Fantastic experience! After today s experience, this is my GO TO oil change shop. And in the future, I will use this Portersneck area location of Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers for ADDITIONAL SERVICE WORK because they do a lot more than just oil change and tire rotation. This team was professional, well trained, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was so pleased, I spoke with the manager to share my positive experience. Rene, the manager was very professional and it s no doubt, his staff is learning from his example. By far the best service I ve had in a long time. I will be bringing all of my cars to this facility from now forward. Thank you team!

Service was great! The guys there are very nice- no upselling and try their hardest to give you the best deal! Michael was a great good tech- funny guy, made for a great experience! 10/10 will come back for another oil change and other services!

Top notch service operation. Shop was immaculate and everyone was dressed in clean, neat uniforms. Repairs were performed in less time than they estimated and the cost was competitive and came in much lower than other shops in the area. Express oil has become my #1 shop for my vehicle repairs.

Michael was very helpful, explained everything that I would need, and didn't try to up sale me on things I didn't need. And they are not just an oil change place. They do other services such as wheel installation and balancing and state inspection. They also have coupons and military discount. Great service.

Just had my tires rotated and an oil/filter change. Great place. The staff were all pros. Very attentive and alert. As soon as I pulled up three of them came out. No nonsense. I told them what I needed done and they were on it. The best part was that nobody tried to sell me anything. I appreciate that! They were fast and efficient. Prices are affordable. This was my first visit here, and I will definitely be back.

I will never go anywhere else for my car ever again!! Amazing service, quick, and affordable. They didn't try and aggressively upsell me on anything which makes me feel so much more comfortable coming here. They answered my questions and helped me get everything I needed. Terrific staff... I highly recommend! This was my first time going here. I brought a new set of aftermarket Method wheels to have mounted on my Lexus. OUTSTANDING service! Rene, the manager, and Tyler, the technician, both took their time and did superb job of mounting and balancing the wheels. It s great to see people take care of your stuff like it s their own. I will definitely be using this place for future automotive needs!Services: Tires, Tire rotations

This place is The Best! Everyone is friendly and courteous but more importantly they re honest knowledgeable and efficient! I was told by another shop I needed all new brakes after a brake inspection at Express they were still good and every time I can save money I appreciate it! Thank you Express oil change I m a customer for life now!

Went to a Express oil change after attempting to get an inspection somewhere else, and realizing that I need new tires. Reece and The guys at the shop were incredibly polite, helpful, and prompt! Place was clean, and welcoming! Everything about the experience was great will definitely come back!

After a review of my car, they found that the previous dealership that did my oil change stripped the screws to my oil plate. The manager Rene Escobar was kind enough to write up a detailed report for me saying that this was the case, and that if I had any problems to have them call him directly. He went out of his way free of charge to make sure I got the right service needed for my vehicle. Will always go back to this service station. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I got the right service needed for my vehicle.

Michael was super helpful and very professional! We went to a previous place to get oil change they didn t have the filter! They weren t rude just unprofessional! Not the case here very pleasant experience at express

Good and quick service. They are very professional and try to explain the problem in layman terms which is always helpful. It never took more than 15 minutes to get an oil change unless its a major repair like tires being changed and tire rotation...nice and a clean lounge area to use in cass you need it.

Extremely friendly people! Helped us out with our 2005 Toyota Sequoia! Rene fit us in the same day we called and was also able to get parts. We dropped off and picked up 5 hours later as promised. Very happy with the service!

I own a diesel truck I m glad I found a quick shop that does diesel service. Time is money. Most won t touch them. Going to the dealership is always a hassle. Good experience from start to finish with these guys. Would recommend to friends.Thanks Express!

I had a travel emergency in my 1991 imported van. Most other mechanics wouldn t even hear me out. EOC was calm and polite on the phone. They told me to bring it in so they could take a look. My alternator was missing a nut on the pivot bolt causing the belt to slip. They replaced it, tightened the belt, and had me on my way in a half hour. Great experience And it was the cleanest shop I ve ever seen.

Rene was very quick & efficient when I stopped by to get my oil changed! He also checked and replaced my windshield wiper blade for me. I had a coupon that, unfortunately didn t work at their location. Instead of letting me be completely out of luck, Rene made sure to find me another coupon I was able to use! He was great and I will definitely go back next time!Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Got there they changed my oil and got me out of there quickly. Very professional; in and out really quick. They did an amazing job.
