Katie and Bob are THE BEST!! Absolutely thrilled with the service at the Pine valley location. From start to finish, they exhibited professionalism, expertise, and honesty. Just like they always have. My vehicle is running smoothly, and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was in top shape. Santiago and Angel were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We had a screw stuck in our tire on a family road trip and they took care of us promptly. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Really great experience and customer service from start to end. I called when they opened regarding a tire repair to see if they were able to get me seen without an appointment. Annita answered the phone and was very accommodating and helpful! I went in and Jackson (tech) was able to look at my car right away. Both Jackson and Katie (manager) were very knowledgeable about the tires on my car and gave me the best solutions. I will definitely be back if I ever need this service in the future!

I love, love, love this place! The service is so fast, the staff is so nice, and they always do a fantastic job on my car! Jackson, Katie, Anita, and Bob always do such good work on my car, and always have a smile on their face! I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

The team performed a thorough service and safety check of my vehicle and provided me with a list of suggested additional services for my vehicle at its current mileage. Great customer service and a great price. I ll be back in 7K miles!

Took my wife s car here for an oil change, extremely fast and friendly staff. I returned 15 minutes later with my truck. If you need somewhere that s honest this is the place to go. Will not rip you off and will only do what is needed. You ve gained a new loyal returning customer, I ll only give my business to this location now. Thank you!!

They got me two new tires in perfect timing, just before I move across the country! Great service!Coming back to edit because while I did get two new tires that made the drive . However my drivers hubcap somehow went missing during a drive to the mall. (Before my move across country) pretty upset I am now missing a hubcap because they didn t properly secure it.

We had a problem with our GMC Acadia giving a message saying steering assistance not available and drive carefully! No kidding. Called and spoke with Katie, who was knowledgeable and courteous and made an appointment for the next day. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained when one sensor went bad it could send random messages. A wide estimate was given, but when he got done it was the minimum rather than the maximum. So happy we found him. Good work, prompt and well priced for work done.

This Express Oil Change that opened recently on College is so nice! I have been there twice now and their technicians are really nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Both times I worked with Anthony and he does an excellent job!!! My car is a Volkswagen and I can never find anything on its info system and he is so patient and kind about it. I really appreciate their team and am so glad to have this closer location now!Service: Oil change

2013 BMW F30 AC Recharge. They did a wonderful job, were super convenient, and courteous to work with. The AC works great. They finished in 2 hours and even helped install a new license plate. Thank you guys!

Staff was knowledgeable and kind, but I was not impressed with management after having my vehicle towed back after having just left. I understand people make mistakes, but stand by your word and your work. Otherwise, my business will be taken elsewhere next time I'm in the area and in need of a good once over before driving my vehicle for any considerable distance. But it's especially scary since I only made it less than 3 miles away. Things could have ended much more poorly than they did. Parts can be replaced. People can't.

Great service, great staff, great atmosphere. I went today for the first time for oil change, tire rotation, and brake check. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable , and made me feel confident that the work they were doing was done correctly and with care. I ll be returning there for all my vehicle needs. Shout out to the worker named Angie he made my oil change a very pleasant experience. He was very helpful and explaining the differences between all of the oil which encourage me to spring for the more expensive kind of oil to put in my car. Something I have never done before, which was definitely due to him. Because of Andrew moving forward I will be getting my oil changes with this business moving forward

Called on a Friday (lunch time); spoked to Katie to see about an oil change. She told me to come on in; not only was Katie super friendly, so were the guys in the back. They got my car right in & in just having a friendly conversation I mentioned that the steering was off slightly; she went in the back, told Bob who immediatley checked the tire pressure & found that 1 of my tires was over inflated...matched all 4 tires & now drives perfect. Clean facilty, great staff & reasonable.

Best customer service experience right from when I rolled up with my tire issue. Everyone was so helpful and communicative and they did everything they could to resolve my car's issue, including recommendations for other services. I'll trust my car to this location any day.

Go for the service, stay for the Tuna (the cutest shop dog ever!)In all seriousness, this place deserves 5 stars for incredible service, speed and fair pricing. I had an emergency tire situation so I pulled in here and Logan, the owner, was quick to assess the situation and provide a quote. They didn t have the tires I needed in stock at this location, so he called over to his other shop in town and was able to get me the tires within an hour.The experience was a 10/10 (and car problems are never fun so that s really saying something). Definitely didn t hurt that Tuna was available for emotional support and entertainment! Thanks, Logan & team!Service: Tires

What a great group of people here!!! Super friendly and efficient! Brought a tire with a screw in for repair, they greeted me in the parking lot, took my tire and 10 minutes later, put it back in my car! I will definitely use them for my next oil change! Thanks!!

Excellent service! When they say 10 minute oil change, they mean it. I ve never been in and finished for an oil change that fast. They did a safety inspection and filled my tires with air. My check tire light was on and they fixed that as well! In and out within 15 minutes! I would highly recommend this place!!!!!1/29/24: Second time there. I got my car inspected. 10 minutes and it was completed. This is definitely my new go to place for car service!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Nice staff for what's left of it, but unfortunately they did a horrible job with my oil change and tire rotation. I've never had a bad experience with express oil change until coming to this location. To start off, when i first got there the receptionist told me i didnt have an appointment when i clearly made one and showed her the email confirmation. The techs are incredibly young and seem inexperienced. They were asking many questions to each other and the receptionist because they were unsure of what to do. The bottom of my car was left covered in oil and my tires each had read a different air pressure, not to mention they were also scuffed as if he had hit the curb when driving my car back around. During a safety inspection of my car they also misinformed me about my front brake pads. At first they said they were fine and later during the tire rotation they said they were between 1 and 2mm. Overall, if you care about your car I would drive the extra 7 minutes to the other express oil change off carolina beach rd or come to Wilmington tire and auto. They are the best and they helped me out after I left express oil change to fix everything they had done.
