I recently had a flat tire that a local car dealer (where I bought the car) told me was not repairable and offered to sell me a tire for 30% more than the price I found at Costco and another tire dealer. I took the tire to Costco, which was open later than the other tire dealer. James was so good to deal with - polite, helpful, honest, and he went above and beyond. He found that the tire was indeed repairable and found a way to work the repair into the existing workload on a cold and busy night. Total charge $11.76. He also checked my spare and added air to it, as it was low. I saw him check each of the four tire's lug nuts for proper tightness, as well. My trust factor in Costco to provide excellent and honest service and price was strongly reinforced! James' politeness and work ethic were a breath of fresh air for me!

I love Cotsco. While I am a fan of their great prices on tires and the lady that works at the front desk of the tire center (she is always nice, straight forward and helpful) I am not a fan of the tire services. I've been there twice, once to install my tires and the other to repair a flat and both times it has taken almost one and half hours over the scheduled repair time estimate because each time they have broken a tire pressure sensor. I have run flat tires so I understand they are more difficult to install but I would have expected someone who does tires all day to be able to work on my car without breaking something. I got my tire repaired almost three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my sensor so it can be replaced by them.

Great Experience..Jon took ALL the Time we needed explaining All of the different tire options for our vehicle. He explained the Important Safety Features of each tire option. We went with the Michelin Cross Comfort 2....WOW....Rides Quiet & will ne perfect on wet slippery roads. Installation went Great & right on time...So Happy we went to Costco for our tires!!!

Fantastic service! The prices are the lowest I ve seen anywhere and the speed at which they changed four tires was very much appreciated because it gave more time in the day to do other errands. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tire replaced.

Just had my tires replaced by a great technician Saed. He noticed my tires were cupping, a term I never heard before, that meant my suspension is need of servicing. He saved me going through my new tires and voiding their warranty. He even grabbed the tire to show me uneven wear. Great guy that even remembered my girlfriend mentioning a smoked ham she had going when she ordered the tires. Best service I've ever had.

Came when they were closing, literally 2 minutes from closing and Ethan ,Ryan and Joe was such a great help I was driving on my donut and they still took me in and replaced my tire when they were closing the last gate service was quick and great , eternally grateful for these guys

Jason was very knowledgeable in the tire selection perfect for my vehicle. He explained each tire option on a level I could relate to. I got the perfect tires. Sticky in the rain, takes curves nicely, and road noise is minimal, which makes long trips bearable. Oh and not to mention the awesome 4 tire sale deal I got. Saved $150. :) Thanks buddy!

I bought name-brand tires to replace the last ones I bought at Costco. The price I paid was adjusted downward for the wear on the previous set. I made an appointment to have them installed, scheduled for about a week after I bought them. Costco installed the new tires while my sweetie and I went to lunch. We couldn't be happier with the service.

Do not hesitate to use these guys. If you find a place that's slightly less expensive, go with Costco. Their service is amazing and you get free nitrogen, which is very nice in the winter for a more reliable tire pressure. Use the the tire appointment website to minimize wait time.

My girlfriend went to get a nail hole patched in a 3 month old tire. The nail was in the middle of the tread. They said she had to get a new tire because the tread was too worn down. The tire pressure light came on the previous day and she drove aproximately 2 miles after that. She was upsold a $120 tire on her prius. They get 2 stars because they were nice enough...
