I even accessorized Thank you guys again )As military traveling from oversees, I came home to find a reliable vehicle and what I found was far beyond my imagination. Gary, Brody, and Ethan helped me find a perfect and reliable car that suited my style and needs. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The manager Gary Smith has no people skills and is extremely condescending. I would be embarrassed if he worked for me. During negotiations, he was very rude and acted like he did not want to sell us the car, he continued to roll his eyes and walk away from us and the salesman like a child. I purchased a vehicle and 4 months & about 3000 miles later got my first oil change. The inspection came back with problems totaling more than $2000 that all should ve been present at the time of purchase. I called and explained the situation to the manager Gary Smith. He was extremely rude and laughed at me over the phone. He didn t express sympathy or understanding of this situation whatsoever, even if he wasn t willing to fix the issue. This is my worst experience at a car dealership in my life. Buyer beware.

This place takes advantage of delivery drivers and never tips a dime, we deliver large Sam s club orders to businesses, we get paid mostly in tips for the service provided.Everyone tips except this delership wich says a lot. Most drivers do this for extra income and if you don t tip your stealing our time and our gas when we could be delivering to somone else who actually appreciates our time. If your unhappy with a service that s ok stop using it every week and pay somone to go shop for your drinks and snacks..

Me and my husband worked with Josh buying our car and our experience was outstanding. The trade in process was super easy, and we left with a great deal on our vehicle. He laid everything out for us really simply and was always professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience here. I purchased a brand new QX60 last year and recently brought it in to be looked at as the driver's side window is not sealing shut. It sounds like the window open all the time, and it gets worse the faster you go. I brought the vehicle in two times, the first time I was told it was a "characteristic" of the car and nothing could be done. The service advisor who rode with me confirmed he heard the noise also. They said that since they drove another vehicle from the lot and it did the same thing there was nothing to be done. I brought it in again a second time a couple weeks ago after speaking with the General Manager who assured me that they would work with Infiniti to correct the issue. They had my car for several days, gave it back and said nothing further could be done. The noise is now even louder. After paying the amount of money that I did, I would expect better than this. I will not be returning nor purchasing another Infiniti. It is a shame because, other than this small issue, I love everything else about the car.

Great experience. Drove from Greenville and dropped off while I had a few appointments. Friendly, communicative and helpful. Had to get maintenance done on q50. Called me with updates and questions and walked through everything at the end. Great waiting area as well. Washed car after they were done. Very happy and will go again.

In the past I would rather have taken a beating than have to deal with a car dealer purchasing a vehicle. I've felt that I've needed a shower after leaving some dealerships.Not at Infniti of Wilmington.GARY TUCKER especially along with his colleagues at Crossroads made the transaction actually enjoyable.From start to finish there was no overbearing push to purchase I'd become so accustomed to. Gary was very knowledgeable and took me from point A to point B in a straight line and timely manner.I was satisfied with the final numbers and the ease with which we reached agreement.Highly recommend Crossroads for a good experience and an excellent automobile.

I believe visiting Infiniti of Wilmington was one of the worse financial and personal decisions I ve ever made. Gary Tucker, Sales, repeatedly manipulated me, lied to me and their team ultimately violated multiple state and federal laws in the process of my visit. I did not deserve to be treated like some object or piece of trash just because I didn t agree to a sale that clearly didn t have my best interest and ultimately lacked ethics in the manner in which you pursued my business. I was professional, patient, yet naive for believing the lies that Gary Tucker told me regarding the Infiniti loan application process. Every attempt to leave to get better options and to gather my thoughts was met with another lie, not a sales tactics, but bold face lies to get me to stay and enter into what would have been a fr-udulent sales agreement. If this is the only way you can sell cars, by lying and gaslighting black female customers then you are in the wrong business. Yes, they start off great, but immediately turn sour and green with greed.

