Coastal Carolina Tire & Auto - and their towing recommendation, Twilight Towing - took great care of my CCU daughter when she broke down off 501. They had the car towed (after hours), fixed (with a new alternator & brakes) and back on the road in a total of 5 hours! Outstanding service and fair pricing! I feel very lucky to know about this hidden gem. This is the ONLY place in my entire life that I've ever experienced honest and trustworthy mechanics. They're extremely knowlegable about all makes and models of cars, old and new. The owner really cares about you and your car and actually gets his hands dirty because he knows what he's doing. Myself and at least 20 others that I know have been using their services for the past 10 years+ with 100% satisfaction. This might sound like a paid review which is partially true because they pay me with their amazing service every time I need them. If you take your car anywhere else for service or tires you should have you head examined.

I have always had a great experience with the shop. They always do quality work and I have recommended a few people there and they have all told me they were happy. Ronnie is always attentive to my cars and tells when and if I need to replace something or just drive it as is. I never feel pressured into buying anything. Thank you so much for your help with my cars. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jarhett treated my wife extremely polite and professional. He actually saved my wife and I money on getting our car fixed due to another shop trying to charge us for something that was not broken. TOP NOTCH AUTO CENTER!!!! They will shoot you straight and get the work done at a great price and they will get it done RIGHT!!! They are not like every other auto shop in town that will try and up-sale you to make more money.. I trust everyone there and can not stress enough on how professional and knowledgeable these guys are.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND SERVICE GUYS!!!!!

I've been getting car service at Jarett's shop for a long time. Wilmington has few places you can trust for car repair, and this place offers so much! Great pricing on tires, attention to detail, and knowledgable about almost any vehicle you could bring in. You cant go wrong here!

Best shop in town! These guys knew exactly how to diagnose a problem with my Jeep in a matter of minutes! And gave me a price that was much cheaper then the other places I ve been!!! Thanks again!

Great mechanics and excellent service. The owner is very professional. These guys are always helpful. When I go here, I noticed they have repeat customers. And thats a sign of good bussiness. I never have trouble here.

Some of the best customer service I've had - they could have ripped me off, but they didn't and instead did 30 minutes of free check-ups on my car. Top notch - I think I've found my new repair shop!

I brought my car there today as it was shaking and the check engine light came on. I decided to bring it here based on a recommendation and I'm glad I did. They quickly took care of the problem and were very reasonable in their pricing. For now on I will be bringing my vehicles here for any issues.

Great place seriously above and beyond.i have a difficult tire size where most place say up to 3 days sometimes for them to get it sent from warehouse they have gotten it say day.
