went for an oil change and tire rotation. took my car on a nice road trip after I got this done. had no issues with my car. Tia answered some questions regarding my wife s car and was very professional and knowledgeable. she was really nice and understood what needed to be done and made some suggestions for next step on how to proceed with my wife s car. I will be coming here for every car service I need moving forward.

Full Throttle has amazing customer service and will help you find/get the parts you need. They will make sure you re taken care of and do excellent work!They helped me find the lift kit that I needed and kept me updated along the way while parts were coming in and during installation. They do it all.

We drove all the way from Raleigh to have Full Throttle do the lift, and tire install on our truck. They were trustworthy, professional, and reasonable. We will be back for sure!

5 HUGE STARS! Tyler, Tia and Brian are very professional and know this business very well. My truck had many issues and they diagnosed the truck and gave me the details. I gave them the go ahead thinking it would take about a week to complete, nope two days later my truck was ready. It has never driven as good as it does now. I was planning on selling the truck, but have since changed my mind. I will never take my trucks anywhere else. Thanks Guys!

Always a pleasure to have Tyler and crew work on my truck. They installed a lift, tires, and wheels and I m very pleased the way it turned out. I also have had routine maintenance done by them as well. I haven t had any issues with the work. They are extremely knowledgeable and do great work and don t leave me without a vehicle very long. I can t thank the full throttle team enough for all the time and work they put into reviving my 98 ram. Full throttle had installed a new rear end on my truck, complete lift with all control arms and fixed several leaks on my truck. Great service here! Really appreciated the speed with which I got a call back and how quickly they fit me in and at a time that worked with my work schedule. They were able to advise me on services that might be needed in the future, but put zero pressure on me in regards to that. I was so grateful to walk out having spent less than expected!

First off, the level of communication is stellar.Secondly, the work is spot on, and their rate is honest.I had a long term issue that my previous mechanic diagnosed, but never fixed.This was my first time here.Basic servicing on my truck, but I asked about the issue..Fixed now!All in a very short amount of time.They know what they are doing, and from now on, I'll bring my business to them.So my advice?Have them do your work on your vehicle.It doesn't matter the make.Thanks Full Throttle!

FTAS was great. They made it super easy to schedule the service, approve the parts, and drop off & pickup was simple. They also made sure my car was in perfect condition when it came time to pick it up. My only semi-complaint is that I had a tow hitch installed and the part ordered was just the metal frame with the hitch socket, it didn't come with the wiring harness, but that was overlooked by myself as well when I approved the order so I don't blame the shop. I only wish that the shop would have called me and asked if I also wanted the electrical done as well so that I would have had the full kit done all at once. Still, they are a great service and they delivered as promised.

Finding Full Throttle was a miracle. My husband desperately needed his back brakes changed and was able to take it to them same day, within a couple hours! Tia was so helpful and Tyler went above and beyond to even attempt to help buff out scratches from fender flares that were previously taken off of it. I have finally found "our mechanic"! This is a new business, but still has the same attributes of the old company, service and friendly staff. Give your car the service it deserves and the confidence knowing it will be done right. I get better service here than at my local dealer.This is a follow up review. Because of the quality service and friendly staff, I will continue to take my 2018 Subaru to Full Throttle Automotive. While there they brought to my attention that I might need rear brakes at the next service interval. Notice, I said might. They could have pressured me to have them done now, like some other shop, but they know how I drive. I'm easy on my car. I recently got tires, alignment, and transmission service from this shop and the experience was fantastic. Finding a good shop you trust is way harder to find than it should be these days. I finally have that shop I trust now. Tyler and his crew are professional and know what they are doing. They were extremely courteous and gave honest feedback. Tyler did an awesome job with my truck, he put my leveling kit and 33 nitto recon tires on my truck, but the service didn t stop there. He noticed that my truck had a cam shaft rattle and thanks to him I was able to bring it to my dealerships attention, his expertise saved me! I highly recommend that if you re in need of work, or just want to do something with your vehicle to bring it to full throttle! Thanks again Tyler and staff!

My experience was perfect!!! Being a customer of the previous owners of this location, I was always treated fairly and with good service overall, with my vehicle and as a customer. Props to Tyler and Bryan! They did an outstanding job on my truck installing a 3.5 leveling kit with dual reservoir shocks. The truck rides amazing and they did a great job on the alignment the truck drives straight as an arrow. They did it in a timely manner and the service and communication was outstanding. Tyler and his team did an amazing job on our 2014 Impala. Put in a new intake boot, wiper blades, and did an inspection. Runs great now. Thank you for the excellent work and quick turnaround!!
