Enclosed trailer side entry door started dragging in the first week. By week 3 won t open anymore. Went from being told parts ordered be in 2days to now they won t return my phone call and everyone is always Busy or gone to lunch when I call. No service after the sale and they sell junk do your self a favor buy anywhere else!!

I implore all potential buyers to exercise caution when considering this dealership for your purchase.While the initial sale was smooth thanks to Julio's knowledge and ease of interaction, the experience unfortunately declines thereafter.My trailer, purchased a mere few months ago, has spent the majority of its life with the business, awaiting a hydraulic jack replacement for over four weeks.Despite this protracted issue, no interim solution, such as fitting a mechanical trailer jack to keep my operations running, was proposed. As a result, I've missed out on significant renovation projects and various smaller jobs.I, myself, had to put forth the suggestion that they accept my defective trailer in return for a new one. Their solution was far from satisfactory, however. They offered a measly $11K for my virtually new trailer, while proposing a lesser-featured trailer priced at $12K in return. It raises the question, why should I foot the bill to replace a faulty product, let alone continue to invest in a company with such an unsatisfactory approach to customer service?Regarding the trailer's quality, the factory-provided powder coating was significantly sub-par. On identifying this flaw, I immediately returned the trailer, only to be dismissed with an unprofessional criticism of 'American Steel' and an unhelpful endorsement of 'Chinese Steel.' Their solution to the shoddy paintwork? Handing me a can of spray paint, a farcical proposition given the circumstances.Additionally, my trailer came with factory damages, supposedly repaired prior to sale. Any attempt to address this issue was merely a futile exercise, met with zero substantial assistance.In essence, I paid $15K for a supposed top-tier BidTex dump trailer, but what I received was a poorly manufactured, overpriced product with abysmal after-sales support. A definite misrepresentation of value, it seems obvious that this company prioritizes profit-making at every opportunity over extending fair treatment to its customers.Unfortunately, this corporation exhibits zero flexibility or willingness to compromise. There is no understanding or empathy factoring into their business dealings. As a customer, it feels like you hold no importance or value to them.In contrast to their golden sales pitch, the reality of their service and product quality is remarkably tarnished. Do keep this in mind when considering your purchase.

Had some issues with side door hinges on my enclosed trailer that I bought from them. The owner stepped in and made some solid modifications and added an extra hinge under warranty. Works better now than it ever has. Service department got the trailer knocked out fast and me back on the job fast and couldn t be happier with the repair!!!

I recently bought a 40' gooseneck trailer from Castle Hayne's location and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. I recently started a Hot Shot company and didn't know much about trailers. Julio was the perfect salesman. He took the time to explain the product to me in detail and hooked the trailer up to my truck. John was amazing as well. He took the time to explain the maintenance I would need to keep up with. I will purchase all of my equipment from ECATs moving forward due to the experience I had here. I hope Julio and John get proper recognition for their fantastic customer service!!!! Thank you both

I have purchased a few trailers, and truck bed covers for our company. All the interactions have been very positive. Derek did a great job explaining the different options when purchasing the trailers, and John helped me with accessories being added to the trailers. The service department performed the work in a timely manner and it met all my expectations. They also helped me in a jam, when my boat trailer leaf springs broke with my boat on the trailer. John came to my rescue and helped me limp it back to their shop where they could fix both leaf springs. I highly recommend them for any of your trailer or truck accessories needs.

Worked with John this morning to get wheel bearings for my boat trailer. John is very helpful and knowledgeable. Entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. All in all great experience today! Go check out the store, they re loaded up with all sorts of RC cars.

Review of Service: Excellent and friendly!Was nearby and didn't realize how low my tires were with a heavy load. Pulled in and asked their mechanic and service manager if they could help me out. Jumped right to attention and were happy to help with a friendly approach!They have a top to bottom service center by the looks of it. Based on their customer service and care on the even the small tasks I'd recommend taking larger projects their way any day.

These guys are great. they are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and have a large inventory to choose from. They explained the features and pros and cons of the dump trailer brands I was looking at. It was a very smooth process once I chose the model I wanted. You should definitely give them a call for any of your trailer needs. And they are extremely nice and professional.

