It was my first visit after purchasing my car. I was given a designated time and directed to place my car to be serviced. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism . I was informed of the updated safety mechanism, allotted time to install. The waiting area was equipped with comfortable seating . Coffee & snacks and wifi also to meet your needs. Also someone came by to personally address us. My car was serviced at a shorter amount of time. I've worked in retail & customer service. I give them high marks on both. If you want a car that meets your needs,also service you with high caliber of service consider Kia, do your homework

Just bought my 3rd Kia (2023 Forte GT-Line) from Coastal Kia. Once again, Kelvin Swinson did a bang up job. I told him what me and my family were looking for, and that's what he showed us. No pressure, no trying to upsell us. He showed us the different options in what we wanted and let us make our own decision. I appreciate that more than you can imagine. Everyone there from sales to service to finance does a really great job. I'll never go elsewhere again. Hitting the gong was pretty cool too.

We just bought my wife s dream car, a Telluride from Coastal Kia. I work for a major airline and have the ability to fly anywhere in the US to find a good deal at a dealership, but I choose to buy from Coastal Kia! We have purchased 3 cars from them in the past 6 years.Everyone at the dealership has amazing attitudes and pays close attention to the buyer s desire. The customer service is exceptional and you will be well educated on the vehicle you are purchasing.Our last vehicle was a Sorrento, which we just traded for a Telluride. I cannot say enough positive things about the Sorrento, it is a solid car but most importantly it is a safe car! We knew when our teenagers were driving it they were in good hands. The Telluride only goes up from there! During this latest purchase we had the pleasure of working with Kendrick and Bryce. They not only made the sale seamless, but more importantly educated us on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. Go see Bryce if you need a car. He ll set you up!During our time at the dealership, we observed everyone working was very friendly and professional. Pat Koballa, the owner, was present on the floor and approachable. From the top down, everyone was focused on the customer. This dealership truly cares about their customer s experience and it truly shows. You can buy with confidence at Coastal Kia. After buying 3 cars from this dealership, I can say without hesitation the level of trust, professionalism, educated salesmen, and value is unmatched. I don t normally write reviews, but this is one I can honestly stand behind 100%

My first time utilizing Coastal Kia service department was for an oil change. It was extremely fast and efficient, they checked to make sure everything else was running smoothly, and even gave my girl a bath to boot. The service was top tier and I received updates along the way via text and a call when they were finished. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. Thank you Coastal Kia!

Absolutely great experience, took care of what I needed done and worked in a pm service last minute that I asked to have done, although I didn't not buy my Stinger from this dealership, this dealership will be my home for services through out my ownership of this car. They sold me a 2023 Kia Sportage. My beach ride. They offer excellent friendly customer service and the whole process was super fast and very easy. See Ever Quezada for the best sales service around. I Have not had my first service yet but I m sure it will be just as smooth as the purchase.

They were quick to get me in. They appeared to be honest about what repairs/replacements needed to be completed. They were very friendly and professional. They even washed the exterior of my vehicle! Most places have stopped doing this complimentary service. I am currently under a "Westgate For Life" plan with my current vehicle and and contemplating the pros/cons of leaving that plan to go with Coastal KIA!Service: Wheel alignment

I worked with Jan and he was extremely personable and considerate to my requests. He knew I had a budget and went above and beyond to meet that budget. He even found a place for me to get the best price for my trade-in and set it up so that it was extremely easy and seamless for me. He even picked me up at the trade-in place and brought me back to Kia. When I texted or called he was extremely prompt with his responses and took care of me and my family. I would highly recommend Jan and Coastal to anyone.

Took my car in for 3 month warranty check up, tire rotation and oil change. I requested to check water in light and dimming of passenger side light. Also asked to check sound on driver side of car.The staff was very professional and helpful. Was happy with work done and the detailing. Was referred to sales department regarding the headlight issue. They Could not find issue with sound on driver side though still there.Thank you again I ll be back!Services: Tire rotations, Auto detailing, Oil change

We had the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. The service manager, John Wiggers, was superior in every aspect of our visit. He keeps a great staff. Not only are they proficient and quick, but also personable and generous. We would score more than 5 stars as our experience was so positive!

Always had good service here until last month when my door handle broke and I couldn't open the door even when it was unlocked. Took the car in- left it there all day. Had to order the parts. OK, fine. Then I took it for another whole day- they said the door was fixed. Went straight to dinner, when I came out, again the door wouldn't open. Took it straight back to Kia just before closing time. The guy said "it will open if you pull the handle TWICE" . Well I didn't want to have to pull the handle twice, I wanted it fixed right, so I had to leave it there another day! It shouldn't take that long to fix a door right. What really got me as they didn't seem to care that I had to bring it back, no apology, nothing to show customer service was a priority. 2 weeks later the AC was on the fritz. Left the car there another day. So far it seems ok, but will see how long that lasts. My Kia Sportage 2017 has been a good car for the last 5 years. Hoping it doesn't start needing service all the time now that the issues have begun.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Sam and his group went above and beyond! I had an unexpected damaged tire and not only did they work me in the same morning to replace it but tried to get me out in time to get my son from school. Unfortunately when I left the dealership my back window was struck by a rock. I went back and they were kind enough to crash wrap it for me to get me home safely. As always very happy with my experience with the service I received. Five Stars! Sam is the man but during Sam s absence recently Bob was great too. Also Kelly took me to work and picked me up! Great guy as well! I love my car and if ever I trade it will only be a Kia. Yes I consider it the best car on the road but truly it s all the above. In a word Family . We purchased a car from Steve and he was wonderful to work with. We changed our minds at the last minute and went with a different model car and he just went with the flow. I can't tell you how patient and kind he was with us. He was not the high pressure kind of guy, and this is what we needed. He asked me what we wanted and tried very hard to make that happen. Thank you to Coastal Kia for being that for us.

