Car parts store not like the others. Fast, knowledgeable service/help. It was my first experience in a Carquest store and it was made easy by the folks that I worked with. There were actually enough employees there to help everyone that needed it AND keep up with the other tasks that the job demands. That is not something you see in other stores and maybe that s the reason I had such a good experience. Either way, I ll be suggesting Carquest to those I know.

I ordered online and got here at 5:50. Upon arrival, I noticed employees that were outside running inside the building like children. When I walked up to the door, it was locked, and they had turned the lights off. They were supposed to close at 6, and I guess they wanted to leave early. Pathetic and unacceptable. This was the only non work vehicle parked outside, so I assume they are responsible. (Photo attached)

I hope I have the name correct, of who helped me today. I think it was John. I have bought parts here for almost 2 years. Always a very good experience. Today was different because I needed as much help as possible matching the correct part. John was very knowledgeable and very helpful!

I bought a hydraulic hose here. They didn't crimp it properly. I installed it and it sprayed me and my shoes down with fluid. Now I've got to do the job again. They at least gave me another hose but the amount of work I have to redo is way more of an issue.

Kim was so very helpful and provided great care in getting the part I needed for my daughter's vehicle. Kim was extremely courteous and so knowledgeable in helping me. Kim is so thoughful and kind in every way to provide great quality customer service. Let me tell you, the people here are Amazing! They were the only place in town who had a battery I needed and went the extra mile to help me out to get it replaced. Thank you so much Dale and Kimberly!!! You are godsent!!!!

Very knowledgeable staff I work in my truck myself and have my whole life. They know what I'm talking about when I go in. They sell high quality parts (well I'm sure made in China) but pretty much everything is these days however they're parts fit well and just have a better feel and look to them.

In-store shopping� Curbside pickup�DeliveryWrong.......Doesn't deliver, even to stranded out of towner. Even Western NC county where I'm from does that. Neighbor helping neighbors doesn't exist here. God bless 'em cause that's is what is asked of.you from Jesus, Himself.

Today is the 2nd time they told me the part was in stock and then it wasn't there when I arrived minutes later. Won't be calling them again
