Walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff of nissan representatives. When I asked about charging my GM car, Fred brought me right outside hooked me up to the charger. We had a nice chat. 30 minutes later, I was on my way with a complimentary charge and a warm cup of coffee. Thank gents!

Elijah was my salesman. Good experience. I didn t get chased around and pressured to buying a car. I went about 3-4 times across two weeks to discuss pricing and cars till we got down to where I was comfortable. I bought a brand new car on my 4th visit. I was happy with the service, and happy to not get bombarded into buying a car or committing . At other dealerships in town Kia they would not even give me prices until I committed to buying something. Capital Nissan and Elijah treated me good. I was happy when I left everytime.

Great experience from start to finish. Our sales agent Noel was awesome, no pressure and was super patient with us. We traveled and hour and a half to shop and Noel was determined that we leave happy. Eli helped us with financing and went the extra mile to get a lower rate on our loan. Will definitely consider again when we are in the market!

I purchased a Nissan last spring after a few days I noticed the back lift gate would fail to open. I took it in and Chelsea said no problem we will check it out, when I went to pick it up everyone was smiles because it was fixed. We tested it in the service bay and it failed, the left strut was replaced, that failed, adjustments were made other items were replaced, Chelsea and Becky were great at making sure I understood they were doing everything in their power and I could feel their frustration. The right strut was replaced, and everything works perfectly. The service team was persistent and committed to making sure I was happy with the outcome. I really enjoy my car it. This is my second Nissan and both have been serviced at Capital Nissan.

If you look on the wall you can see how many monthly awards our salesman Fred has received and no wonder. He doesn t pressure and he knows everything there is about the vehicles. Also shout out to Mgr Mike who got us where we needed to be.

This was my first time buying a car by myself and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the people at Capitol Nissan made it for me. Noel was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions but all the staff that I spoke to were super friendly.

John in the Service Dept took great care of me and my daughter's Rogue.When I had initially called in to make the service appt, I spoke with one person who didn't know the answer to some of my questions (which is totally understandable, as I had some technical questions), so they had John (my service advisor) call me back to help answer some questions. He informed me up front of any charges, and was eager to help answer any and all questions. When it came time to come in for the appt, I dropped off my daughter's car and he arranged a shuttle ride for me back to work. He contacted me with an update when he said he was going to, and when I had questions about the pricing, he was able to find the answers for me to then come up with a great solution. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, he thanked me for coming in, and offered to help however he can in the future.Kindness goes a long way - And I look forward to working with John again in the future.K.
