After an accident that left us shaken, and needing body work on our jeep, a friend recommended Carstar on Gordon Rd, and I was grateful for that reccomendation the moment we walked in to their establishment. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Ms Shay was helpful not only with getting my jeep taken care of but also with recommendation for rental needs. The technician was polite and did an incredible job on our vehicle! Carstar not only kept us updated on progess with our jeep, they also showed concern for our well being. Great place to take to my car! Had my back bumper painted there and also new wheels put on! The paint looks amazing!!! 100% recommend

This place is terrible. I had the worst experience in my life here. Never informed about my car. I had to call every time. The lady at the desk hung up on me and refused to answer my calls while my truck is in the shop. Asked to talk with an owner or supervisor and they said it would be two days until that person was in. 2 days!!! Was told the truck was going to be done numerous times and it was pushed back every time. Then the excuse was that they just fired a guy like that was my problem. The owner was nasty with me and I just wanted stay say stay far far away from car star!!!

Excellent Service!! Stacey and Shea at the front desk are professional and friendly. They exceeded my expectations. I needed a side view mirror replaced on my Silverado. They ordered the part and scheduled my appointment promptly. They were also the most competitively priced. I won't go anywhere else.

I was very pleased with the staff. The work that was done I would recommend Carstar off of Gordon Road Wilmington North Carolina to do your repairs. I had a bad experience with another body shop too months prior and it was like day and night between the two companies. If you want a good experience with customer service and the work done professionally I really recommend this company. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

this has to be the worst car shop experience I have ever had. This is the preferred nationwide one but if you can try to fight it and not go here. Had to get two doors replaced and there were multiple chips on the paint, went back to correct it and they did not even use the correct color. They did not put the door properly so now the window does not go all the way up and my whole does not unlock anymore without opening the first door. Absolutely horrible service, save yourself a lot of time and headache by not going hereService: Painting

Horrible customer service and bad communication sent by text messages that only gave updates on finishing times. 22 days to paint roof and replace front bumper. First day I drove it rubber stripping on roof came unattached. Nearly lost it driving down the road.Hood looks nice otherwise but we will see if it holds up.

On 03/16/2023 we were rear-ended on US17 and the back of my Yukon was destroyed. We had the Yukon to to Car Star and spoke with Brad. He made sure that everything was handled with care and kept me up to date every step. His caring and customer service was impeccable. When everything was said and done we went to pick up the Yukon and Brad walked us through everything they did. It looked and drive perfect. You would have never known that it was involved in a collision. Hats off to Brad and his team. If I ever need work done again I will take it back to him.Service: Body & Trim
