Always have a great experience taking my car to Euro Werks. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and I never feel like they are pressuring me into unnecessary services. They explain everything going on with your car and keep you up to date. My car was with them for a week this past time and I was updated at least once per day on the parts coming in and the services being done. I ve been bringing my VW here for years and will keep coming as long as they are in business.

This auto shop is amazing! The staff professional and personable, always going the extra mile and do the best work for the best price and not cutting corners! Workers that truly take pride in their craft and happy to do it! Highly recommend to anyone with a Volvo or other model they service !

I have been driving Volvos for over 50 years, and hands down, this was the best mechanical repair experience ever! From diagnostics, to part procurement, to repair, Wesley and the entire team at Euro Werks were extremely accurate and professional throughout the entire process! Everyone was extremely personable and helpful, very knowledgeable on all levels, and I received daily updates while my car was in their care. I live an hour away from Wilmington, and they offered me the option to use a courtesy car while my complicated repair was being performed--that was invaluable for me!!!Thank you all and would HIGHLY recommend Euro Werks to anyone! (PS: The working garage was immaculate, another indication in my book of the caliber of professionalism throughout.)

Amazing experience! My check engine light of my Volvo came on and the car started making terrible noises. I had never had my car serviced in Wilmington so I called the Volvo dealer. They didn t have any availability the next day so I called East Coast and they fit me in! I m so glad the dealer was booked so I could have this experience. They kept me updated throughout the process. They were able to find the issues and explained them to me and then went to work quickly after my approval. Absolute professionals and so nice, too! And an extra perk, I asked them to check my brakes bc when I had my car serviced a month ago (no one in Wilmington) they told me I would need new brakes soon. East Cast checked them and let me know they still had plenty of life! They could have taken advantage of the situation and didn t! Class act. Will definitely be a return customer. Thank you Nate and the amazing technicians!

Experience of excellence!! The staff were kind, clean cut, and professional. I appreciated their kind attitude and positive energy. I couldn t have had a better experience! Nate showed me how to change my gas cap. They were thorough in overlooking notes of maintenance of my car and inspecting car itself. I felt heard and they took the time to explain any questions or concerns I had. I will return to this business and highly recommend! They also have an app that allows texting updates. Everything from communication to payment was very convenient. It feels like I m driving a brand new car.

Best customer service I have ever experienced not just for car service but any service. They worked hard to get me in quickly, advised me constantly about the work needed and pricing and delivered on time. The car looked better when I got it back than left it and is good to go for a long time. Thanks so much guys.

I love ECEW. The guys there are so friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. The price is fair for the great quality of work you get. They send videos of your car and can test drive it too. Overall 10/10 will be bringing my jetta here for as long as I can.

I m very happy with East Coast and how well they communicated with me through the whole process of taking care of my 2 2016 Volkswagen Tijuana The team also worked with my car warranty and I didn t have to lift a finger to call shout out to Wesley!!!! Very happy customer! Highly recommended East Coast

I've taken my car here twice now and each time I received excellent service. Wesley and the others were professional, attentive, and very accommodating; even when when I presented them with a tight deadline, considering the work my car needed, they got it done for me with time to spare, and I can rest assured knowing the job was done right. Highly recommend.

East Coast Euro Werks is the only place I ll take my vehicle going forward. I had the best experience and never felt in the dark about anything while working with Nate. The customer service and communication is top tier to say the least. All issues in question were diagnosed, explained, and fixed in a timely manner and my car is running so much smoother now. I highly recommend East Coast Euro Werks!

If you are willing to pay for top notch service then this is the right place for you. Took my sons car there and I trust their recommendations and their service. Got me done quickly and the communication from Wesley was consistent throughout the process. I will be back.

I brought my car in for a minor checkup and was promised a quick turnaround. Later I heard they couldn t get to it that day causing me a little trouble to arrange another ride home. It all worked out fine. They apologized profusely, found and fixed a few more things and delivered the car the house in a few days. They even threw in a free oil change. They are very professional guys and really take care of their customers.

I own a used 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman with some oil and coolant issues. I brought it in to have the problems diagnosed and eventually fixed. It was not a small repair since a few items needed to be replaced entirely. Rob did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of the process and he was very honest and upfront about any issues he found. I have peace of mind knowing I'm no longer leaving oil spotswherever I park. Rob also dealt with my warranty company throughout the entire repair (they will not do this for everyone, please double check with them about any warranties). I have had other cars in other shops before and it has NEVER been so smooth and easy to get something repaired/replaced as it was with these guys. I will be bringing my car back to them for every oil change, check engine light, tire replacement, everything for my vehicle here on out. Shoutout to Rob for being so attentive and informative and thank you East Coast Euro Werks for fixing my car!! #GiveRobARaise

This place felt good the minute I stepped foot in the door. Friendly greetings and the staff was knowledgable and professional. Sadly you don't get that in most places anymore Drew was so helpful explaining the details of my car. I actually got to see the under side of my car! These guys actually saved me $. East coast euro werks is wonderful! I took my car in with some oil issues and they were very knowledgeable, helpful, and explained everything in detail that needed to be done. If you have a European car, take it here! Everything was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Thank you guys! Highly recommend this place.

Rob the other guys took great care of my 2015 Passat TDI. It's hard to find actually good and honest mechanics nowadays, and for a fair price as well. Also love the fact that they bring you in next to your mechanic, while he's working, and always keep you up to date. Recommend!

I was in a panic the other day when I couldn't turn off my VW Golf but needed to go into a medical clinic. Long story short, the team at East Coast Euro Weeks came to my rescue even though they were totally booked up that day. I've used the services of Euro Weeks three times over the last two years and wouldn't go anywhere else. This business is the most superb auto repair and maintenance I have ever experienced. Cain, and the rest of the crew over at East Coast Eurowerks are awesome. They ve always taken solid care of my Golf R.I m probably forgetting something here, but I've had them do a multitude of services, including the timing belt, water pump, injectors, carbon cleaning, brake system flush/replacement, transmission oil flush and replacement, and multiple oil changes in the 18 months I've owned it. They ve also looked over any maintenance I ve done myself, to confirm everything is good to go. Plus they do an inspection every time my car is in to let me know if anything else needs attention, or might need attention in the future. They provide me with the list/summary after each service, which is nice to have of course.I wouldn't hesitate to reach out for your repair/maintenance needs. These guys are super honest, and very up front. I'll happily pay for their services, knowing my car is 100% good to go when I get it back. I ve tried just about every place in town with my German cars over the years, and East Coast Eurowerks is hands down the best Wilmington has to offer in my opinion.Just got back from WITW running the tail of the dragon. The car had no issues, and performed flawlessly since I had it serviced right before I left. I ll be back for an APR tune before too long.

Possibly the best all around vehicle service we ve ever had. Every person we dealt with was knowledgable and respectful. The cost was competitive, the facility was spotless and they followed thru every step of the way! Highly recommend this place for all your auto repair needs.

East Coast Euro Werks is the best! I'd made an appointment to have my car looked at before a big road trip, and then a hurricane came through closing the shop the day of my appointment. When they called to reschedule, the staff worked with me to get the car in on short notice so it could have a trip inspection before I left. Seriously appreciate how communicative and helpful the team here is. 10/10 recommend :)

This shop goes above and beyond regular customer service expectations! They treated my older BMW like a prize and kept me updated on any and all repair needs, differentially diagnosed my engine service light with accuracy, even sheltered the car while I was out of state and storms were imminent. Rob kept me current on exactly what was happening, and associated expenses to expect. Their Oleander location is easy to access, unlike other European repair facilities. I could not have asked for a better experience and will be a return customer.
