Fountain tires has exceptional service. I took my car there for a brake job. They found an exhaust leak in the process of a multipoint inspection they do. The mechanic, Anthony, took the time to show me the leak and the importance of getting it fixed. He made me feel like he was taking care of my car like it was his own! They ordered all the necessary parts and had everything fixed on my car by the end of the day. I couldn't ask for better service! Great customer service and everyone in the office is honest and helpful! Highly recommend!!

We purchased a truck from Capital Ford over a year ago. We recently tried to get it inspected at a garage in Leland. It failed due to the tint being too dark. The tint is the same tint that was on the truck when purchased. My wife called Capital Ford to see what they could do. They removed the tint and replaced it with lighter tint to pass inspection. Since they had the truck, we asked them to go ahead and do an oil change and tire rotation. They did so. When my wife went to pay the bill, our total charge was $0! They have stood behind the vehicle they sold us and want us to be satisfied and happy. I guarantee the next time I need service, I will go to Capital Tire. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle, I will go to Capital Ford! Well done, team, keep up the good work!Services: Auto glass repair, Oil change

I am a long time customer of Fountain Tire, as they have the best prices on tires and awesome customer service! I had some break work done previously, but the problem returned several months later. They totally replaced the rotors and pads, at NO additional charge to me! They went out of there way to make sure I was well taken care of, and the shop manager personally oversaw the work to make sure there were no hidden issues.I cannot say how much I appreciate how well I was treated today, and I will continue being a loyal Fountain Tire customer!!!

Took me over 3 months to get repairs. Only thing making it 2 stars is Lisa was always friendly and made it her point to call and update, even if it was to say ETA would be for the following week only to have it bumped back every week for about two months straight. Would not recommend.

Beyond blessed!I went to get my tires rotated today and my rear brakes and rotors were shot. I have been out of work for a little over a month now so of course we didn t have the $470 to fix it. As the tears rolled out of my eyes I simply said thank you and left after hearing the news. We have an appointment at Duke for our daughter and I became so upset when I got home because now we had no way to get her there.I then get a phone call from Michael from Jeff Fountain Tires. He said that he talked to his GM and asked if they could start their 12 days of Christmas today. The GM asked what the story was and Michael said he didn t have a story and he could just sense we really needed the help. They replaced my rotors, brake pads, windshield wiper blades, and did a brake fluid exchange service for no cost. They decided to make me #12 of their 12 days of Christmas.It has been so rough on us the last month, and this would have put us down to no working cars. We just keep getting kicked over and over while we are already down. I am so thankful for Michael, staff, and the GM today with Jeff Fountain Tire Sales and Service. I feel beyond blessed there are still people in the world today willing to help others.We will eventually be able to get back on our feet hopefully and once we do, we will pay it forward.We are humbled. Always fantastic service from Jeff Fountain. I've had a few sets of tires replaced here on multiple cars and they are always more than helpful from the quote process through the installation, at fair prices. They also offer free tire rotations and balancing with tire purchases.

Made 2 appointments to have 2 new tires. Came in t get air in tire and was told I had to make appointment just to see if I needed tires. Went back and yes I need tires. Make appointment to get new tired but it's going to take at least 3 weeks because he didn't know how to write up since my car is a enterprise fleet car and only 1 person knew how but was out for next 3 weeks. Went elsewhere.

Have enjoyed doing our 4 car family tire business at Jeff Fountain's over almost 30 years. Jeff Fountain tire is no longer Jeff Fountain's business although it still carries his name.I attempted to get their help with a new radial trailer tire I purchased from them less than one year ago. The tire is defective and has split open even though the tread is not at all worn yet.They refused to assist stating that "the tire manufacturer will not do anything for me"Very disappointing...

My wife took in my car to see if it had a slow leak in a tire. They spent an hour thoroughly checking it out and could find nothing. She also asked them about the condition of the tires and if they thought they needed replacing. They said no, no need to at this time. Didn't charge us a dime! Who does that nowadays? You can bet when my tires need replacing that I will take our cars there. Terrific experience. Thank you, Jeff Fountain, for running a business the way it ought to be run.

I am in agreement with the other posters that it is misleading to think "Jeff Fountain" is the owner. It's a little bit of smoke and mirrors regarding the effort they go to, to try to make the client think there's no association with Capital.However, I give my experience 5 stars due to the effort in which Mike went to, to get my sports car back on the road....He's a tireless, no pun intended, optimist, with a conscientious attitude to serve the customer. Thanks Mike! Great experience, and great tire advice! They run great!

They are complete lifesavers! Great prices, they have tires in a local warehouse that can be sent over for same day service. They are very willing to help with any problems you may have. Sam's Club broke a stud on my wheel, they were so understanding and helpful, they fixed it for an extremely reasonable price in 30 minutes, when Sam's Club tire center said it would be about 2 hours of labor.

Great service, will return when I am in need of tires.Had a "low tire pressure" alert on my 2015 Ford. Dropped in without an appointment and CT&A was able to fit me in. No nails or holes, just four under inflated tires.

I ran over a bolt right up the street and wheeled in. They were able to get my truck right in and get it plugged.They were super friendly and quick. The tire actually had 2 other screws in it and they took care of them too.

I can understand Jeff may have sold the Jeff Fountain Tire Sales and Service business, but hope there is a limit on how long Capital can use his name. Nothing remains of the former Jeff Fountain Tire, except possibly the free tire rotation if you purchase tires. They will now try to upsell a simple oil change, the music in the lobby stops periodically and asks "if you are still there because we pay by the song and do not want to play music to an empty room". Wish I had a picture of that. I called today to schedule an appointment - expecting it would be next week. Was told it could be done in an hour over lunch today if I could come in at noon. By 12:30 when my car hadn't moved, I asked if they would really be able to get it done within the hour and was told they are really busy, "it's kinda like a doctor office." No, no it is not like a doctor office. I was given my keys, and left. This is no longer a "mom and pop local business" no matter how much Capital Ford hopes we won't notice.

Mr. Jeff Fountain and his family are regular customers at our store in Masonboro, and my boss recommended me to his shop... I am kinda broke so I called around getting quotes.. and Jeff Fountain gave me an average quote, BUT the difference was he was cheapest when it came to me selecting a premium grade tire... I feel bad because i turned down AT FIRST and after more research he seems to be cheapest when getting a premium grade tire or ordering in a new tire from tirerack for him to install. I made an appointment and everything went smoothly... there was alot of people waiting around when they were working on my car.. and i kinda THANKED GOD i made an appointment because I was in and out and everyone was still waiting that was there before me... This is my first set of premium grade tire and it feels like I am driving a totally different car.... its quieter.. better in the rain and its SMOOTHER as if i gotten a whole new suspension... less bouncing.. i LOVE my new TIRES!!!! i only drive a little honda fit.. but now it feels like I drive a CADILLAC its literally that smooth. Other things to add is that the staff was really friendly and helpful! I never had such great service and politeness from a tire shop. Take it from me..... this is the tire shop you want to go to if your in the Wilmington area.And to be specific, the tires I gotten installed from Jeff Fountain was the the Yokohama Avid Ascend Grand Touring.... I was just so happy they could order it in.. let alot when they installed it.. it was 50x better then the Dunlops I had on from the factory

It takes a lot of patience sometimes,when all is said and done, they will do 5 star work. At least this has been my experience. If needed, I'll go back.

Have carried my cars to them for 20 years but under new owners and management prices have went up and they have a SCAM on headlight cleaning be careful to not get scammed as your vehicle will always fail for this on inspection!
