IN CASE OF EMERGENCY CALL KELLY! We were on our way to our Thanksgiving trip, when my family and I were stranded on the new Military Cutoff Road Extension with a broken-down car. My first instinct was to call my insurance company to have my car towed. The towing company knew that my car was blocking traffic since there were no pull-off lanes or shoulder on this road. They told me I was in an emergency situation, and that same company canceled the truck that was supposed to get me and did not bother to tell me.Luckily, a kind police officer that was in the area came to our rescue and called Kelly, who immediately arrived on the scene to help. If it wasn't for them, I would have never even known the tow truck wasn't coming to get us. They told the officer, who called them, that it was because they couldn't get to us in time.Kelly was able to save the day and have his tow truck pick us up in less than 10 minutes. He demonstrated exceptional care towards me and my car, ensuring that we were safe and taken care of. I am forever grateful for his help during this emergency. If I'm ever in car trouble again, Kelly will be the first person I call! Not to mention, my car got an amazing detail while it was being repaired!

What a amazing job Extreme Detail done. Our roof looks like we have a brand new roof! We greatly appreciate all of the hard work they done to our house. Went over and beyond in cleaning our roof, in pressure washing our driveway and sidewalks making them look freshly poured and clean. This team went above and beyond with their service...calling to let us know they were on their way, arriving on time, thoroughly cleaning what we discussed and extra. If you need basically anything done, make sure to call Kelly first! I was stranded in Topsail Beach with a broken vehicle on a Sunday and Kelly was able to give us a tow back to Charlotte on the same day. Never did I think to call a detailing company for this, but now I know!! Anthony, who came to tow us was professional, courteous, and made the 4 hour drive back enjoyable! Kelly and his team are life-savers and I could not recommend them enough for any job you may need.

Sorry for the delay in my review, but I wanted to wait until I had some livestock in my fish tank to share a picture. Yes, you heard that right, Kelly and his team painstakingly helped me bring a used acrylic fishtank back like new. If it can be sanded, wetsanded, or scrubbed, his team can do it! Thanks again.

Definitely worth more that 5 stars. Kelly and his team are very nice and went above and beyond to make my truck look brand new again.