What a wonderful experience! My husband & I drove from Ocean Isle Beach to look for a larger car since we are looking to travel more. I am not a fan of typical car dealerships but Crossroads INFINITI has changed my mind! Danny Draper was our salesman and he was great! His professionalism, knowledge and the time he took to answer all of our questions was very refreshing. We also worked with Brody Lancaster on the financing and he did an excellent job! They both were very personable & extremely helpful thru the entire process! It was exactly a week ago since we purchased a QX60 & we are so pleased with our purchase! We appreciate all that Crossroads INFINITI of Wilmington did to take care of us!All The Best!

Love this dealership. It is clean, well run, and efficient, but the reason I gave it 5 stars is for the service!! Charles and Copeland (Service Dept) in particular are terrific. They can be expensive like all dealerships, but the service helps me feel better about the expense

Just moved from NJ and had to find a dealer near my new home in sc. Crossroads Infiniti was the closest. So, I traveled to get service and it was the best experience and was well worth the traveled time spent. Dylan was great and I look forward to my next visit. Incredible service from these folks! Went to them to have a third opinion on my 6 year old Nissan, that I was beyond ready to throw away. They were able to offer me a great deal to buy my car from me and get me into a newer Infiniti within my budget. Gary Smith treated me with so much respect and understanding. Brody Lancaster is phenomenal and has been there for me throughout the transition; He went above and beyond any expectations. I couldn't be happier to have made the choice to go with these guys. Very Happy with Wilmington's Newest Car Dealership. I took my QX 70 into the service department and was greeted by 2 very Nice and Knowledgeable Service Writers. Charlie was such a great help in fixing the issues my car was having and was concerned with the safety issues I was having and fixed them at a very cost efficient price. Thank You Charlie.

Just bought the a new 2022 Q60 from them, great deal on trade, car had 80k miles and they still have us over fair market value for trade. Great warranty and gap included and the environment is one of a true luxury car dealership. Will definitely bring our business here again in the future.

I recently purchased a used Infiniti from a private party and wanted the dealer to correct a few small issues. Mr Charles was pleasant from start to finish and was excellent at communicating what was going on. Crossroads should feel privileged to have such a great employee.

Crossroads Infiniti will have my business for life. They really helped me out when my car broke down on our beach vacation. The service manager stayed late to get me checked in. They stayed in constant contact with me with updates. Dylan Smith was able to get my car repaired under warranty. It is up and running like new. The facility is beautiful and clean. The service department is professional, prompt, and polite. My QX50 is my most favorite car and I will buy my next Infiniti from this dealership.

I took my G37 in because I had some concerns with the 1st to 2nd upshift. My car only has 44k miles on it and had the transmission fluid maintenance performed at 36k with Nissan Matic-S. (It had the service done at the dealer as part of the Certified Pre-Owned package before I bought it at 24k, but I m a preventative maintenance stickler) There shouldn t be any reason for a hard shift and I had several over the past couple months.The service advisor Charles was very helpful and understanding and made sure my car was taken care of. At the time of appt he did a walk around video of my car to ensure it was given back in the same condition. Of course the car didn t shift bad during the test drive (as is usual for a random, periodic fluke) but the service manager suggested the idle air volume relearn be performed to solve the drivability issue I was having.It s like a brand new car! Drives completely different and it feels more responsive to my driving style and like it s in sync with what my gas pedal pressure is demanding from the transmission. I m very happy with my experience there and the Infiniti specific knowledge they have. I m very choosy when it comes to who works on my car (besides me) and I won t hesitate to be comfortable taking it here for routine maintenance or any other repair needs I have! Thanks guys!!

My husband and I are from NY and in Wilmington on vacation. Unfortunately our battery died in our QX60 on our first day here and we are so lucky we found this dealership! My son was stranded in Wilmington with transmission problems. Infiniti was nice enough to diagnose the problem and suggest he drive it back to Raleigh, since it would take several days to repair. They even washed his car! No charge. Thank you!
