Worst service and rudest people I ve ever dealt with.For starters, when I bought my top of the line Touareg they scratched my $600 key fob during service. I politely asked to have it replaced or fixed. The manager came out to the sales floor literally yelling at me in front of everyone there..Second issue: I had scheduled services anointments online via their website around when I could get a ride to and from dealership. Days later they called and canceled on me so I rescheduled and told them I needed a loaner car now. So then waited 3 weeks with my service light on to show up and be told they don t have any cars for me even though I scheduled one. Told them to call me immediately when they did as I had been waiting for 4 weeks now for them to service me after they canceled my first appt.Called me a day later saying I missed my appt, I informed them that I didn t miss it that they had canceled on me then lied to me regarding a loaner. Lady checked into it and called me back saying they wouldn t give me anymore loaner cars bc I don t return them so I preceded to nicely ask her to check the computer and to tell me when I didn t return a rental on time. She said she couldn t do that, she couldn t do that bc I literally returned every rental car ON TIME!!If you are spending money on their nicer cars I would suggest going to BMW, Porsche, Etc and be treated accordingly as you won t get such at this trashy establishment that s run by a rude red neck.

They did an alignment on my 2001 modified gti and they seemed to be very honest and I would definitely recommend getting your alignments their! It s actually hard to find a good alignment shop and they seem to know what they are doing!

Went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. They noticed a nail in my tire while inspecting my car. Dan the service guy was extremely helpful. I decided to look at trade options and Dean Wentzel was an amazing help. I ended up trading in my car for a SUV. Dean made all the steps completely stress free. No pressure, answered all of questions and went over all options that best suited my budget. Thank you Dan and Dean for making me a repeat customer.
