I m totally amazed by the service I received there. I m used to having some places try to take advantage of me because I m a female but not this place. I know who s going to be taking care of my truck in the future. I highly recommend you trying this business to everyone.

As a female, I cannot begin to express how refreshing it is to find a shop that is honest, fair, thorough and does not upsell. I have taken my 4-runner to Derhams, as well as both my sons vehicles (Tundra and Tahoe), for alignment, tires, balance, suspension, etc. I am 100% comfortable in sending my teenage sons there without me. The staff is very friendly and professional. The shop and waiting area are pristine.

I found Derham Alignment through a friend of mine that owns a business here in Wilmington these guys are professional . I bought tires at a box store( that want happen again).They rebalance my tires and alignment what a different that made and I ll keep coming back. Thank you to the men and Women that work there. I typically do my own repairs and maintenance on my vehicles. These guys run a very organized shop and as of yesterday are still on top of everything! Communication! Friendliness! Technical Skills! Etc.

I have been for NC inspections several times with several vehicles. Our vehicles are still under warranty or we will go for other things as well. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The shop and waiting area are very clean. I also like hanging out with the shop puppy while waiting!

Good place and the workers are really nice especially the bald one who's name started with S, but I don't remember his name. Also I love the dog!

My first time at this shop after reading their reviews. These guys worked on my '74 Eldorado. Joel helped me track down some old parts and helped me make a long trip to Toronto successfully, when I was under a major time crunch. They felt the car would make it to Canada successfully, and it did. New shocks, wheel hub, wheel bearings and knuckle installed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. They didnt try and upsell me anything that I didnt need. Labor seemed fair and honest. Thanks guys!

They looked at everything I asked them to (suspension and power steering specifically). Just about everything was fairly priced for the amount of work necessary. They communicated with me all of their findings and repairs and did very quick work as well. My car handles like its brand new again, even though its an 08 model.

I took a new heavy duty truck in for an alignment check and balance on new tires and wheels. The dealership that sold me the vehicle couldn t seem to get it quite right. In just under an hours time Derham s had me back on the road and aligned and balanced perfectly. A+ service and staff. I will return for all other service work from now on. Thanks again.

Both my wife and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Derhams as our go to car maintenance and repair facility in the Wilmington area. Their attention to detail , honesty ,friendly /professional attitude and obvious expertise are ALL attributes which we All are finding rarer with each passing day!!

Derham s did a wonderful job for me again . I have a lifted truck, took it to a unnamed customs shop in the cape fear area to adjust my coil overs and replace ball joints, long story short they totally botched the job, suspension parts were rubbing the frame, it was not good. They told me it was the best they could do. Drove it straight to Derham s and they fixed the problem. They actually understand the geometry that goes into a front suspension.

From start to finish, Joel and crew took really good care of my baby while presenting a demeanor that made me feel confident in them. and under a time crunch. I spoke with a very kind woman on the phone and they took my sick baby in, diagnosed her, and had her ready to go swiftly. These guys are chill, and know what they're doing. Even the cynic in me highly recommends.Nice dog too

I have a 1999 Toyota Camry with 263,000 miles on it. Because of a variety of personal issues I have not been maintaining the car properly. The car failed inspection. I needed some tie rods between the steering gear and the wheels. I called around and Derham had the best google rating and was priced in the middle of the pack. The shop was clean and busy. The staff was very professional and the repair came in under the estimate. They kept me informed at all times and I felt that I was part of the process.They inspected the car for me and I was able to renew my registration the same day.

Solid spot. Price came in $100 below the quote on brakes and rotors. So they were $175 less than having them replaced at dealership. On top of that, super sweet dog hangs around waiting room, and people are great. I have been going to Derhams for at least a couple years now for most of my automotive service. Joel is exceptionally helpful and always explains what work is being done and why. The prices are fair and what you would expect. I trust them for large and small amounts of work. Definitely recommend.

I have used Derhams for all my auto needs for my wife s car, my children s cars, and my own. They have had my trust since i first took my car to them. I was quoted by one of their competitors that I needed all for rotors and brake pads changed and quoted a price over $1600. I went to Derhams, they told me that I only needed the back brakes done at that time (my front brakes lasted for almost 2 more years)and gave me a very fair price. A company and people that are honest and as good as their word are in short supply these days. I won t trust anyone but the great staff their for all my auto needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

I m so glad I found Derham's Alignment & Auto Repair! When it comes to getting my car worked on, I never have a good experience. I always feel like I m being taken advantage of. Not with these guys! After researching and reading reviews for a few days, I decided on Derham s and let me tell you, these guys came through! They replaced my Jeep s brake pads and rotors, along with a brake flush and serpentine belt replacement. I was very impressed with the customer service, honesty, and ability to get the work done in a time manner. Joel was awesome throughout the entire process! He kept me updated, answered all of my questions/concerns and explained everything in detail. Their prices beat anyone s in town. New to NC (week 2) and week one of my new job, my battery died and wouldn't hold a charge...of course I don't just have a normal battery you can access through the hood, it's behind the tire wheel well. I called them today at 8:04AM and they were able to work my vehicle in and I was to work on time. They saved the day!!! I cannot thank them enough. All future service on my vehicle will be with them.

I am grateful for the auto service provided by Derhams. Mark and Joel, as well as the rest of their staff, are always polite and respectful and "know their stuff" about my car. They always respond quickly when I call with any concern. I trust that they give me the best price they can. Their expertise and follow up work are always "5 star" rating. I recommend them for regular maintenance service, as well as repair.

Had a great experience with an alignment on my 65 Dodge Dart that had aftermarket components.Then went back and had my Vintage Air system charged, again great work.Friendly staff, owner. Highly recommend!!
