Excellent services, the crew are kind and professional, management above and beyond. I brought my truck today for alignment and they did a fantastic job. I need two new tires, will buy it from them.

The techs in monkey junction took care of my oil change that another shop refused to do because they couldn't get the plug off. It took a few extra mins but it was well worth the wait to get it done right. One of the employees even went above and beyond to go pick up a replacement plug. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would

Such a nice bunch of people. Reasonable pricing and they actually get to working on your vehicle instead of sitting around. Everyone has been very understanding. They will even let you know what HAS to be done and what can be waited on for later if need be. I was even referred here by a veteran friend of mine and I have -150 regrets. This is definitely going to be where I take my vehicle every time for any issue.

This is the best place to have work done on your car! They are great. There was no waiting. they got right to it and fixed the problem . The manager is awesome and very knowledgeable, Chris ,another technician is great. At last, after years of struggling to find someone I trusted to do work on my car, I have found these guys.

Stopped in right at closing time today and they were most helpful! Checked my car out and fixed it so I would not have to worry!! Would highly recommend going there. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!!

This is the place to go! I usually do my own work but ever since I got a car. I've been struggling to find a good place to get my oil changed. Their work was far superior than any other place around here and the price was fair. In three words: trustworthy, dependable and hard working!

Every time I go to Express oil change, the guys amaze me with how much they go the extra mile. Numerous times I ve gone and they check things for me and don t charge me. They are always considerate and patient with my questions -and I have a lot of them! These guys are running a one of a kind operation with a small town feel in the best of ways, while providing excellent and very knowledgeable service. They are versatile and can do many things most mechanics can t. I highly recommend them.

I came for two new tires. The team was fast and super helpful and courteous. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and there were complimentary waters, coffee and candy. I love my first experience! I ll be back!

I had a great first visit here. Chris from Long Island was welcoming and respectful, didn't push anything on me, and was really friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out fast. Definitely recommend and will come back again!

Stopped in the shop today for a tire plug/patch. The gentlemen there were very pleasant and timely and helped me find the best and cheapest fix with the ultimate transparency on my options. They weren't pushy and went above and beyond. They even put my spare tire back on the spare winch under the car!! Great price for the work, outstanding customer service and knowledgeable staff. I'll be back to see them for other work! Thank you!

They were kind, helpful, and straightforward about what my car needed. When I asked about a more expensive option vs lower one, they were clear that I didn't need the higher priced one. I appreciate that - the kind of transparency you'll never get at a dealership where they constantly upsell you. Plus, it took 15 minutes. I'll definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Fast and wonderful customer service! We always bring our vehicles here for oil changes because they make it so easy and explain everything. Love the little touches like safety check and windshield washing too!

I want to thank Logan Bradley (Owner) for the outstanding service. A tire on my vehicle had a broken valve stem, and the tire couldn t hold any air. Logan s team fixed it for free and mounted the tire back on the vehicle. This was the first time that I have used their services, but certainly won t be the last. The service personnel were also friendly and courteous. If you are like me, it s always difficult finding a service/repair shop that you can trust, treat you fairly, and not overcharge for the work. Consider checking them out if you have a vehicle service or repair need.

I ve been taking my van to Express since they first opened. I appreciate the straightforward information I m given each visit as well as the honesty of the employees about my van. I haven t been sold any maintenance and have often been told I don t HAVE to replace or update items until the next oil change.

I had a client call and I had to run to Raleigh(2.5hrs away) last minute on a Friday and with my company time is money. Creel met me in the parking lot before I could get out of my truck and I told him I was in a crazy rush him and his team got right on my truck and got my tires filled and oil changed I was in and out in 15 mins absolute excellent service.

I love this place! Joe went above and beyond his duties to show my situation kindness and respect. Not only did he help me preserve my caliper in my VW Atlas but he was able to move my appointment up to get the work done to ensure I was driving my family around safely. All the staff at this location and incredibly friendly and respectful of your time and situation!!!!!

TIRE REPAIR - Picked up a nail in my rear passenger tire which caused a continual leak. Needed quick repair because of upcoming road trip. Christopher did a great job plugging the tire so I would be safe on my road trip. Thank you for the great service.KR

I had a strange noise occur when I was driving at a certain speed. The mechanics were able to figure out what was happening & did the repairs within a couple hours. They were very nice & made sure I received all the discounts I was eligible for.

Price? 100.00 to check my Front Deferential Fluid in my 4�4. Just the front. Added a little and i mean a 1/4 of a Quart. First time there as i usally use the one about a 100 Yards past this one.Think ill go the 100 yards next time. And i got 3 vehicles i get done so yes im a Great Customer and loyal when treated right and Fair..$...

Came here for brakes, lo and behold it turns out I need new tires. They were very friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. Creel was very helpful with explanations and all of the technicians are knowledgeable and super nice. Will def come back.

I had an issue with the ABS light on my 2014 Kia Soul, made an appointment. Katie was awesome as soon as got there , they got me , turned out to be a wheel speed sensor. She got the part delivered in 20 mins. Had me back on the road in just over an hr from diagnostic , consult, order part , install. Very fair prices, too customer service. Any future car issues I will be sure to call them right away.Thank youSatisfied customer

We went this weekend about 45 mins before closing and they were very welcoming! We went for a tire rotation, balance and new tire weights. Very friendly staff, they took the CRV right in. When they were done they pulled around and we paid, also good pricing. So we left got down the road about a 1/4 of a mile and heard a noice. So we pulled over and called, by this point they were closed but they answered the phone and told us to come right back! Now here it is almost 30 mins after closing and one of the Women mechanics and the manger his name is Creed I believe, they stayed and got us right !! Come to find out one of the new tire weights was a little too thick so it was scraping and that s the noise we heard. But never did they act like we were a bother or that is was time for them to go home to their families, they made it right and we are forever grateful for that !! So Thankyou and we will return yaw are awesome !!!!!!

Had a minor leak that got worse over a span of a week. Guys were able to troubleshoot and fix on a busy Sat, even staying past closing hours to finish the job. Truly appreciative of the dedication and service! My go-to shop all my car issues.

They have been great for oil changes, way better than other places. So I came to do a brake inspection, and told me I don t need to replace brakes now! Love them. My oil change and new tires were both handled by knowledgeable and friendly staff, and my appointments were completed in an efficient manner.