Had a broken axle on boat trailer on way to vacation. John the owner was only person that could help us. Other options quoted 4 weeks or more with double the price on the axle. One even suggested I buy a new trailer for over $3000. John only promised he could turn it around quickly if he got the parts. He did order my axle and turn it around in less than a day ensuring we could get home.My trailer is working great. He was only able to do one given second one never received, but he ensured we could get home.Some folks might be taken by the 3% credit card charge, but remember that is what CCs charge. Only difference is John gives us a choice for a lower cash price. Other business just raise their price and when you don't use CC they get the benefit.Plan to use East Coast for all my trailer needs in future.

My husband and I just bought a dump trailer here and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. If you buy with them make sure you check out their tire policy - best offer in town. Julio was our sales person and made the whole process very easy! Would highly recommend for locals and anyone out of town!

Great job East Coast Autos & Trailers. I purchased a 22 foot tip deck and the service on my truck to get it set up for the trailer was excellent. Julio was very thorough in going over the trailer and making sure my tires were torqued to proper specs. He really took the time to explain the braking system and all other aspects of my new trailer. Would do business with them again.

I purchased a E Revo 1/16 scale for my grandson in Texas. They were very helpful with the product even though I did not purchase from them. I also just recently purchased a 1/10 scale Traxxas and I could not be more happy with the product. The customer service was outstanding even when I had my grandson with me and he was all over the place with excitement from the models on the showroom floor. Thank you

My wife and I were traveling from out of town. We had a bearing go out on a vintage trailer which led to the entire drum/hub assembly going out and were having trouble finding parts on something over 40 years old. John was great. Awesome customer service. He got us what we needed to get home safely. We highly recommend them!

I have been looking for a utility trailer and luckily found East Coast Autos and Trailers. They were very helpful in keeping me informed on when they would receive more trailers. I can not say enough about Julio. Even though they were about to close Julio took the time to show me around,helped assemble the trailer, and answered all my questions. I would like to also thank John i believe was his name for also getting the trailer ready.Will definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a top rated trailer and staff.

Purchased a trailer from here about a month ago and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Julio is the man!! He works crazy hard every single day and still manages to make you feel like you are his only customer. From the very start I had great experience.I called to inquire about a trailer and spoke with the receptionist. I got a call back from Julio not even 5 minutes later. He answered all my questions I had and was extremely knowledgeable about his products. I decided to purchase the trailer sight unseen and drove down 5 days later.Once I arrived again Julio was the man. If he didn't have an answer for you about something, he wouldn't BS you, he would talk with John in the shop (who is also extremely knowledgeable) the two of them would figure it out. Julio was understanding of my needsfor the trailer and hooked me up good from the start. Did all the paperwork and got the business stuff taken care of. Had a great conversation with Julio during the process and he is a very honest , Christian man, which I respect fully.I needed a few things done to the trailer before taking it home. In fact it is still being taken care of. However again like I've already said. Yup Julio is the man!! He has kept me in the loop about the process the whole entire time. Again making you feel like a very important customer. He has even called me to keep me updated on the process after he has gotten off work.The one thing that I saw with the trailers were the prices were slightly higher than directly from big tex. That's not on Julio though. Saying that, they are not a big tex company so they do have to purchase them from big tex.They have an enormous selection of trailers with everything you would want and have orders coming in all the time. The experience I had with Julio made the price thing not a big deal because I know I was taken care of. I would highly recommend that if you need a trailer come here and purchase from Julio, you will not be disappointed. I plan on purchasing all my trailers from him in the future.Again Julio is the man. Great experience all the way around.Side note: as you can see I have only 4 reviews on Google. That is because I only give reviews to places that go above and beyond my expectations. Julio at East Coast Trailers definitely meets the standard of 5 stars.

This is hands down the best trailer place around!! There customer service is top notch, they are really knowledgeable and work really fast! I took my LQ horse trailer to them a few month ago to have a front axial put on and it was zero hassle and I was shocked by the price! I just took trailer in to have the AC unit replaced and they had it order and delivered the next day and put in! really happy with their services!

This is my third purchase from East Coast trailer. Each purchase has been easy to do business. Julio got me to go with a local bank that saved me a tone of money on interest. They had what I needed and got me in and out quick. They were also patient with me as I decided on the right trailer for what I was doing. Thanks again.
