Anna was wonderful to work with. I came in needing to buy a car same day and didn t know what I wanted. She listened to my needs and helped me narrow down my selection to one car. She said, I want you to love the car you leave with today and she nailed it. Financing was simple and painless. If you need a car, go see Anna and her team. Wonderful experience!!!

Not the worst experience but definitely not the best! I bought my truck from them and within two weeks had to get it serviced. $400 dollars later a truck I owned for less then a month needed work. They were nice enough to split the cost of the $800 dollar repair but no one there could tell me anything that I didn t have to track down to find out myself. I get I didn t spend the most money there but their lack of care was evident. The salesman that sold me my truck was great but that s about it. That s the two stars.

I'm very fortunate that Amanda has been my advisor for quite some time now. She's extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. She also makes me feel like she's on my side... "has my back", if you will. The service manager (Mr. Ellis, I believe) was also extremely helpful when I had some concerns about my jeep and the charges. He was understanding and compassionate. He took the time to explain every issue with jeep and what they meant in detail.Between him and Amanda, I left a happy customer!

Love working with Russ. I have purchased 4 cars from him and 7 from this dealership. Russ is the man. He is more like a friend than a salesman. Russ always takes care of me and gets me in the right vehicle. Bought my new Mojave and was only there about an hour and a half. Great experience. I can t recommend Russ and Hendrick CDJR enough. Unlike any car buying experience anywhere else. Russ will take good care of you!

Khristine did an unbelievably great job listening to my concerns and communicating to me on the plan going forward. When I had technical questions she provided access to the shop foreman. All and all a top notch dealership all the way to the gm, which I met. Very honest, empathetic and to boot, happy employees with these few trips to the service department.

Visit on 03/08/2024 for oil change and tire rotation. Extremely long wait I d say at least 2 1/2 hours for simple service- the tech or advisor was still at lunch at my appt time Problem with tire rotation as no longer have lock key to remove. Lost when new tires put on over 2 years agoI was told the passenger side came off easily but driver side unable to remove and may be around 3-4 hours to cut lugs (after the over 2 hour wait for simple service)Within this month my car is out of alignment badly, tires completely overfilled AT the dealership! Not a problem prior to visitCalled and emailed with no resolve, frankly completely unacceptableThis is a place where sales is #1 for sure okService seems to be a lot of overwhelmed inexperienced staff and I know this well for reasons - a relative is a long time Master tech and now Service manager with this company for many years, not here, out of stateWill never return due to lack of resolve and/or ANY correspondence received after reaching out on multiple occasionsExtremely disappointing, not young and have never had this kind of experience with any dealer/serviceI have to give 1 star to post otherwise I would not give any kudos

My wife and I just leased our second Jeep Grand Cherokee (2024). This time we had Chris Noyse as our salesperson. He made the pricing process easy, we were able to find the exact car we wanted at another dealer. Shipment was fast and the car was beautifully detailed on pickup. He went through all the car attributes. He was a really nice guy and we trusted him. Good job Chris. See you in 3+ years!

Great experience! We noticed the AC wasn t blowing cold air. They fit me in promptly and gave me a loaner truck to drive. The coolant was low so topped it off. Robert Newin salesman drove my truck to my house to drop it off and exchange vehicles. That s great service!!ThanksCaptain Jim

