After reading the reviews. We drove an hour to Gerber to have our car repaired. We're glad we did! Melissa and the staff are friendly and professional. They do great work and make sure that you are communicated with. I hope I don't have to need this service (lol) but I would definitely go back if I did. 100% satisfied! While no one likes to have an accident getting a quote and working with Brad at Gerber was pretty easy and non stressful. Uploaded my pictures, went to Gerber to review the quote and get an update and scheduled the date to drop the car off. The finished work was very well done and the car looks great. The work was also completed early. Brad kept me updated throughout the repair process and the finished product exceeded my expectations.

Do you want a body shop that cant finish work in a reasonable time frame, maybe you want a body shop that will lie to you about why your repair is taking so long? Look no further than Gerber Collision of Wilmington NC. Ive had my truck with them for almost two months, every other week they push my estimation date back further and further. One day ill call and they will say they are waiting on a component of my vehicle before it is finished. Another day I will call and they will say they just cant work on it because they have too much work in their shop. Knowing my insurance company asked if they could complete it in a reasonable time frame but still took the work anyways. No communication with me other than automated text message when this has been such a hardship for me they don't even have the decency to reach out with a phone call. If i could give zero stars I would. This has been such an awful experience and I wouldn't suggest Gerber Collision at 8125 market street if it was promised to be completely free and to be finished the next day. Avoid this place for your own good.

Above and beyond service. Thorough communication throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to make sure that my truck received the correct part replacements and repairs.

Great place, great people. Got in a small wreck beyond my fault. Susie B helped me out. She helped me through the process, kept me up to date. There were some hiccups with getting the parts from KIA but that was beyond their control. There was a small problem with my radio not working after the repair, so I had to bring the car back. Gerber streamlined the process to get me a rental for the day, get the car to and from the diagnostic place. Turned out there was a sliced cable. Probably from the accident. Everything is working the way it was. Car looks great (see pics)Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend Gerber Collision &Glass . When I spoke to the receptionist she was very polite and well mannered and was able to work with my work schedule and get me in asap with Mr. Brad to check out the repairs that needed to be addressed and be done at a appropriate time frame . I also wanna thank Susie for being so nice making sure that my needs were meet with the repairs to my SUV thank you so much for all the staff's hard work and dedication that took great care of my suv while being repaired and making me feel right at ease durning this whole entire process kudos to you and your team thank you guys and everyone at Gerber Collision.

Professional, fast, and friendly service. In a nicer part of town, some of the other collision and car rental places are in the hood. No thanks.They conveniently have an Enterprise car rental office in the same building. Laura was a pleasure to work with.Make sure you don't pass it, its right before the Walmart shopping center. Would definitely go back there again if we needed their services. Plus they warranty all their work and give you guidelines to keep you paint job fresh

I brought in my truck to repair/replace a fender after hitting a deer. They checked me in first thing one morning and it was completed I was on my way mid-afternoon the next day! Work was impeccable! These folks do a great job and quickly!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My vehicle was done in a timely fashion. The receptionist was knowledgeable and pleasant. They washed the entire car and what really unexpected and impressive is that they clean the interior windshield, car mats, etc. before returning the vehicle to me. So far, so good! They replaced and painted my front bumper in about 30 hours. The work looks great, good customer service and very convenient to have a rental car agency in house. They detailed my car and put air in a low tire as well. I'd go back.

The staff at Gerber was beyond exceptional, from the first phone call to the time of pick up, the service was above and beyond. I was given updates throughout my cars repair, communication was amazing. I truly can t say enough about the amazing staff, Thank you guys for everything! I know accidents and repairs can be stressful, Gerber handled all my needs with such ease. Thank you guys so much.

Very professional and friendly staff, excellent quality of repair, and communication/ updates were well in excess of my expectations. Gerber s Wilmington office delivered on estimated timing to complete my repair and provided very frequent text and phone updates. Highly recommended them for collision repair or any auto body needs.
