I started off getting my oil changed here because of the convenient location. Since then my entire family has used them for everything from engine issues to new tires. Everyone at Grease Monkey is professional, skilled, and most importantly, honest. They ve always helped me navigate what actually needed to be done with my vehicle with the most affordable AND effective solution. Highly recommend these guys for all automotive work if you want a place you can trust.

Take your vehicle here, hands-down, best spot in Wilmington for services like oil changes, alignments anything like that service wise. They even do engine rebuilds sometimes when they first open I took my car there and my oil change for a mustang GT was $45. I just went and got an alignment. It was $88. That is the cheapest in Wilmington and they do the best job. I work on my car myself and I can tell these guys know what they re doing. Great spot and really nice customer service.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. These guys are great. Service is excellent for a reasonable price. Kenny took great care of the vehicle. The waiting room is nice with beverages available. Definitely will use for my car's service. Conveniently located for my needs.

I was really impressed with my service last Wednesday. I got three warnings from the police about my hatch lights not working, they got me right in, my lights were fixed in such a timely manner and the two guys I talked to were amazing. My experience could not have gone better

Great service and the oil change price was very reasonable. We also asked them to check our brakes...they told us they were good for another good while and then rotated the tires...a nice gesture.

My vehicle was recently towed by mistake and afterwards I began hearing a rattling sound when I would start the ignition and after take off. With no check engine light on I was baffled at what the issue could be so I visited a nearby quick oil change establishment who heard the noise and recommended Grease Monkey. I made an appointment and upon arriving was swiftly and warmly welcomed by Hayden who I explained my dilemma to. He promptly asked for my keys as to inspect my vehicle and offered I sit in the waiting lobby. The lobby was spotless and very welcoming with comfortable chairs, a couch, and complimentary beverages and snacks for guest to enjoy while waiting. A gentleman came back in just a few minutes and informed me of the issue at hand. A heat plate under the car had simply become loose and needed to be secured. The gentleman gave me multiple useful options to choose from that would fix the issue and recommended the quickest and budget friendly remedy. The crew also ran a free diagnostic and found my battery needed to be replaced as well. Once again I was offered a budget friendly, dependable battery. The battery and heat plate were replaced and fixed in no time. The gentleman in the lobby held great conversation and was very personable. I didn't get his name however my receipt listed the initials KP. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone when in need of having your car serviced. Will definitely be returning for my next oil change amd inspection!

First time going needed oils, brake fluid, and inspection. Made an appointment same day and they were so friendly and informative. I had some questions about my car and they helped me. Also a clean nice waiting area. I will definitely be making this shop my go to for my car needs! And I don t feel as if they ripped me off in any way. As a young female who doesn t know much about cars, I feel confident in coming to this place and knowing my car is in good hands.

Excellent service! Very fair prices and I didnt wait more than and hour and a half for oil change, tire rotation and balance, and alignment. Definitely recommend.

Needed an oil change, inspection, and a review of the car to make sure it was okay for a long trip. The staff here is very professional and straightforward! The dealership told me I needed new brakes and rotors. Grease Monkey took a look and gave me an honest answer that saved me lots of money! Will be back

What an amazing customer-centric place! I came there for a vehicle inspection before a purchase, and they went above and beyond! Such a friendly, clean, and customer-caring place. They took time to inspect it and even test drive it! As a woman not understanding vehicle mechanics, they explained all and I felt extremely comfortable with my decision. This place is something else in the car maintenance and repair business. Last month when my car suddenly started stuttering and choking and the check engine light came on. I brought it in to Grease Monkey and they diagnosed the problem as a misfire in the #3 cylinder. I had them replace spark plugs, an ignition coil, and a manifold gasket. Out the door and back on the road the same day. I love this place! I'll definitely be back. Made a quick appointment online to have my car inspected, tires rotated and oil changed. Super friendly and professional service. Walked me through each part to see if I have any questions. Came from out of town to get an oil change. They got me in right away. When I went to pick my car back up there was a mistake on the bill (no big deal) - the manager with no hesitation made it right, and gratefully so! They even had free drinks for customers in the lobby. Sometimes going into a mechanic shop especially as a women it feels awkward and like you don t belong but they were great. Will absolutely stop by again on my endeavors.

Above and Beyond.That s what I need to say, about Kenny and his Crew at Grease Monkey, Wilmington!I needed new brakes and caliper s! The did the repair work, in a very fair timeframe, and reasonable. I few weeks later, there was a noise coming from my brake area that was not good sounding at all. I call spoke with Kenny, and he made the arrangements to bring it in right away.I get to the shop, they had a tech ready for me. I had found out that Kenny was not work in today. But he took the time on a day off, to get things in order to look at my issue. Once the issue was uncovered, a rotted out brake hose, that spring a leak. Basically ruined all the new work they had previously performed. But even though it was not their fault, they replaced everything, even did a brake pad upgrade. All on the dime, it didn t cost me a penny. So here is what is so impressive to me. Kenny called me from his cell phone to explain what had happened and what they are going to do to fix it, all at No Charge, here s the thing, he was at an airport picking up Family members at the airport. He personally took the time to call me, on a day off. He and his Crew our a team that cares, not something that is found to often!Thank You, Grease Monkey!!

Alan, Kenny and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with a vehicle that had brake failure at about two o'clock in the evening. They were able to get my vehicle in that day (which is usually unheard of in the auto shop industry), inspect and diagnose the issue, order the part and install, all before the end of their day, so that I could have my vehicle back on the road in order to make it to work the following day.They have a great habit of saving a part or taking a picture of the issue in order to show you evidence of what caused the failure to start with. As a very hands on and visual person, I really appreciated the extra effort from them.Highly recommend this shop to anyone in town!