My appointment for service for routine + warranty, and to take a look at rear brake wear was 8am. Received no update until I called at 1230pm. Vehicle was just being done. Remained at dealership and at 2:30 asked the status and was informed it would be a few more hours as the tech was taking care of brakes (needed new pads, rotors okay). Then at 430pm was informed vehicle not drivable as brake assembly on drivers side was seized due to corrosion. Vehicle was unable to drive. Offered no loaner (asked if available and they do not provide this service) and no rental (all local rental car shops closed at 5 except 1). Was informed part will need to be order next day as it was past 3-3:30 when orders need to be made for next day delivery. Wife picked me up to take me to rental car agency.Thursday at 430pm was informed vehicle still not fixed as they did not realize assembly kit for brakes was not a pair as passenger side was also needing fix. Was informed (after insisting to discuss with service manager) that part would be ordered and available to fix asap next day. Received another call Friday around noon that part was not on truck and will reorder for Saturday delivery and repair. Also told they ordered a second part of the same from another distributor.Was informed Saturday parts did not arrive and second distributor, and would arrive Monday. Finally called late Monday of following week that vehicle was ready for pickup. Was required to reschedule drop off of rental 3 times due to service work not done at a total rental cost of nearly 600 dollars. Service manager initially unwilling to cover more than 300 (60 dollars a day for 5 days) said I would need to have a rental anyways. Said Covid was still to blame for parts and he had no control of this. Also suggested he gave me a break in total bill (which equaled $2360 instead of $2387). After some reluctance and stating his shop will eat the cost agrees to cover additional cost of surcharges for needing to reschedule rental ($180).Finally drove away and within 10 miles check engine light come on! Call dealer and they will take a look.Needless to say, I opted to take the vehicle to another dealer to evaluate and they corrected without any issue or delay (within 30 minutes).My experience with this shop is indicative of poor leadership and management. I have never had such an experience with any other dealer service and will not recommend their service to anyone interested. I am considering trading in vehicle because of this experience, as they are only dealer service for Jeep in the area.

Dania Flaverney is percent a fantastic commercial salesman . My 22 Ram 3500 lost the transmission in late August. Mr Dania was present in every aspect of the process to get my vehicle back up and running reliably. He was prompt in responding to my calls, kept me updated with realistic time frames, and treated me with the utmost respect. Dania went above and beyond his job requirements to help with this issue. Furthermore, the replacement vehicles I was allotted were equivalent to the one that was broken. I do not have enough words to express my gratitude for the stress this man alleviated for me!

Almost too easy to slip into a new vehicle. Anna was amazing! I went there to shop, and drove away with the more truck than I wanted, and never once felt pressured or pushed into buying. Anna was patient and understanding to my needs, and went above and beyond! I love my new Ram, and we will be back to buy a new vehicle for the wife very soon!!!

I will never do business here again. My truck s batteries were dead which I knew based on my own charge pack. I had the truck towed in and asked for a quote to replace the batteries. They informed me it would be close to $1,000 to replace the 2 batteries! Keep in mind that batteries for my truck average around $250 per. So, ~$500 for labor??? I told them I would take it somewhere else and when I came to get the truck they charged me $80 for a diagnostic fee?!? $80 to tell me the batteries were bad I ALREADY KNEW THAT! I took the truck right behind them to Hughes Brothers and had the batteries replaced for ~$500.Stop ripping people off!

Best service center I have ever encountered. There were 2 recalls on my truck that had been pending with my previous service center for over a year. I happened to need other work done while at the coast. They completed 1 recall and explained why the 2nd recall required sign off from manufacture before replacing .news to me. They completed all the required diagnostics and after waiting hours for response from manufacturer sent me home- no charge for other work completed. Next day approval obtained and called to schedule repair. I was well informed throughout the process and they did all they could to make the best of a lengthy process. THANK YOU!!!

Service Advisor Drew and Mechanic Wayne we both awesome to work with. I had my motor replaced in December due to a recall and transmission replaced this time and Drew handled everything with my extended warranty. I dropped my car off in the morning and had it back at the end of the day both times.

I just wanted to share my appreciation to Kevin and Robin. I came in with a convoluted problem that was on my part, and they so kind and politely helped me the entire time. In my opinion, they went above and beyond to help me. I then took that information went to the DMV and had my registration in less than 15 minutes. Thank you both so very much for what I thought was going to be a very stressful afternoon.

This was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Not only were they friendly but fast. Dania Flaverney was a joy to work with, I explained to him what I was looking for and he was on it immediately. He found not only the vehicle I wanted but also the color and style. The best part was it was a limited edition fully loaded, and in my price range. The vehicle was located at another office out of state, but he sent two drivers and they had it there for me the next day. I love everything about this experience and when the time comes if I want to ever upgrade; I will definitely be going back to Hendrick Jeep Chrysler on south college in Wilmington NC!

Check out the water pump that was "replaced" by this dealership. Amazing work. Still leaks. Called to figure out what the heck happened. Got passed around on the phone. Poor excuse of a dealership. Go elsewhere.
