Honest, hard working owners make it a no brainer to buy from Go! I bought a car from them over a year ago and still call them for advice even though I no longer live near Wilmington. I actually called them the other day when it was time to buy new tires and they suggested the brand, and average price that I should expect to pay. Their recommendation saved me over $300! They didn't benefit from providing the advice, but that's just the type of people they are. As long as their doors are open, I will be buying my family's cars from them!...And I'll happily drive across the state of NC to give them my business. Go to Go!, you'll feel good that you did.

Go Automotive is a great example of why shopping local and small businesses is so amazing. They are very personal and incredibly kind. It is clear they are knowledgeable about what they are doing and they truly care. I am writing this a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle and the vehicle is amazing. They are smart about what they do and I am incredibly happy with my purchase. They made sure to include each of my family members in the purchasing process. Go Automotive was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a used vehicle. Let alone 2 at the same time. They made things very easy, quick and painless. Did what they said they were going to do. I had papers mailed to me on Friday, signed, mailed back and the two trucks at my doorstep by Monday.Will definitely be the first place I go to when I am in the market again!

My wife just bought a 2016 Lexus RX 350 from them and it was quite possibly the easiest vehicle transaction we have ever had. If you re in the Wilmington area I d highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. They answered all of our questions and weren t pushy at all. Great family owned dealership!

I absolutely HATE looking for cars at the dealerships but I must say that this was such an easy laid back experience. I felt like Jay our salesman was honest and not pushy. Annie and Russell were also friendly kind and helpful. I was given car background car fax upfront. Annie made a comment that she wouldn t sell a car that she was not comfortable putting her family into. Amen I agree 100%. I would definitely highly recommend looking here first to buy a nice car. I would have no problem returning to purchase our next car, In fact it will probably be our first stop!! Thank you Go Automotive for all of your help, my son loves his new car!!!

I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle! Annie and Russ were awesome to work with. They made it easy and stress free. After driving my new truck just a few mires I realized my windshield had 2 small cracks from rocks. I called Russ and Annie. They said no problem and they covered the cost of the windshield repair .Even though I purchased the truck AS IS !!! How awesome is that ????!!!!! Russ called the windshield repair business and within 1 business day I had a repaired windshield. They are both honest and great to work with .

BEST SERVICE EVER!! I am a proud new owner of a fantastic car thanks to go automotive! They did not use any type of pressure tactics or hide any details from me. It was an extremely warm and inviting environment. I can not recommend go Automotive s enough! Especially being a young women, I am used to getting screwed over by most car dealerships.I will definitely be a returning costumer!

This is not your typical dealership buying experience... but it SHOULD BE! I wish every dealership could make it this easy to shop, test drive and buy a car! There was no pressure, no gimmicks and it felt like buying a car from friends. They went above and beyond with us when we helped our daughter buy her first car. Their customer service is, by far, superior to other dealerships. We live out of town so we weren't sure what to expect but they could not have made the experience better. They were fast, efficient, explained everything to our daughter, making sure she knew to call them if she had ANY questions. We HIGHLY recommend checking out Go Automotive!

Just another raving review of Russell and Annie at Go Automotive. Like everyone else who has left a Google Review, I had an amazing car-buying experience. Russell is an honest and up-front straight shooter. He let me take the vehicle to a local shop of my choosing for a pre-purchase inspection. The PPI came up with a couple suggestions for things that should be replaced, and Russell did the work! His wife, Annie, is super experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to the paperwork side of things. Both of them combined make for an amazing team, and I could not have asked for anything better or different in working with them. I would HIGHLY recommend Go Automotive to all of my family and friends.

Bought an 08 Ford Explorer in the middle of November 2022, Check engine light came on about 35-40 miles of drive time because of an evap leak. I informed the dealership of the 8 codes that it was throwing and asked me to bring it in so their mechanic could take a look and fix the problems. They gave me a car to drive in the mean time which was a nice gesture. The mechanic said the ECM was faulty and was throwing random codes, the dealership said they ordered one for me but told me I'd be on a waiting list so it might be a while. I got my vehicle back and signed some paperwork stating they ordered my ECM replacement. Today I went for an emissions test so I could renew my registration/tag sticker and it failed due to the evap leak. Now I have to pay 120$ for the diagnosis of the leak and potentially 400$ for the fix. I also never received the ECM replacement. Be extremely cautious about your purchases from this used car dealership or be prepared to pay out of pocket. I'd like to believe the mechanic was incompetent and gave a bad diagnosis but ultimately it's the dealership that sold me the problem, Either way I feel conned in end.

Beyond pleased with our experience at Go Automotive! My husband and I traveled over 4 hours away to look at a truck Russ had told my husband about and it did not disappoint. The truck was in mint condition and Annie made the paperwork process simple and enjoyable! Hands down best car buying experience.

Purchased a vehicle from them two weeks ago, and couldn't be happier with the service that I received. They made purchasing the vehicle so easy, while being up front about any issues. They also made sure to not overly pressure me into buying. After driving the vehicle for a few days, I noticed a small issue. I took it to my mechanic, and he fixed it. I called, and while they suggested I should have taken it back to them to fix, as it would have saved us all some money, they split the cost of repair with me. They had no obligation to give me any money, as I signed a waiver to acknowledge that they are not liable for any issues that arise after I leave the lot. Great people, and a great vehicle. I would definitely recommend going to GO Automotive if you are looking to purchase a used vehicle.

Family owned and operated, genuine, no BS used car dealer. Never thought I would write that sentence, but this place truly lives up to the review. I recently stopped in to check out a vehicle in their inventory, and they could not have been more accommodating or helpful. I purchased the car that day, and felt great while doing so. The entire experience was honest and fair, and I truly felt like I was buying from a friend or family member. There was absolutely no stereotypical car dealer pressure or smoke-and-mirrors to navigate. I also can t say enough about the quality of their inventory. It is clear that every car on their lot was completely vetted and hand selected by the staff. If you re in the market for a like-new used vehicle, you simply cannot do any better than this place!

I recently bought a van from Go Automotive for our business and am incredibly pleased. I feel like we got a fair price. We asked for a few small repairs and when we came to pick up the van every was finished up like we asked, and all the paperwork was ready to go. We were finished up in 15 min. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. Something that is hard to find these days. I would certainly recommend!

Everyone has had the stereotypical Used Car purchase experience, Go Automotive is as far from that stereotype as I could have ever hoped. Such a great experience at GO! Annie and Russ set me up in my new Ram and I couldn't be more thrilled. This is my second vehicle from Go and I came back for good reason. I was working with Annie on a price quote for one of the cars on their lot. I live 2.5 hours away so she was kind enough to send me video walk arounds. She was also very transparent on price, extremely responsive and just a pleasure to deal with. I ended up not buying a car due to change in circumstances but I would not hesitate to put Go Automotive on the top of my list!

I highly recommend this auto repair shop. I was smelling antifreeze and seeing spots in my garage. squeezed me in the same day. They checked everything out and cleaned up some residual stuff from a different dealer. No charge! I offered to pay but they refused. I ll take all my business there from now.
