whole process went very smoothly, Austen was on top of his game. He made sure I stayed up to date on the repair process, and was quick to answer any questions I had. Got my truck back the next day and haven't had any issues since!

Charity was our sales consultant and she was a great match for our personalities. She wasn t your icky cheesy sales person. She was chill, listened to our wants, and helped us find our little blue dream. It was my first car buying experience and it couldn t have been more positive. I m sure we ll be back for Allen s dream 4Runner (but not right away :P) and we ll be asking for Charity.

I had an amazing experience at Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington! I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for and our salesman Dalton wasted no time! Instead of having me walk around the lot aimlessly, we looked at options inside of the dealership so I could choose what I wanted. Dalton was straight forward and thorough during the entire process. He was personable and answered all of my questions. I got to leave today with my new vehicle and couldn t be happier. I highly recommend Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington, you will not be disappointed! Be sure to ask for Dalton - he was fantastic!

Tim the service technician quickly processed me in and we went through my service history and discussed what was needed in addition to the list of items I had previously determined. He gave me an accurate estimate of my wait time and called me when the work was completed. I asked that they check out a tire that had a slow leak. It turned out I had picked up a screw that was the cause of the air loss. Tim was friendly and professional to deal with and everything I wanted done was completed. Over the past six years I have always received consistently great service at this dealership. Well done!

Request Randy; he is the greatest! He is fantastic and makes the process go extremely smoothly. He goes above and above for his customers and tries to assist them in any way he can. Excellent service, and Randy knows his business.On the property, I was looking for a previously owned automobile. I was looking for a car with low mileage and a vehicle that piqued my curiosity. I was put in the ideal vehicle. Despite the fact that it was a used automobile, it appeared brand new, and my customer service representative Randy treated me extremely nicely. He was incredibly educated about the automobiles on the lot, friendly, and knew exactly what I was looking for based on my tastes. I left happy and grateful for the excellent service.

We had a wonderful experience with every Hendrick staff member we worked with - especially our sales associate, Matt Reed! Matt was incredibly responsive, knowledgable, and friendly. He helped make our car buying experience easy and fast! Even more, he ACTUALLY gave us regular status updates on our new car (something we ve been promised by other dealerships but never experienced). The dealership was easy to work with and no one was pushy or misleading. We felt supported and comfortable throughout the entire process. Tommy was top notch. He helped me get the vehicle I needed. Explained it all upfront. Was kind, didn't force any sale, and I walked away with an absolute beauty of a truck. I couldn't be happier with the truck. It has met all the criteria I needed it to.And, all the staff were excellent. I never felt like I was being pushed to anything. I always felt in control of the direction of things. My original car died so I need a replacement quick for work and life. The truck needed to come up from South Carolina so they made i had a rental vehicle for the in-between time.Just a great experience. Prices were as expected.

Hendrick Toyota Wilmington was amazing in my car buying experience. Their education on vehicles and the quality of their used cars are top notch. They deserve 5 stars- more so though Barrett the salesman I dealt with deserves 5 stars (I d give 6 if that was a thing). I know some will say they that it is their job to sell stuff but he was genuinely so patient, kind and personable. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and he had a great presence to him during my overview of multiple of their vehicles. I cannot recommend working with this dealership, specifically Barrett, enough. I will definitely be making a trip back to view their inventory when making my next purchase with hopes to work with Barrett again!

Great experience with service advisor Greg Spangler and the dealership. Traveling from Charlotte to Sunset Beach last week, my 2008 Lexus had ignition coil issue. Was able to schedule early morning appointment the next day and dropped car off after-hours when I reached Wilmington. The next morning Greg kept me informed about repairs needed and cost estimate. Was able to pick up car and continue on my way that afternoon. Very satisfied with the entire experience. Huge thank you to Greg and the mechanics who made it possible.

I have once again experienced exceptional service from Mr. William Sykes. He is always so personable and efficient. When making my appointment on line, I was unable to find him under the list of service advisors and was concerned that he was no longer with Hendrick. I was thrilled to arrive to find that he was still here and immediately informed the gentleman helping me that Mr. Sykes is my preferred advisor. Thank you for the 5 service!

Hendrick Toyota provided a great sales experience. The salesperson, Matthew Reed provided the highest level of services and took the time to explain the vehicle, show options available on the 3 Tacoma s they had on the lot and explain the advantages of each. While they did not negotiate on the price and were pretty firm, I will say that is understandable. The lot only had a few of several popular models and because of supply issues it is definitely a seller s market which I knew going in. That being said it was still a great experience. Matthew even came in on his day off on the day I took delivery. I told him that was not necessary but he insisted. He took personal ownership of the deal from the first phone call to the moment I drove away. I also would like to mention that Elias Choufani (Finance Manager) took the time to carefully explain each optional additional coverage and discussed each in a professional manner sharing the pros and cons of each with zero pressure to purchase anything. I will say that the 839.00 for all scheduled services included to 100k / unlimited years is worth it! Unlike other dealers that I have dealt with over the past 30 years I don t feel cheated here and as such they have earned a customer. I would highly recommend this dealer and the salesperson and finance manager mentioned.Update: I now have experience with the service department and have to say that William Sykes after many visits maintains a high level of service and a friendly professional demeanor. He really looks out for his customers!