Ridiculous how many times I have had to get my Kia serviced here without competent staff to actually fix the issues, not to mention the disrespect I have had to deal with. Never buying a Kia again! That being said, the manager tried to rectify my specific situation.

Was greeted at door and ushered into clean , new facility to check in desk. Shown waiting room , restroom, offered coffee ,water ,muffin. Very warm hospitality and professionalism. We were extremely pleased with the service that Kia provided on our Kia Optima recently. After purchasing the car only a month before from another dealership, our car broke down and we were worried that Kia would not be able to help us with the situation. Not only did Kia make it right but they did so with a friendly and professional attitude whereas other dealerships would have only made it an agonizing experience for us. My wife and I have been taking our car to Coastal Kia for years and appreciate the care the maintenance department gave our car.I worked with Sam this time and as usual he was polite, prompt, informative and respectful. Because of Sam (and others) I've not ever been concerned for my wife to take our car on long road trips alone. A couple of weeks ago there was a death in the family in New York and my wife had to drop everything ...our car made the trip with no problems. I took my vehicle for first maintenance appointment and check up on a factory recall. Great customer service and timing. The craziest of coincidences happened, another of their customers with the same exact first and last name got mixed up in my profile. Bob from maintenance got it figured it out and resolved. The staff here are always so courteous and helpful. I had a problem with the entertainment screen in my brand new car. The team provided concierge service (pickup and drop off of vehicle at my house) to assess the issue and then again when the part came in to replace the screen, at no cost to me. I have a warranty, but the level of service goes above and beyond here. I have recommended this dealership to my friend who is in the market for a new car.Service: Electrical repair

We have had nothing but negative experiences with this dealership from purchase until now. Car broke down 12/21. Stayed in the shop until mid January, when we got it back. Same day it broke down again. Engine was replaced. Around 6 months later it broke down once again. Check Engine light constantly on and off even after work is completed. I would never recommend buying a car from here.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We decided to buy a new car when the needed repair on our current vehicle was too expensive. Gary in the service department gave Ever our salesperson our particulars on what we were looking for and our price point.Ever had three cars to show us when we arrived!Ever is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. We looked at the 3 cars and decided which one we wanted.Ever and the finance guy GQ, got us a great deal, and we did all of the paperwork. We could not be happier with our new car and the way everything was handled. See Ever for all of your new car needs!Last but not least, the Finance Director, Michael Mascavage, was completely organized and had our paperwork ready and explained everything in a very timely manner. At first, we did not get the GAP Insurance. Michael went above and beyond to get that included after our paperwork had been completed. I made an appointment for 1pm and was promised I would only be there for 1 hour. I arrived 15 to 20 minutes early. I sat there waiting for 3.5 hours. Now. I understand things happen...people and businesses back up. This was the SECOND time it's happened. Both times at least 3 hours for an oil change. Almost like MY TIME isn't important. I would also like to add that I bought my car from them 1 year ago in February, and they are STILL calling me to ask if I'm still interested in buying a car from them. I'll be going elsewhere to get my car serviced.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Overall, I ve always had a good experience with Coastal Kia during my visits. The waiting room is nice & having the courtesy shuttle is a big plus. However, I recently learned that I could expect ( with 116,000 miles) my car to use 1 quart of oil per 1,000 miles. I was not thrilled to hear that. Had appointment for 4 PM. There were quite a few cars in the queue as you might imagine with their star rating and reputation and the latest of the day. Went inside and looked for name of Service Consultant on the appointment. He was not there but another consultant could see I was looking for someone and asked if he could help me. I told him who I was waiting for and he told me that he would be right back. Gary Nelson came back almost immediately and we discussed the service I wanted and he asked if I wanted a complementary wash also. He told me my car would be ready about 5:30 and directed me to the waiting area and restrooms. While I was waiting in the lounge, a very nice lady asked if anyone here wanted a drink or treat. I declined but appreciated the offer. Gary Nelson, the consultant, came back twice while I was there. The first time to explain what other items could be taken care of that were not quite due and the cost. I decided to wait until the next recommended service time. He thanked me and came back shortly after to tell me the car was ready. He was very pleasant and I enjoyed meeting him and his professional service. Coastal Kia should be very proud of their professional service staff and amenities.Service: Auto maintenance
