definitely recommend!! first time getting my windows tinted and headlights restored and so far i love the results! plus it didn t seem to take very long either, maybe about 1.5 hours which considering i have a four door car and both headlights done, isn t a bad timeframe i d say. also loved that they had wifi lol

This is the 3rd car we have brought in for a window tint and they always do amazing!got me in this morning and had my car done way before the time they said it would be ready! Employees are super friendly and always great service!

We have had 3 vehicles done by Coastal and they do great work. There was a small scratch in the driver side glass on the most recent tint job and they got me in the next day to correct the issue.

We have had our last 6 vehicles done here and absolutely love this place. They are quite literally the BEST of the BEST! So much so, that we have since moved the California and I had a vehicle done in Stratos tint (and paid twice the price) in Cali from another business out there. This other business had to redo it 3 times because it kept peeling off the windows. We took it to another place to have it redone, it did the same thing. I gave up. My husband and I just drove from California to North Carolina to pick up our new Bronco Raptor from Capital Ford. We had both our new vehicle and the truck done here because we know that Coastal would knock it out of the park! They took care of the Bronco Raptor before we arrived and it looks absolutely amazing! And when we arrived, they did the Ram 3500. Coastal is seriously absolutely the best in the industry. Don t even question it, get your vehicles done here! You will not regret it!! THEY ARE THE BEST, HANDS DOWN!!

Honest review:Costumer service is excellent, I was treated with respect and very attentive towards my needs.Tinted glass had to be corrected twice before getting it 95% correct.My biggest issue is that they will not be responsible for any damage done to your doors or seats due to the products they use to stick the film to your windows (they won't even protect the door panels or do a proper cleaning after installation) (read the small print in the contract you are signing).On the pictures attached you can see where the over spray of their product runs down and dried, this will not come out and stained the plastic.I don't know if they are actually taking care of luxury cars better than the others but If you are like me, and like to baby your vehicle, I will probably avoid them. I'm for sure not taking my other vehicles there.The only reasons they got a 3 stars from me and not lower are thanks to the excellent costumer service and the film actually works.

Anytime I purchase a new (to me) vehicle, first on the list of upgrades is window tint. Yesterday was my third visit to Coastal. They never disappoint me! The staff is very knowledgeable, and always explain my options and help me stay within my budget. I am very happy about the new detailing services they offer. I purchased my "new" vehicle as a salvage because of flood damage. I thought there was no hope for the paint. It was a matte finish. I asked for a wax, thinking it may make it shiny again. Instead of completing the wax I requested and charging me, they explained that it wouldn't work. Many places would have completed my request, charged me and then said..sorry, it didn't work.. Instead they explained the process of paint correction. My little car looks brand new! I wish I had a before picture so I could show the difference. (The interior was also vacuumed and all surfaces cleaned when I picked up!)

We had Coastal Glass Tinting put some film on our Kia Sportage's very large panoramic sunroof. This was mostly for heat blocking and UV protection (NC summertime sun is brutal). While the Kia was already at their shop, we went ahead an had them add some lightly tinted film to the two front windows so they were closer to the factory tinting in the back. This is the second vehicle that Coastal has done for us and we are already looking at the calendar to see when we can take my wife's car over. Also, I plan on adding the clear Llumar AIR film to my windshield as this film's heat blocking potential is straight awesome (as displayed with a heat lamp at their office or at Cruisers Car Wash).June 2022 Update: Coastal Glass Tinting did such a fantastic job with our Kia, we immediately went back to them after we traded our Sportage for a Hyundai Santa Cruz. Not only does it look fantastic, after the install, but it really does dramatically reduce the effect of that NC summer time sun.

They ve tinted windows on two of my vehicles. I like the various tint options and price points they offer. They were able to schedule my vehicles within a few days of my calling them. Both vehicles were finished within the time frame they promised. The tint is good quality, even though I opted for the cheapest option. I highly recommend them!

