Went to have an apple CarPlay module installed in my 2020 Pathfinder, they did great work, seamless integration. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Went here a couple of days back to get an Audio System installed , Unfortunately, couldn t install.And also I was told I would receive a call .No one call back. I was very prepared to have a system installed.. Note! try ultimate sounds orleander Drive they re the best and better quality radios. Other than the ones I was showed which is dated the team at ultimate sound put together a fabulous system. However I had to wait a day or two for the product to come in everything came together fashionably, I can t thank you enough for following through . Not to mention the people at ultimate sounds took the time to understand what type of system and quality I wanted by the way money wasn t a problem. I was kind of looking for the owner of this place so I could relate back to him or manager that advertises their quality of work. Best wishes again people try ultimate sounds Oh and Drive the best ever.

I'm extremely pleased with both the workmanship and professionalism I experienced here.I had three things done to my vehicle; installation of front/rear cameras, a remote starter that was better than my factory remote start, and running boards. I can't express my happiness enough with DES, from clean installs right down to excellent communication, with everything done in the timeframe they said it would be done. Can't ask for more than that.

I had the Katzkin leather and heated seats installed in my new 2024 Toyota Tundra in January. From scheduling to completion, my experience at DES exceeded all expectations. The Katzkin looks and feels much better than the factory leather.Thanks DES!!

I brought my F-150 in catskins leather to be installed in my crew cab and front seats also to have remote start installed. Everyone at DES was extremely professional knowledgeable and everything looks and what works perfectly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for leather installed or remote start. Kristen Bouldin and Connor Kilgore where the individuals that helped me through the process. I highly recommend them both.

DES is professional, communicative, and really goes the extra mile for their customers! I had cooled seats put into my 4Runner, and not only is the installation and product quality, but the entire experience was truly enjoyable. Family owned business with high end service output. DES installed leather heated/cooled front seats as well as matching rear leather seats in my Jeep Wrangler. The installation was professionally completed and the final product looks like new factory seats. I have used the newly installed seats for two years now and they still operate well and look fantastic. I would highly recommend Branden and his team!

Dateline Oct 24...Today I went to DES for a quote to install Katskin leather seats in my 2020 Toyota Rav4. The leather was ordered that day and installed on Thursday (10/27) ...I was very impressed with the help I received in sourcing the right Katskin product to match the factory white trim stitching. The installation came out perfect and really upgrades my Rav4 to a luxury level. Very much worth the investment.

I have never had more effective and efficient service in my life for a car. And what I was getting done (seat heaters added) was not small. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Complete Dental reached out to Branden with DES Wilmington when COVID-19 broke out to enquirer about face shields for our clinical employees which were fabricated and donated by his team. As a small business and resources limited due to high demand, it has been nothing short of a blessing to allow us to continue to provide necessary dental treatment while keeping our staff and patients safe and healthy. Branden and his teams thoughtfulness in a time like this shouldn t go unnoticed as they donated countless face shields to other small business in the area, along with NHRMC. Thanks again SO MUCH DES of Wilmington!!

Jessica & Josh- do an outstanding job representing DES! The level of customer service is second to none. The technical detail of sales, service & installation is superior. I have spent thousands restoring a Tahoe & upgrading the stereo, speakers, interior & exterior LED lighting. Logistics & back orders have been an issue over the past two years with DES working hard to expedite selection, top cabin quality products the market has to offer & shipping. When issues do arise they work tirelessly to satisfy you the customer. I live out of state with my choice of DES initially based on recommendations & the quality of the products offered & knowledge of the staff. DES has my business with total confidence in the staff & their expertise.

Called week prior for appt about my speakers on my bike. Found out I had blown all 4 and that is where my sound had sent down hill. Replaced with 4 6.5 cicadas, had never sounded better. Highly recommend this crew. Wish I knew about them prior to investing in Rockford Fosgate. Well done folks

The team at DES stayed late on a Friday night to finish my Katzskins seat with the massaging option. They even moved my original front heated seats to the back. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

DES of Wilmington replaced the headliner in my Jetta, VW. I am extremely pleased with the outstanding quality of work. The service was stellar. DES owner Branden and associate Justice were communicative throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any custom after market automotive projects.

100% best quality and customer service around! I got my sound system redone in my truck at DES recently and honestly could not be happier with how it turned out. Brandon and his team did all they could to make sure I left satisfied with not only the sound system, but the overall experience of deciding what would be the best fit for me. I will definitely go to DES again with future vehicles. 10/10 I fully recommend!

These guys helped me without hesitation. I was on vacation with a broken remote for my security alarm. My truck kept thinking I was stealing it which causes the alarm to activate. By the way . I didn t originally buy my alarm from them. I can t praise these guys enough. I m willing to drive back to this company to have them install my audio system for my Harley.

DES went above and beyond my expectations from the 1st phone call ,picking leather seat designs and seeing Finished Product !This whole Team's Vibe Rocks, Arica, Justine and The Boyz are fabulous ...A smooth professional transaction and my sexy seats were both a Fast installation and Affordable too!I love them !!!Recommend them to any looking for the best ;)

I originally started this process of looking for someone to help me replace my radio in my Subaru for a unit integrated with CarPlay. DES was just a tad pricier than other quotes I received but I am beyond happy I went with them. I know it was a simple changeout compared to all the other amazing work they do, but I appreciate so much the patience they had explaining everything to me along the way! They also stand behind their work and every single employee I spoke with was honest and knowledgeable. I can t recommend them enough! If I ever need any work done in the future I will be going to them (:

Wow, they were great! I went on a Monday and set up an appointment for the following Friday and was out of the door in about 2.5 hours. DES installed an in-car dashcam with a cabin monitoring system.

Walked in to get an installation quote from DES. They were attentive and quick, made sure I had the correct hardware and gave me a fair quote and got me scheduled quickly and easily. Highly recommend stopping and saying Hello to Kristen and seeing what She and DES can do for you!!

Cristan was great. Very friendly and helpful. Called on a Thursday, had material on a Monday and seats were replaced same day within a few hours. Very satisfied with the overall experience and would use again.

I had a Sony touch screen and Kicker speakers installed at a shop we won't name. They butchered the installation job. I was referred to DES by a friend who does custom upholstery, I brought my Jeep in and in less than an hour the technician was able to diagnose the problem. I may hold off on the actual repair because I became very interested in some of the touch screen, amplifiers, and subwoofers they had in their beautiful showroom! I am definitely interested in an entire new system. The salesman at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be back sooner than later. They do fine leather work, ATV, remote starters and boat lighting and accessories. Pretty much everything you can think of, they cover.I would love to thank Kristin and the whole staff for the help!! Be back soon!!!

Extremely helpful, re-wired the previous owner of the truck wiring job. Corrected and wired directly into my fog lights, also cleaned up some wiring mistakes. Very good customer service, will return with any and all accessories that need to be wired. Very professional.

People were were nice, the equipment was good but pricey. The installation was Mickey Mouse s at best. Don t want their techs working on my vehicle. Going to a different business to repair or replace. Just writing of to experience.
