I recently had my car serviced and went to pick up my vehicle only to see a bright orange streak on my center console that was not there before dropping off the vehicle. It seems that one of the technicians had gotten permanent marker on it and used a bleaching solution to try and get the mark off. In some cases this will actually cause the black ink of a sharpie into to turn a neon orange/red color. I was so upset until the GM offered to have it fixed at Classic Vinyl. I made an appointment and was in and out within an hour. They were able to completely remove the streak and had the cutest little pup in the waiting area named Sasha to keep me company. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience with Becky who manages the front, and Joel who handled the repair of my glove compartment! I cannot believe that Joel has restored the leather covering across my dashboard to better than new in my Mercedes SLK! I was told by two Mercedes dealerships that this is a common problem in these cars; I am pleased beyond words that Joel could remove all the old glues from prior repairs!

I enthusiastically recommend Classic Vinyl Repairs. It was easy to schedule an appointment after a brief phone consult. The work on my driver's seat was done promptly and at a fair price. The result far exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the front desk team for being so friendly and competent!

Had a rather large group of small to medium sized scratches on my 97 Toyota. I honestly have to remember where I scratched it up because I can't even see any residue. Exceptional work.

Excellent customer service. I was shown samples of the product to be used to ensure It would meet with my approval. Their work was superior. The headliner looked like it was installed at the factory. The pricing was fair and the work completed same day. I would highly recommend Custom Vinyl.

Two of our microfiber couches were damaged by a moving company. Classic Vinyl Repairs and Upholstery was called in to assess the damage. The office called to setup an appointment. Then, they called the day before the appointment to confirm. The day of the appointment the repair specialist called to let us know when exactly he would arrive. He was right on time. He assessed the damage and repaired all the damage right then and there. The result is fantastic. Our couches are like new again! This company is prompt, courteous, professional, and provide excellent workmanship.

It was about 3 years ago, they took care of two cars that had extreme water damage. I gotta say, everything about them gives a FIVE STAR! Customer service, care, being sure I got what I wanted, price. Everything. Highly recommend. And... will be calling them and hope they paint cars, cause my ol baby needs to be painted!

Joel is very polite and has a very great sense of humor. He did an outstanding job on my living Room set. You could Not tell where the damage was once he repaired it. Joel did a great job.

I have an 06 honda civic coupe and my headlights where just yucky. He came by, literally stopped everything he had planned just to repair my headlights in the chilly cold. I will definitely go to him for any other service's needed in thr future !!!

website does not say they are closed on Fridays. Went to their place of business, rang bell, says it could take up to 3-4 minutes...then notice sign on door that says they are closed on Fridays. Wasted trip.