Great service! They answered all of my questions over the phone and more in person. Their staff was professional from beginning to end. We ve taken 2 vehicles here and they did a superb job each time. Just know that like with other service industries these days, you ll have the option to tip the installers. That caught be off guard the first time. The folks in the workshop really to appreciate the tips of customers are inclined to add it. In our case, I took time to chat with the installers a bit and realized how skilled they really are otherwise I would have tired doing it myself. Pay the pros do to it right the first time. It really wasn t expensive either. Great shop. I ll return someday and highly recommend them.

Amazing. Called the day before Thanksgiving and had my car in for tint in 15 mins from that call. Done in an hr and even vacuumed the sand I left in prior. Top notch quality and customer service.

Coastal Glass TInting does more than just tint windows. They also do System X Ceramic Coating on the exterior of your car! They just did mine and it looks better than brand new! My car has a protective coating on it that looks glossy and feels smooth as silk! Plus, I don't have to wax or wash it as often!The customer service at Coastal Tint is excellent! They are knowledgeable about the product and are kind and respectful. I highly recommend them for any of their services whether it's window tinting your car or home or ceramic coating to name a few. Go by there and see what they can do for you!

What a wonderful job Coastal Glass Tinting did by tinting my windshield. As tinter hobbyist as myself, I take the quality in tint (brand/rep/longevity/warranty) in high regards and also the care that goes into installing it. The tinting of a windshield requires a high level of skill that I lack and I must say the skill set has been displayed at Coastal Glass Tinting. The look of the Llumar (in the tinting world they call it LuLu) Blue AIR 80 is just a nice touch to complement my car's exterior. Right away, the performance driving away was excellent! The heat was dramatically reduced coming from the windshield without compromising visibility. It has a slight blue look that reminds me of Mercedes which I was going for. There was no need to install my windshield visor today at all. I highly recommend this to any car owner.Thank you and Coastal Glass Tinting for such great customer service from the beginning email exchange until the completed job. My hats off to you.

A bit late on the review, but I had my new vehicle tinted at Coastal Glass during the summer of 2021. While the initial visit went great, the passenger window tint would not seal correctly and caused me to have to revisit the shop two more time to have it redone. The team was very patient and professional when I asked them to re do it, it showed me they valued quality and customer satisfaction. I ve had my tint now for over 6 months and am very pleased. I have had an amazing experience at coastal glass tinting, hence why I had my old and now my new car tinted by them. They did a professional and beautiful job each time. They take the their time with you to explain every option that you have with your vehicle and are always on time with the job. They also fit me in the same day when I was wanting more done. I am very particular about who I let touch my car as it is my baby. I brought it here and they gave me nothing but the best job and best customer service I ve ever had done on any vehicle of mine. From the front desk to the guys in the shop everyone was extremely nice and got me done in a speedy fashion. I would recommend this establishment to all family and friends. Scheduled to get my boyfriends car tinted as a present. We dropped the car off at 9am the day of the appointment. At 430 they called and said it would be ready by 445. We show up at 445 I drop him off thinking it would be ready soon after we arrived. They left him waiting in the waiting area for over a half hour before saying they could not get the back window tint in place . So they rescheduled him to come back the following Monday at 8am saying it would be a quick appointment time and he could wait for them to finish. He asked several times between then and noon when they would be finished and they kept repeating it was almost finished. Finally they told him they would need to reschedule again a week from now because they were yet again not able to properly apply the back window tint. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was on a lunch break so I left my number for her to call me back later in the day. I have not received a call and neither have they offered any kind of compensation for our wasted time and money. I m not sure how other businesses handle these kinds of things but three separate weekday appointments and not so much as a proper explanation or conversation about what the problem is seems excessive and unprofessional. And even the way the receptionist blew off my concern by saying these things happen made me extremely uncomfortable. I said all that to say that if you re thinking about getting your car tinted here be sure to pack a lunch because apparently having customers sitting around waiting for upwards of 10 hours over multiple days just happens .Service: Vehicle window tinting

This place did a great job replacing our old car tint that was too dark on the driver and passenger side windows. They had it done in less than an hour and it looks really good. We were worried it wouldn t match up with the darker tint we have on the rest of the windows but it does match, just lighter like we wanted. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was glad to learn they also offer other services for your car. I will definitely be back!
